As a former retail business owner, I know the day to day commitment you must make to service your customers on a professional, timely, and accommodating manner. Every time we have A.L.T. servicing our RV, he and his crew meet and exceed this criteria always with a friendly smile, helpful suggestions and conscientious attitude. I suspect they don't waiver from this recipe for success based on how expensive a rig you come in with. Good old fashion service to please.....and that they do!

I had a few issues with my Winnebago Motorhome so I took it up to A.L.T. RV Services in Monmouth. I dropped it off in the morning, not expecting to get it back for a few days, and Dave called me a few hours later telling me I was all set. He sealed upper marker lights and checked roof seals and cleaned and checked both A/C units. Everything works Great. I highly recommend ALT RV SERVICES. Dave will treat you fairly!Thank you Dave for getting our Motorhome back to us the same day . Impressive!!!

An overall great experience. Dave could not have been more helpful in getting the axles replaced on our Lance travel trailer. His team was ready for us when we arrived in the morning and it was completed earlier than expected. These guys obviously know what they are doing and will treat you honestly. Dave and his crew are awesome! Our family's camper had a run in with a pine tree during a wind storm this winter. They made all the repairs in a timely fashion, did an excellent repair job, and came in well below the original estimate! I cannot say enough positive things about this place! We were desperate to find a reliable RV service center for our Airstream in this area. As full timers, our summer in Maine has it's challenges, but Dave, Mark, and the crew are dependable! Call early, because they are extremely busy!

Have taken my shuttle bus conversion to A.L.T. RV on several occasions for various work including custom electrical jobs and I have been totally satisfied with the results. Mark is exceptional with his electrical service and Dave is a pleasure to deal with. Kudos to the entire staff without exception.

ALT worked on our Super C motorhome for some slide issues. Very happy with our service and done in a timely manner at reasonable cost. Highly recommend them and will be our go-to repair place from now on.

The first thing I want from a service company is honesty. These guys are HONEST. They tell you like it is and don't try to sell you things you don't need. The second thing I want is knowledgeable technicians. Paul and the rest are outstanding. First rate. Lastly I want people who stand behind their work. There is no doubt ALT RV checks all 3 of these boxes. I have had work done on my RVs and trailers all over the country. This is the best place I have ever found. Our first time using this company for a broken slide and hydraulic leak. Very happy. They did what they said they would, charged what they advertise for a rate and completed the work VERY TIMELY. We will return here for our RV service needs. Decent people. Great communication and service.

Dave and his crew are the best. He's always extremely busy with businessso you might have to wait a bit for your work or appt. That's a good thing. A busy place is means he has a good clientele. Well worth the wait. He treats you professionally and will actually give you tips sometimes on how to fix something if he can't get you in and fixed when you need. I have been using ALT since he has been open. I recommend 100%Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Dave has been doing our trailer repairs since the day he opened. He s been there for us for regular repairs and emergencies. Always professional work. Stands behind all of his work. If I could give these guys 10 Stars I would! They're very good at what they do. David and his crew said that they'd be working on my roof of my fifth wheel which got hit by an oak tree most of the winter they got it done in a little over a week. And they all did a beautiful job. I'm very satisfied! I would highly recommend them for anything you need to be done on your RV

We had our awning fixed last fall with these people. We went on our first camping trip had a 5 minute shower and awning came right off the wall. We called him immediately. He asked if it rained or had a high wind gust? We told him it was a 5 minutes shower. We brought it back and told us that camper are made cheaply these days and he had 34 years of experience. He told us that all there was the fiberglass to hold it up.We called manufacturer and they said there should be plates where the bolts are supposed to go though. I called him back and let him know about brackets inside of wall. He called back following day and said he would look for them. He found 2. We got the camper back before he went on vacation.Needles to say we had rain last night and it collected in the middle of awning. We never had any problems before all this happened. The water always rolled off.

I bought a brand new 2019 Heartland Northtrail camper from another local dealer (named not mentioned because they dont deserve any free publicity). Anyway, I took it in for warranty work and it came back damaged. They refused to repair the damage! I took it to ALT for the repair work. It was completed quickly. The work they did was impeccable! Dave and the crew really took care of us, even addressing things they noticed beyond the necessary repairs. It looks better than the day we bought it! We highly recommend ALT to anyone for RV service and repair. Thank you, Dave, and crew, for an exceptional experience!

Dave and his crew did a great job finding a leak in my camper and repairing before damage was done! I even got a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied after a rainstorm. All fixed! I recently called for my next service to have an outlet fixed. I definitely will be a repeat customer!

I've been going to Dave to fix my pop-up and now my hybrid camper for almost ten years now and I always leave feeling confident that the work is done right and at a fair price. Not only do Dave and his staff do the work that you ask, and document it well, but they take the time to show you the repairs and answer any questions that you have. Through the years I've learned more about my camper(s) and it's functionality from Dave and his staff than I could have ever done on my own (or at least learned it a lot faster :). Even though Dave's shop is a little bit of a drive for me (~30 mins with camper attached) I'd never go anywhere else.

Made an appointment to drop off my utility trailer for a wheel bearing repack. It was agreed beforehand that I wasn't in a hurry, but when I arrived to drop the trailer off, I was told my trailer would be in next and it was done in a couple of hours.
