Stanley's Auto Center is the best car repair business I've ever been to. I've been taking my car there about a year and a half now. The owner and the workers are so amazing and kind. They have helped me out in desperate times, more than once. They always do their best and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Medway area. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

The young man behind the counter was extremely helpful. We had a flat and all of the bays were busy.He came right out, removed the tire and fixed it for us on the spot.When he was done we asked where we could check the other 3 tires and he told us to pull over to one of the bays and he did that for us too.We're not from that area but if we were, they would be our first choice for any work needed.He was courteous and very reasonable.Service: Tires

Adam and Crew are fair, consistent, and reasonably priced for services spanning from major projects to full service small motor maintenance and repairs. I bought my Aerens snowblower there and was very satisfied with the customer service. Thanks Brian! Great family business servicing the Katahdin Region for years.

I ve been here a few times now since moving to the area this summer from Texas, and the staff here is always super friendly. Prices are also very affordable/reasonable, and their services are quick and efficient. Highly recommend. Extremely poor service. To Be quite honest this portions to the collision center. I would have put a one star but work hasn't been completed. Untimely. Don't contact back in timely manner. Make you feel unimportant. Negligent. Disconcerted Insurance say's They'll pay for work they can't see underbody iex: ball joint,strut,tire rods break line all checked out fixed from accident as well as what can be seen plastic bumper front back under and plastic radiator cover the insurance says it is paying for under a rider adjuster can't climb under in driveway At Stanley Collision center States won't pay if not printed out on the original estimate. And they don't call text or email you just avoid. Accident in December can't get in until April's end. Ball joint, strut, break line, tire rods, Yet expect me as a woman to just drive car and figure it out.

They got us home! Limped in from the North Woods on a donut spare and a plugged tire with a huge leak, five hour drive ahead. It was an hour and a half before they closed on a Friday, customers lined up picking their vehicles, and all the bays filled. The first place we stopped at had just turned us away. The gentleman at the front asked us the tire size, and we were out of there with a new set of perfectly balanced tires in 15 minutes. He charged us basically the price they are advertised on the Walmart website. No games, and very friendly employees. People in this area should be very proud of having these guys in town. Cannot thank them enough for saving our day!

Stanley's Auto Center got me in immediately to change my tires over from summer-winter, mounted and balanced! Took him no time to do it ..very speedy, welcoming, just an all around great guy & garage! I will definitely use him again and I would highly recommend him! (A++++++++) Thank you so much for getting me right in, very much appreciated & feeling much safer now!!!

Got a flat tire in Baxter State Park. Limped back to the resort on a donut-spare. Asked in the bar that night where to go for tire service. The resounding answer from employees and patrons alike was STANLEYS !! I called the next morning and limped my van in for some service. They had no open bay but patched my tire and put it back on my van right in the parking lot. Allowing my wife and me to continue on with our 30th anniversary trip. Over the years I have had service done on my Subaru Forester at this garage. Always scheduled asap and service rendered on time. Being greeted and treated so kindly while I waited for the work to be done was nice. A very pleasant environment, busy busy place but they are never to busy to be kind and patient with the customers. I've seen some real tact and diplomacy used with a difficult customer. The work done was excellent and I'd take my car back there again anytime

Truly, saved us. Me and my friends were up in the area for a summer trip and had gone to the Khatadin campgrounds to climb the trail. Whilst staying there, our one of two cars had both its right tires popped. And when you're a 14 hour drive from home, a working car is pretty imperative. So thankfully, we were able to make it out to Stanley's, and the gentleman working were more than obliged to help us. They got us fitted and were quite literally, the only reason we got home. The tires held up phenomenally and I cannot recommend them enough.

I recently moved to this area and went to Stanley's because of a check engine light and a recommendation from my neighbor. They diagnosed it just fine, and supposedly were going to get a part and fix it within the next couple weeks. I called at their suggestion 10 days later, the part was not in and I was told basically don't call us we'll call you. It's two months later and I'm forced to get this repair done elsewhere as I have had zero contact. They seem to be competent mechanics but clearly have way more business than they need and can blow off clients when they're busy. Too bad, I was trying to keep my business local.

Honest hardworking people. Sadly somewhat of a rare thing these days, but Stanley s truly does live up to their great reputation. Always had good service, no matter the size of job.

I was on my way to camp with my two young boys 1yo and 3yo. Our first boys only camp trip. We cam from Naples Maine! Our water pump went while we were driving on 95 the engine over heated just before the Medway exit. We limped it into Stanley's and they found the issue and fixed as we waited! They were supper busy and fit us right in. What an amazing place and the guys were supper nice to me and my boys!Thanks for getting our camp trip back on track you guys are the best!Service: Engine repair

Was referred by a friend when needed service that was not available locally for our older jeep. It was definitely worth the trip! Mr. Stanley & his crew were pleasant, thorough, yet tended to task to get us on our way. Bill was a bit less then estimate. We will be calling him for any future needs.

I would never go here again.The experience here was fine, until I got to my next oil change and discovered that at Stanley's they had lost the plug for my oil pan and put one in of the wrong size gluing it in and in the end costing me $600. My grandparents also had work done on their vehicle and had to have their tire replaced because of Stanley's did!

Did a great job,didn't try and sell me parts I didn't need like alot of places. Was quick, communicated with me. I travel for work so finding a good garage can be tough. Only place I'll go now when I'm in that area

I dropped my car off to have an uppercontrol arm my husband was told $160 plus labor . had the truck for over 2 24 hours he did not fix the control arm or any of what I asked. He choose to fix my breaks only one side the more e expensive side charged me a quote for $160 then this morning we go its $500 and he never called to tell us about the breaks or anything he choose to fix. What he wanted I was told he is an upcharge robbery and proven right I have three kids I just wanted a safe car the price would of been fine if he discussed it with us not done us and charged by 4. Times over hes a theif dont take a bicycle here court will deal with him nextA family of 5 in MillinocketServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Charged me $225 to fix my snowblower which broke the first time I tried to use it. What a pain to have to bring it back to them and pay someone to plow my driveways in the meantime. They also never fixed things correctly the first time I asked them - like the chute cable which I told them to fix. The clerk (owner?) (Adam) was flat out rude and could care less about customer service. He had my money which is all he cared about. I hope they do better at auto repair. I guess you haven't got much choice on where to go in the Millinocket area.

Went in to buy a snowblower they had many in stock they were all the best of quality and next day delivery in Millinocket I was treated so well I plan to to go there for my automobile service

guys are friendly, speak to the point and have significant knowledge of the vehicles they serviced for me, including small engine repairs on Mantis tiller , Ariens Snowblower, My GMC Truck and my Honda CRV.The dealers I bought the vehicles from are quite the opposite, inconvenient, overpriced and in the GMC dealer's case remarkably ignorant about the expectations of yours truly.Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Indicated my tire was safely plugged. It was not. Tire failed the same day creating a dangerous situation for me and my daughter. Next tire shop said tired is ruined and they did not find any plug.

Being broke down on 95 north of Bangor is no picnic. Stanley's took time out of their busy schedule on Monday afternoon to replace the battery and get us back on the road in a jiffy. While there I observed the loyal and respectful services and customer report.

My last three sets of tires have come from Stanley's every experience has been great, friendly atmosphere, great employees. I'll call them for my forth set for sure.
