In July, my GMC Sierra wouldn't start and I called them. I was told to have it towed there on Wednesday and they would work on it Thursday. FIVE (5) weeks and MANY excuses later (One was: "Other people need their vehicle more than you, so we did theirs first.") I was called and told. "We couldn't find your problem, you will have to take it somewhere else." When I went in, I was presented with a $700.00 bill for labor and a slew of parts I didn't obviously need (I was lucky they didn't put in a new motor and billed me for that.) I had it towed to a dealer who had it fixed the next day, telling me "It was no big deal, just a bad wire."Service: General repairs & maintenance

My first time there after referral from local friends for much needed Honda Brake job (F &B) following a much more $ hosing than expected from the dealer where I purchased the vehicle back in 2015. Father (Brian) & Son (Ben) small local business been there for years. They do my kind of work "every day." In and back on the road in 2.5 hours, leaving me with a safe vehicle to drive. Going back tomorrow for a belt change. Right from the get go the customer knows what types of automotive jobs/work they do/can do and on what vehicle brands - NO SAABs. They tell you up front the cost: parts & labor - very much appreciated when you're on a budget - They saved me very close to $1000.00 on a $2000.00 dealer quoted job. Unfortunately for me they do not do spark plugs, (rear) differential, valve adjustment - another $1000.00 @ dealer. Brian is very much work/business oriented/focused - NO time wasted on useless weather conversation - how terrifically refreshing. Ben is more easy going, but just as focused. Both are gems of old as is their small, 2 Bay, garage. These are working guys, not slick Dealer types with laptops working in a spa atmosphere - I ran from there to these guys, feel blessed there are still honest service providers out there. They charge $98/hour for labor, their waiting room has a nice flat screen, but the carpet needs a good serious vacuuming, a little dusting wouldn't hurt either. AND they need a bathroom for customers. For people who don't know - there is no public bathroom around other than The Village Pizzeria located across from Cumberland Farm at the traffic light and they open at 11 for lunch - also a great place to eat/take out.

One of the very few places I have brought a vehicle and felt under charged for what they did. I woukd certainly recommend this garageover any chain store that would of charged me more to drive in the door then I payed for my service here. A+

Great experiences with this place. I work around the corner from them, so it's convenient to drop my vehicle off in the AM and pick it up later the same day. They are a bunch of hardworking yet honest guys who do not try to nickel and dime you on their labor. They are busy enough there not to make up work for themselves, they will fix what needs to be fixed... No blinker fluid charges, if you catch my meaning. I encourage anyone who is looking for repairs that are fair priced, with a quick turnaround, and no additional unneeded fluff added in. Great places like this are getting tougher and tougher to find, so I thought I'd review them and offer a recommendation to anyone looking for a new auto repair shop.

I bought my truck here over a year ago you just get a good vibe about this place and the folks here. Very respectful family-owned business, this will always be my go to spot when in need of a car, tires or repairs. Just had a set of tires put on my truck today for a great price.

They got me in quickly. Fair prices and quick service. Not very courteous on the phone any of the times I called. Also called me "sweetheart", which isn't my thing.
