I was quoted over $5,000 dollars by the dealership to get my car fixed, and was told I could not get an inspection sticker until everything was fixed. They gave me a list of what my vehicle needed. A quick Google search showed that what I needed fixed would only cost a fraction of the cost they quoted me, but as you can imagine I was completely panicked at where to take my vehicle, untrusting of the service I would receive.My Dad suggested Naples Small Engine they fixed my car with a quick/efficient turn around time and did such a good job. They were honest, and kind, and returned to me a vehicle that was no longer making any clingy rattling noises, and it passed inspection! They did the fixes at a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend their service!

These people know what they're doing. Kept bringing my stihl equipment to the hardware store I bought them at and the fixes didn't stick. Naples small engine is my go-to now. They do small work (like mine with chainsaw&blower) on Wednesdays so do be prepared to drop it off. Bethany at the desk is on point and will keep you posted.

Kevin is the nicest guy I've ever met!My car broke down at the gas station next door to his shop, he stopped doing his job and he gave me and my doggy a ride all the way home.I am very thankful and grateful for his help today.

Highly recommend! Got my car in same day when I happened to be stranded in their parking lot with a flat tire. Very friendly and helpful. I ll definitely bring my car there for other maintenance in the future.

Made an appointment for this morning about two weeks ago. They were ready for me when I got there, took me in right away and hit the job done quickly. I like Naples Small Engine. The name is a bit deceiving though as they also work on cars and trucks.

I am embarrassed. I have driven past Naples Small Engine for decades and not stopped to drop off equipment. These guys are great and do great work at very reasonable prices. They will get my equipment every year from now on. Thanks guys!

One Star - that is what I would recommend. I brought my new lawn mower - only used 6 times to have spring cleaning done on it. I was told it needed a new carburetor and spark plugs. When I tried repeatedly to speak with the technician or owner, the "customer service rep" would not let me. When I got the lawn mower back, I used it briefly before the blade flew off. Found out that the technician never secured it. They "fixed" it but when I got it back it never worked right. After a few more uses the carburetor gave out and the lawn mower was done. I will never take anything to get fixed at this establishment nor would I recommend going there. Horrible experience!

Brought my chainsaw in for a leaking bar oil cap. The saw was 7 months old and was purchased in a different state. As I began to explain the issue I was headed off by the front desk women telling me that caps are not warranty items and they are more like a chain and how can a chain me a warranty item. And because I did not buy it there, almost like it was a second rate item. I left the saw to get looked at and later in the week I got a call that the saw was done and the oil cap was replaced and I owed them $12.50. I simply asked again, shouldn't this be a warranty issue? She quickly became annoyed that I asked again about warranting a leaking cap. I asked if she could check before charging me and then she hung up on me...HMM.Later, I called Stihl to double check this was in fact covered and they agreed they should not be charging for the cap. I have around 5 locations I can choose to bring my saw for service. I thought bringing it to a local small shop would be far better service than going elsewhere. I was wrong with this shop, unfortunately. It was definitely not about the money, but more so it is wrong to charge customers out of laziness for processing paperwork on warranty items not matter how big or small. She ended up not charging me and saying they would figure out the cap issue, whatever... Above that the saw was not cleaned, which based on any warranty work I would expect a simple wipe down more for presentation and again small shop customer care. I have additional future Stihl purchases this year that I will be going elsewhere for. Just a crazy introduction to what should have been an easy service with a smile experience.
