The customer service is amazing. The oil change is far more than just an oil change. All fluids, filters checked, they vacuum your car, they wash your windows. Will most certainly continue to use them.

2nd Visit to Jiffy Lube in Augusta on Western Ave.Very impressed with the manger and their knowledge in the automotive world. Not just a cheap oil change here. I would recommend this over your typical 10 minute change.

Great service with a team who not only cares about changing your oil but the overall safety and care of your vehicle. Not there to upset you just give you the advice of what your vehicle needs in the future . I'll be back for sure. Thanks guys!

The manager has outstanding customer service, loves the locals and goes out of his way to explain everything. Service was timely and precise. Great local car/truck service.

I have been in several times for a fleet of trucks and they are too expensive finally i convinced my boss to forget them. Last week they said regular? I said yeah then charged me 97 dollars and kept talking about the most random service add ons. Then i go in with the same type truck and they charged me 121 and didnt tell me it would be that much and besides only 2 people worked there and i was there like an hour.i have proof. I went back and they were all smoking to ask why one was cheaper and finally he said one was full synthetic i never wouldnhave done that. But that is quite a lot thankfully it wasnt my money.

I had a radiator flush at Jiffy Lube in Manchester, ME. The whole experience was great. I didn't know they did radiator flushes and there was no appointment to make. I tried 4 other places and they were booking 2-3 weeks out. Went there on my lunch and was in and out within 45 minutes. Great service and fast service!

I have used here for years, once a year, alternating with my dealership for state inspections, recalls. Nice, clean, pleasant staff. Sadly they did not have my sized wiper blades, nor would not change my blade inserts ( new corporate policy ), the synthetic oil was over $100, an engine filter over $40 ( both alot more than even dealerships and double elsewhere). Why I was the only person in the shop. A very small out of state ( also out of date) water for my troubles ( there use to be a small coffee machine) and the final bill of $156. (Last year $80, and dealership $98) sadly my last ever visit to them. 1* rating as the staff were efficient.

Great job! The new ownership is starting out with solid considerate customer service and good prices!I showed up very near the end of the day and service was polite & complete, they even checked to replace a burned out headlight! I was in June 3rd., a Saturday afternoon. The fact no one was waiting and I was the only customer the time I was there says alot. A man comes out to tell me the price is $85. and $11. a quart over 5 quarts. My car needed an oil change and I didn't realize it was under new ownership. I had to ask them to check the air in my tires and they didn't like that, I believe that they did something to 1 of the value stems, since I had a flat tire the next time I went out to use the car. When J&S owned this, no complaints and you don't get a free wash anymore either. Don't go here, I won't be back!!

The guys were super nice and helpful! They cleaned my headlights that were extremely dirty for no extra charge. I had a piece of plastic hanging off my car and they sanded it down so it wouldn t be dragging anymore. You also get a 20% off with being a new customer. Great experience and didn t feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me. Super nice! 10/10 recommendService: Oil change

Came here for an oil change today around midday. I drove up and they guy informed me that there has been a change of ownership. He then told me that the prices had gone up considerably, and recommended that I go to Prompto in Augusta instead because their prices are so much lower. So I did. Their price was a lot lower, and their service was great! I'm just very confused as to why you guys would turn away business like that when you didn't have a single other vehicle being worked on!?

I think this place is a LITTLE expensive for a simple oil change. I went in for just an oil change (granted it was full synthetic) and I left with a 111$ bill. Yikes. Will definitely go elsewhere next time.

I went in for an oil change on March 14th, it was first thing in the morning and I was the only customer there. The gentleman came and showed me my air and cabin filters. I said to replace both. Apparently they didn t have an air filter in stock. There were 3 persons in the garage with my car the only one. They finished, I left. On the way home, my check engine light, 4wd light, anti-skid lights all came on. Engine was losing power. This is what we found . They never hooked it back up. Also I called and left a message, no return call. Will never use them again!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Way overpriced. Service was quick but so was the up sell approach. Also, be prepared to be rudely spoken to if you have questions. Since Jiffy Lube took over the location it s simply not the same quality service. I ll be doing my own oil change or finding a place where the manager doesn t swear at people.

