After having issues with another local marina, I decided to give Long Lake Marina a try, and I m glad I did! I traded in my old boat for a new Barletta tritoon boat. The whole process was great from beginning to end. From dealing with Al, and James in the sales process, to Emily in finance, and Zack at the dock. They were all great. They gave me top dollar for my trade, and after realizing that the trailer that they gave me with the new boat may be slightly undersized, they stood behind their word, and gave me a much better trailer at no additional charge. I will be doing alll of my future business with Long Lake Marina. Such a breath of refreshment dealing with honest people.

Purchased a boat in the fall. Went they a few things we wanted done prior to picking up in the spring. They said those issues would be taken care of. Picked it up in the fall & nothing had been done. Now we have to go without our boat for a week so they can do what was supposed to already be done. Also forgot to give us our cover & when they mailed it to us, the front cover was missing, no pole to keep the cover up! We called and they will try to find it!! Our boat interior is now stained from spring buds falling in it! I was told the day we bought it that they have a new lettering machine (not sure of the correct name), and they would put our boat name on it, never happened! We were so excited to buy a new boat and have plans all summer long, but some will now need to be cancelled! Not impressed with our experience! 5/26 update: We are now being told they need to order our front cover and we will not have it for 4-5 weeks.

AMAZING! Gorgeous, clean, fresh water 11 mile long lake! Gorgeous sunsets, wide open, surrounded by beautiful lake homes, restaurants & campgrounds. Responsible boaters, anglers, warm waters for swimming, tubing, friendly lakers having seasonal Summer fun. Boat, jet ski rentals available.The perfect place. Loved every second here

I ve been storing my boat at LLM for 15+ years and just traded it in for a new Yamaha with LLM. Always dependable and responsive with quality work I can rely on. Recommend highly.

This was our first time renting from Long Lake Marina.Everything from the friendly helpful staff to the condition of the boats and their facility was excellent.Our 20' deck boat was plenty spacious for 7 of us and all our gear and the 150hp Yamaha outboard was more than powerful enough to pull our three teenage boys on the tube. It was also great on gas. We only used 1/4 tank for a full day of cruising and tubing.We would recommend Long Lake Marina as great place to rent a boat.We will definitely be back!

We have rented boats from Long Lake Marina for multiple seasons during our family vacations. We ve always been exceptionally happy with the boats we received, they re in new condition. The service we receive is also outstanding. We ve made the mistake in past years of renting from a competing marina and were terribly disappointed in the quality and condition of the boat we received. Long Lake Marina is now our go-to location.

We were very happy with our rental pontoon boat from Long Lake Marina. No issues at all and the boat was very clean and in good condition. Also the process of booking and signing wavers was easily done on line so we were quickly on our way in the morning. Staff is friendly and professional.

Stellar, top notch, quality just to start. So the boat was a little old, oh well it s a rental to those that like to complain. The staff, best I ve seen on the water. Quality of service, can t be matched. I ve been on the water 42 years now, served on the water enough to be medical retired from the service, I ve served in the USCG and my unlimited masters license has been lapsed for a bit, needless to say I ve got a little experience. If you want the all around experience from a quality team Long Lake Marina is the place to go. Thanks for a great day and thank you for taking care Your active duty, vets, police and fire.Just did another rental over the weekend on 8/10/18 and as always never a let down. What a great team they have there, polite, helpful and kind. It s like borrowing a boat from a family member. Thanks again. We ll be back

These guys are great. Had paperwork ready at 8:45 turnover crew had boat clean, ready and reviewed the boat procedures prior to helping us off dock. Tubed all day up and down the 12 mile lake. They filled the tank on return and it could not have been easier. Highly recommend Long Lake Marina.

This Labor Day weekend, our boat had a dead battery while we were out in Brandy Pond. We called James at Long Lake Marina and he immediately sent out Darby to jump start our boat. A new battery was waiting for us on the dock when we got back to the marina. Always great service here!

I don't usually gush about places, but Long Lake Marina has delivered just about perfect customer experiences every time we go. Once we rented a boat from them and I screwed up the date of the reservation online (completely my fault). I was ready to head back to the kids and tell them the day at the lake was off, but these guys at the height of summer, instead for telling me tough luck they brought out a boat they were retiring and made sure my family had a great day on the water. Amazing!Later, we bought a boat from them and from interest to closing, they were amazing to work with. Lots of incentives, low pressure sales, and super helpful. A true joy to work with!So yeah...these guys are the BEST. Don't bother with anyone else in the Long Lake area, this is where it's at for rentals, sales, service and storage! Customer for life!

We rented a boat from Clint this past August (The first boat I ever rented). Clint is Very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Everything was easy and the boat was is great shape. Rented boats twice during our week vacation for tubing: a pontoon and deck boat. Boats were in great shape, clean and easy to operate. Check in/out was easy, no wait and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Long lake was beautiful and not crowded. Would definitely recommend renting at Long Lake Marina!

Great people who take awesome care of their customers. These guys took on a major project for me and stepped up to bat as it was a warranty issue and saved me so much hassle and stress. They earned themselves a lifelong customer for that!!

I have had nothing but great experiences. From sales staff , service and parts staff , finance department, rentals and the support staff. Whether it s Darby, Jon, Al, James, Chris or Chris , or the dock staff it s always a friendly, enjoyable and pleasant experience. I won t buy or rent anywhere else.

We had a great experience with Long Lake Marina. Pontoon boat was new and perfect size for our group of 10. Darby was very helpful in briefing us about the boat. We would not hesitate to rent from them next season.

