We really enjoyed our pontoon trip at Moose Landing Marina!!! The prices are just awesome too!!! You can get your pontoon as low as $215 for half day which is great ! We will be back for sure

We have purchased two boats from the marina and have found that they are extraordinarily in tune to the needs of their customers. Their attention to detail and customer care is without equal. Our boat is north of Millinocket but we gladly bring it down every fall to have it serviced and stored at Moose Landing. We would do business with no one else. Chris in the sales department is so good to work with. His knowledge and expertise with South Bay Pontoon boats is definitely one of the main reasons we do business here.

great place great staff. the loading and unloading process went smother and faster then any other rental place I have been. the staff was very friendly with my dogs and a couple dock hands carried all my stuff back to the jeep .boats nice and clean and water temperature was perfect

We had a great one day boat rental experience! Online reservations were easy. The boat was ready for us when we arrived. Boat was really nice and clean. All of the staff were friendly, kind and helpful. We had a really fun day. Will definitely be using them again on our next trip up!

Don't bother going here. They screwed us over big time. They damaged our brand new boat when it was in for warrantywork. And the warrantee work was the worst. Just don't put yourself in that posoption. Good luck.

Convenient location and attentive staff made for the best experience purchasing my boat and having a seasonal slip. The sales team made purchasing my boat an absolute breeze and their dock hands are always eager to help with anything you need. We love it here!

We have been renting a boat in Bridgton every summer for 27 years. This is the best experience we. have ever had. Higher quality Tritoon than the other marinas. The staff are friendly, helpful and know what they are doing. From start to finish they all were excellent. Tucker was awesome. Don t waste your money or time at any other marina.

awesome experience, cannot wait to do it again next year. staff were wonderful, quick to see if we needed anything. Upon return they were waiting at the dock to help unload and ask how everything went. just a fabulous day. exceeded in everything!!!

As a slip customer last season, I was given a quote for winter work needed for this up coming season of $1500. During this time, they called and said I needed new batteries, which I approved and was told it would be a few hundred dollars. Fast forward to April, when I went to pick up my boat due to moving out of state, and I get hit with a bill for $3,498. I reluctantly paid. Then went to put my boat in the water, to find that the impeller was not installed correctly, which caused the boat to overheat and had to be towed back. I paid again to get the work done in my new state and have been trying to get a hold of management at Moose Landing and have yet to get a call back. I would not recommend this marine

Phenomenal Experience!!! From start to finish the staff and crew at Moose Landing Marina went above and beyond. It's one of the only businesses that allows your dog to join in on the family fun! Our pontoon was clean and comfortable. The deck crew blew up our tubes and delivered them to our boat. It was a great day on Brandy Pond. Highly recommend! A+

Sales rep Will was great to deal with, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very responsive with any questions we had. I would recommend moose landing marina to anyone!

The service and focus on the customer is remarkable. We have rented boats here multiple times and they always do a a great job. Recently we got rained out one day and we were offered a full refund or opportunity to reschedule the day. We ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Absolutely Outstanding! I have worked with Will at Moose Landing Marina on a few different occasions on the purchase and trade of a few boats. They are the most professional, honest, stand up team I have come across in my 30+ years of boating. I literally will not make a move without consulting and trying to work with Will at MLM! Can not recommend them enough.

Great customer service! Staff is always ready to help and will go out of their way to make your experience memorable! This will be our 3rd year at the marina and wouldn't go anywhere else! Cant wait to get back from deployment so i can enjoy the lake with the family!

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews for being an eyesore. Not sure what the expectation is for one of, if not the largest marina in the area. They have recently done site work and have built two new buildings; one for service and one for customers. My initial review still stands and we have since purchase a second boat here. Excellent Marina with nice amenities. We have had our boat in a slip here for the past seven years and have forged a relationship with the staff. The maintenance crew is always helpful and has kept our 20 year old boat running like a champ. I wouldn't think to keep my boat anywhere else.

I ve rented here the past two years. After having rented in other areas (not Maine) this is hands down the best rental experience. Smooth transaction and helpful staff both times.

Our pontoon boat which was purchased at Mooselanding, developed leaks in 2 pontoons, 2 year old boat.This happened May of last year 2021. Pontoons are warranted for life, serviceManager tells me 12 weeks for new pontoons. But he has a welder in Saco but it will cost me $350. Ok at least I can boat, but wouldn t you think Moose should have picked up that tab.Bring the boat up end of September leave it there over the winter to replace pontoons.May 2022 rolls around, one pontoon on, the other is the wrong pontoon????12 weeks to get another, ok just launch the boat.Used boat all summer, brought the boat up last week to have the pontoon put on. The 2nd pontoon is the wrong one again!!!!!How hard is it to get the right pontoon, Port or Stbd pontoon!!!!Another 12 weeks to get a pontoon. Think long and hard before you deal with Moose Landing!!!!!!

Rented the 26 pontoon bar boat and a tube for our family of six (kids ages: 20, 18, 15, & 12). I hadn t driven a boat in a long time, but Belle walked me through the basics and we were off. Spent most of the day on Long Lake. The kids loved tubing. Let s just say I whipped their nay-nays all over that lake!

BEWARE! This business frauduently charged my credit card without authorization. I called this place on Monday and spoke to Gary in sales about a boat they had on their website for sale. I said i could look at it on Wednesday and was told he needed a credit card to hold the boat till then which i questioned but was told no charges would be put on the card and it was company policy. Tuesday morning i saw $500.00 was charged to my card so i called and spoke to Amanda in finance.. She promised she would reverse the charges that day. Never did. Considering reporting and pursuing this company for fraud. Great way to do business.

Last week my old boat quit on me. The team at Moose Landing looked it over and delivered me the bad news. They were INCREDIBLY helpful in helping me the get the old one out of the water and onto the trailer so I could get it sold. And they worked with me quickly to get me into another boat. Jason in the Service Department is the kind of guy who will stop what he's doing and whatever it takes to keep moving on the water. These are great people. Boating ain't cheap, but it's easier spending money when you're supporting such a great business.

Before our visit last summer we made a point of asking about the types of boat available and picked one that would provide easy access for an elderly relative with limited mobility. When we got to the marina we were told that they were out of what we required and that we would either have to take something else or have to come back another day. Needless to say, this ruined our vacation.

I am not sure why anyone is giving this marina more than 3 start. They must like being taken for the extra money they are charge for the boats. These used boats and pontoons are well over price by book value. I guess you can smile and give them a 5 star rating if you are clueless. Go buy one from this marina but check the book value first on NADA.

We had a great time on the lake. We rented the 21ft fundeck with the double tube. Great family day. Good customer service, we had a problem and they took care of it right away

Pretty terrible experience in my opinion. The sales department seemed pretty disinterested in selling me a boat and then, coincidentally, it was sold to "someone" else after we had agreed on a price -contingent on an independent survey. Strange how those things happen. All of my questions were answered with one word answers, despite my insistence that I was a serious buyer and ready to make a purchase. I asked buying questions like "do you have any other 18' bowriders in stock?" I was told "no, we don't really deal with small [boats] here." Odd, since at least half of what I saw while I was there was 18' - 22' powerboats.If you want to feel embarrassed in front of your loved ones after getting the brush off by a boat salesman, I insist you patronize this establishment. Otherwise, you should probably just go somewhere else.Oh well, I gave my $22k to another marina. Thanks for helping me make an easy decision, Chris!

We had an awesome time, it was my first time tubing and my second time on a boat but first time on pontoon type boat. Couple different types of tubes. Have to pay for gas which is a small bummer, but it was worth it.
