I bought my car 6 months ago, and within 250 miles, the check engine light comes on. Knock sensor bank 2. I was told to call the service department, I get told that if it's to much of a travel I can take it to b serviced at lee in auburn, the recheck the codes that were stored and told me I needed a knock sensor, which I already new, and also get told they would order it. About 3 weeks later I call back wondering y I haven't received a call to have the sensor replaced.... they never ordered it! I get told to bring the car back in and they will recheck the codes, at that point I told them that we have also been going thru a quart of oil every 1000 miles. I get there and they check the car again almost 3 hrs later. This time I get told that it's no point in ordering the sensor if they have to replace my engine. Fast forward 2 weeks later after having to bring it back in twice for them to check the oil at 500 miles and 1000 miles, I get told they don't know what is wrong with the car and they have to send it to a dealership that specializes in that car. The engine was so carboned up that in 6 months to a yr it would have seize on us, the timing was missing teeth, and I had 2 warped heads... still over revs going up the hill by my house but runs better. Not sure if I will go back for another car.

Disappointed, said he wouldn't do exactly what he did.... onward and upward... Thanks for a message a week later than when you said. Text you tomorrow so I don't interuot your day, then you can call me and it wont just be a weird number on your phone you ignore..... didn't happen. Build your trust to disappoint. Thanks but no thanks. I dont give a single star because although this left an awful taste in my mouth for the first time that day after stopping by several other dealers, this one person came out afyer a few minutes and actually acknowledged us, we thought he heard us and thought we had an awesome line of communication and plan in place... till we didn't well again, onward and upward. Bought a vehicle from Lee back in July. The sale went great and I was happy with that end of things. About 10 days ago I had a sensor go bad in my vehicle. I brought it in and had them do a diagnostic and everything went smoothly and they pinpointed the issue. I spoke with Tom, the service manager/specialist and he gave me a price breakdown and gave the choice between a factory replacement or an aftermarket replacement. He told me both were the same price and that the factory part would arrive a day earlier (Monday) than the aftermarket (Tuesday).Here's where the fun began. Monday I called in and Tom informed me that he wasn't sure if the part would arrive that day. I had the vehicle towed to the shop so that it would be ready when they were. I had to call back the next day (Tuesday) to find out that they never received the part and were expecting it to arrive that day. Tuesday afternoon I received a call that the vehicle was done. I got a price breakdown over the phone and the price had jumped by $100 from the originally discussed price. The factory part that arrived later than expected was $40 more than quote I was originally told, $40! No phone call to check if it was okay with me. I will say that they replaced another deteriorating part that was $25 (PCV), but nonetheless I should've received some sort of call before bumping my bill by $100. I had just BARELY enough in my account to cover that and then had to borrow money from family to make it through the rest of the week.I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of communication, but decided to still give 3 stars because the work was completed, they squeezed me in for the diagnostic, and they replaced the deteriorating part without a charge for labor.

I was up in Maine for vacation when my car started to act up. I called Lee first thing. They were very helpful, gave me a ride back so I could finish enjoying my vacation. They could have easily taking advantage of the situation because it was transmission issues but didn t. They had excellent customer service and they were honest. Well deserving of 5 stars.

I highly recommend Lee Auto Care in Norway. They have the best mechanics and their service is impeccable. Anytime I've had an issue with my car I call Tom...and he gets me right in and the car is fixed. So if your having a problem with your vehicle take it to Lee Auto Care in Norway and it will be fixed right.

Brought in a friend's car for transmission problems. Service Manager Tom jumped right on it and performed the necessary repairs at a fair price. This is my second visit and I've been impressed both times.

So here is my story. I have the not so greatest credit in the world, but i have a job and work my butt off. I needed a car to drive that was reliable, newer than my current one, and good on gas. I also wanted something fun and sporty. I called up Lee Auto Mall and spoke with Mark Valliancourt. I told him of my situation, needs and wants. Mark was absolutely outstanding. Within a few days he was able to get me into a much nicer car, newer, sportier and better on gas, which was everything I wanted. Lee Auto in Norway should be honored to have someone as caring and personal as Mark. If and when I ever decide to buy another car, I will be contacting Lee Auto to see if Mark is there. I know that this may sound scripted and such but trust me it is not as of 1 month ago I am now driving a 2013 BMW 328xi of which I bought from Mr. Vallaincourt. If you read this Mark i hope all is well, and ya i may know a bit more about this one than you. LOL

Have done business with since 2001. Love the sales and service........ great pricing and you get treated like family!!!! Sales men WON'T put you in a vehicle you don't want or a vehicle they wouldn't put their mothers in !!!!!! And the service is ......... Superb !!!!! Service manager and the auto techs ( mechanics ) WON'T sell you parts or service you don't need !!!!!! An AWSOME place to do business !!!!!!!!!

My appt was at 2pm that day called at 4pm to find out what was going with my van went in for oil change amd sticker asked for a call back no call went in Saturday Service isnt open on Saturday van was left over night un locked no calls nothing even to explain what happened Monday Morning very very very poor management

Bought jeep after 2 months had shake / misfire got 1k quoted, got parts and did myself in less then hour and cost me 100 in parts .. very disappointed