Excellent! Very prompt courteous knowledgeable staff. Rentals are newer and clean and all necessary equipment is in the rentals. Great interaction with drop off and pickup. I can honestly say I am and will be a continued customer! Thank you Long Lake Marina

We ve rented boats from several of the local marinas in the Naples Maine area. This is our 3rd time renting from Long Lake Marina. The pricing at LLM is consistent with pricing in this market but the boats they rent are in much better general condition. The deck boat we rented this year was brand new and has plenty of power with the 150HP Yamaha outboard. I d definitely recommend Long Lake Marina.

I recently purchased a new boat through Long Lake marina and subsequently brought it to Nova Scotia, Canada. Morgan, Jon and the whole team were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The sales process was efficient and they kindly took me out on the lake with the boat to get comfortable with it prior to helping me get it properly set up for a long 600 mile trek back to Canada. The boat is great and I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

I recently took delivery of an Avalon LS 2080 CRB from Long Lake Marine. The order was made thru the owner Jim Davenport. Jim took the time to review the options and was knowledgable on the different features. He would make recommendations when appropriate, based on my planned use for the boat. My feeling was he was trying to meet my expectations and not trying to upsell.The production date was pushed out due to the CORONA versus limitations at the plant. As the production date approached, James Davenport contacted me to verify the options, review any model modifications since the order was initially placed and make a final verification of the selected options. Any email contacts on status were quickly replied.Due to the understandable production delays, no fault of Long Lake Marine, James went so far as offering the day use of a rental boat. Not expected but appreciated.The new boat was delivered the day after it arrived at Long Lake Marine. The Marina wanted to limit the turnaround time recognizing the delay and authorized overtime to achieve the short turnaround.Recognizing it was a busy weekend day with beautiful weather all hand were busy. The owner personally delivered the boat and took the time to review the operation and features. The boat came fully equipped with life jackets, anchor,bumpers, etc.We have one minor issue with the ordered seat covers that I am confident will be shortly rectified. The admiral chair cover was not included in the sealed package with the other covers.Overall an exceptional experience and I look forward to a long relationship with Long Lake Marine.

Everyone was very Friendly and very accommodating with my first brand new boat purchase!!!! Drove almost 4 hrs each way and was glad I did so. I LOVE THIS BOAT!!! Thank you team!!! Would highly recommend a boat purchase from Long Lake Marina

If I could go below one star I would. First, I paid for Vantage pontoon wrap and guard to protect against dock rash, dents and dings. But they forgot to do it so in year one I have whatever scratches, dents and dings my pontoons picked up even AFTER paying to avoid that. Next the cover for my boat arrives missing several snaps so it can t be buttoned down on the stern of the boat. Finally, my brand new, very expensive boat doesn t start half of the time because the ignition just spins to the right endlessly. I ve seen hundreds of complaints online with work around solutions. But shouldn t it just work? Long Lakes answer is you just have to do it right . Really, because cars, trucks, golf carts, ATVs and ski boats start without issue every time but they must have patented, space-age engineering

Our boating experience at LLM was a year-old event that ended in heartbreak. Once we signed an almost $40,000 contract with LLM, we were treated as a nuisance when forced to call them about the missing items in the signed contract. We attempted to work with LLM Service Department Staff for over a year to resolve the missing items with no luck, empty promises and "the check is in the mail". It was clear that LLM had no plans on honoring the signed contract. I even reached out to the Better Business Bureau to help resolve these many issues, who also had no response from LLM in this matter..In the end, My husband and I had to make the heart wrenching decision to sell our beloved boat back to LLM. We just cannot work with people who disregard signed contracts... or their word for that matter. 40,000.00 may not be a lot of money to LLM, but it is to these Two Essential Workers. Buying a boat is a big investment that requires a lot of servicing so warrantees are honored by the manufacturers.. That is not to be taken lightly. We have saved many emails, VM and audio conversations backing up the statements above. I'm choosing not to get into details as it really was a long year of endless promises, disrespect and outright lies from the service department staff.James at LLM did make arrangements to have the boat picked up after purchasing it back. We thought this was really a turning point in regards to their integrity.. We were told Pick Up time would be 9:30 am. Unfortunately, who ever was driving the LLM truck arrived at 8:40 am, came on our property, took the boat without attempting to knock on our door and left with our boat's license plate still attached. Both of which is illegal... but then again not honoring a signed contract is illegal as well..LLM please send our boat's license plate back. At this point my husband nor myself can stomach calling LLM one more time and be treated with disrespect.Buyers beware..

We had scheduled the boat in advance and it poured all morning. Like the day was going to be a wash out. But we took the chance and these guys stayed open. By the time we got in the boat not one drop of rain.Awesome day. And Emma was a pleasure to deal with.

The people there are so friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. I have used other marinas and I have to say that Long Lake Marina had the most professional service and very easy to work with when renting a boat. I will only do business with Long Lake Marina

I would highly recommend working with these guys!!! James Davenport was so accommodating to work with. He was selling a used Nautic Star boat and I live out of town in Virginia. He took photos, videos, answered my million questions and held multiple facetime sessions with me. He was completely transparent about any minor cosmetic issues with the boat and it was delivered to my house exactly as advertised! I have been catching rockfish for the past two months and loving my boat! Thank you so much for all of amazing customer service!!

Clint and Long Lake Marina are the best! Have rented 24 foot Tri Toons from them a couple times now for fun times with friends and family. Highly recommend! Clean and state of the art boats! Also excellent selection and service!

This was our first rental experience and we were very pleased! Everyone was friendly and courteous from the first phone call to returning the boat. We would absolutely rent from them again!
