I have taken my truck to DJ a few times with fair results at best. After receiving the truck back, made several trips to get loose and unfinished items finished. The last visit resulted in 4 return trips in 2 days to correct the non completed issues from the initial repair. October 21 returned the truck for repair of past repairs of which one of the list of issues were actually taken care of. We also discussed possibility of a head gasket issue. There was to be assessment completed which never happened. During the entire time it was at Redline I did not receive any calls about the truck. I made calls with no answer and voice mail was full. This happened for weeks. When I was in the are I would stop in and check, DJ was not available during and visit. A tech was there who did not have information. This continued until one day the shop was closed for days and weeks. One day there was a for sale sign in the yard. I continued to stop leave note etc in hopes of reaching DJ. About 3 weeks ago I drove by and found someone working on the property, I discovered it was the new owner. DJ was gone, my truck along with several other customer vehicles were in the parking lot waiting repairs. This was evident from the notes Jammed in the door from the other owners. At no point did I receive a call from DJ or his representatives that the building had been sold, he is out of business and my vehicle needed to be picked up. If I had not been checking, who knows where my truck would have ended up??

Super awesome first experience! Saw a post on their Facebook page and sent them a message. The owner got right back to me with a quote for a job no one but him wanted to do and he got me in the next day! Best of all his quote was spot on! Great first experience for sure, I'll be back :)

Darren and his crew provide great service, they're extremely knowledgeable and diligent to make sure all problems are corrected before leaving the shop. It's a family friendly atmosphere and I can't think of a better place to take my work.

Been calling for 3 days straight no one picks up the phone can t leave a message and the one time someone answerd said he d call right back it s been 2 days still haven t heard back guess I ll take my truck to someone else won t recommend or ever do business with redline

Fit me in to a busy schedule. Fixed my vehicle sooner than expected. Found problems I didn't know about. My new full time mechanic.

My truck broke down on the side of the road, he was busy as hell and managed to squeeze me in to replace my fuel pump, as I live 3 hours away from Norridgewock