Pulled in first thing this morning for an oil change. Was the only one there and the surprise was online it says it s way cheaper for an oil change but 105 bucks for 5 quarts of oil and a filter seems a bit ridiculous. The guy behind the counter took my air filter out after I said I just wanted an oil change nothing else. Then proceeded to answer a phone call from the owner of the business which lasted nearly 10 minutes of them talking about store problems and call outs of workers. After which they tried to sell me an air filter when mine was only 4 months old. About 8,000 miles on it. So after standing waiting for him to get off the phone he tried to up sell me an air filter but my main concern would be why did he take my air box apart when I didn t ask him to. I specifically said change the oil full synthetic . I won t return after the unprofessional phone call with the store owner. If you care that much about your business maybe you should show up on site and handle your problems with staff.Service: Oil change

EDITED TO ADD: The GM of this company replied to my review below. I took him at his word and emailed about this issue to see if it could be resolved, but he never responded. Clearly, his boilerplate comment is merely performative and not intended to be taken literally.*****This had been my regular oil change place for a few years. One morning, a few months ago, I pulled in for my usual service, and when I went to pay, realized I didn't have my wallet on me. I let the staff know and assured them I lived 10 minutes away and would be right back to settle up. They seemed understanding about it, and we all had a good laugh 20 minutes later when I returned to settle up. Or so I thought. Fast forward to today, when I pulled in and was informed by the manager that I was no longer welcome as a customer because I had forgotten my wallet on my previous visit. Even though I made good on it almost immediately, and even though no one had said a word to me the day it happened. It was so absurd, I actually thought he was joking. Obviously, I won't be back, since I don't have a choice. It's stunning to me that this is how a small local business chooses to treat their loyal customers. Avoid at all costs.Service: Oil change

My transmission is blown due to the leaking hose that was mis diagnosed then re diagnosed by your guy jared at this location. I was there Monday left and 10 minutes later blew the transmission. I'm told to speak to the higher up because I should have never been told I was good to drive it like that. I need someone to contact me please

I was flat out lied to when I asked if they checked my tire pressure and the receipt said that they had and the worker said they had, but when I got back in my car the pressure light was still on, even after going through the car wash. At that time, 12 hours is what it takes for the pressure to get low in one tire. I got out and checked it and it was at 22 when it was supposed to be at 35 which means they never touched it. The service used to be good. It has been disappointing the last couple of times I've gone there. I guess when an out of state company buys up a local company, they only care about money and not customers. I also want to point out the "free half price car wash" costs you a dollar, so it's really not free. Check your receipt.Service: Oil change

Pulled in to get the same service I would always get with JNS. These new prices with the new owners are INSANE!!! People take my advice and go up the road to PROMTO their prices are soooo much more reasonable! Sad to see such price gouging!!! Total price at PROMTO for full synthetic, top off fluids and tire pressure on all tires $66.36 . At jiffy lube the OLD JNS was going to charge me $108.00 just for the synthetic oil change all other services would be separate charges! WOW! Good luck with Jiffy Lube!

This place has been going downhill ever since the Babb Family sold the business. The work ethic, pride and customer service that once set the standard for others to model has most definitely left the building. I m sad to say, that after 25 years of being a loyal customer, I m calling it quits.

I won't come back, your prices are higher than the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. Not worth the convenience to pay $200 for an oil change and a set of wipers. Never again. And I will tell all who ask the same thing.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I do not usually write reviews, but I do need to share my experience with the public. I also shared my opinion with the Manager. I brought my car in for service. When this Express lube was under local ownership. I didn't have any issues, outstanding customer service, and great value in return for the service in my opinion. I paid for the "Star Service". That includes an oil change, safety inspection, car vacuuming, and a discount car wash now ( used to be a free car wash ). It wasn't overly busy I might add the day I brought my vehicle in. I had the oil change done. They pulled my car out of the service bay. I got in my vehicle, I noticed the car was still full of sand. I paid for the star service. I went back inside. The two attendants were no where to be found. On top of that my two of four tire stem caps were missing off my tires after the service. I was offered a free service, but I politely refused due to this experience. I just wanted to share my experience with the public.
