Johnathan, the new owner and (who's been there for years), is great. I came in to get an inspection one morning without an appointment and had a doctor's appointment in Agusta that morning as well. He worked me in and found that I needed a ball joint and some exhaust work. I was going to leave, but he was concerned about my safety because of the ball joint. So he set aside other work and put two mechanics on it and got me out in time to make my appointment and with a new sticker. I highly recommend Madison Automotive.

Local mechanics that I've known since they were kids. I trust them 110%. They have a reputation for being strict on their inspections, which is great. If they wouldn't let their wives drive something, I wouldn't want mine too either! They have recently changed hands and are making great improvements to their systems of communication and care for their customers. I now drive over an hour each way just to have them work on my vehicles.

I debated on wether or not to post this. Last month I had my gmc terrain towed to them the only issue being the transmission they called me back saying there would be a lot more that it would need to be stickered I had it towed home now power steering pump is gone computer fried and new battery completely dead. After having it towed home they called and charged me $40 for an inspection. Wth will definitely be sticking with Randy s crooks at Madison automotive you all should be ashamed of yourself.

I had my boat detailed and then wrapped for the winter. I got busy and wasn t able to open up the boat until July. The boat looked amazing. They got it cleaner than I thought they could! Well done!!!

Good work performed but turn around time needs to be improved greatly. EDIT 2 weeks later. Ever feel you may have gone to the wrong garage? I'm getting that feeling now

Overcharged my credit card. Tried to bill for services not needed or rendered. No mask use, and mask use by me was discouraged.
