Such an incredible company have such wonderful employees there at night and in the daytime during a blueberry festival and they did a wonderful job taking care of each and every one just like they were family great place great employees great coffee

Creamer station is always empty. Many items never in stock. Overnight staff harasses me constantly. Parking lot has pot holes at both entrances that are absolutely atrocious. Most recent visit no tp and no soap in men's room, pubic hair all over toilet seat. Never any hot items in hot food cases. I've started doing business elsewhere in town where customer service is better, stock is more reliable, bathrooms are clean, and they have hot foods as advertised.

I like the workers there always willing to talk or hear me complain about life. Prices are high everywhere but ordering food is still relatively cheap and the handmade sandwiches are some of the best closest to me

Only reviewing to finally get this off my queue. Its a gas station... does anyone really love going to the gas station? They say you pay for convenience, and that holds true here when it comes to snacks and other food items. It is nice to have something open 24 hours when you realize you don't have ground coffee for the next day at 10pm though. (Thats me!) Realizing I'm reviewing the store more than the actual Irving company its gas. Sometimes the pumps work, sometimes they don't, sometimes price is up, sometimes its down. Its literally like any other gas station.

This my go to gas location. As well as for snacks, milk, and junk food. The staff changes a lot, but the manager and asst. manager are helpful and friendly. Any time I've had an issue, they have solved it. Generally, in my favor. I go here at least 3-4 times per week. The prices are comparable to the other stations in town and getting in to the location is pretty easy.

Not a bad gas station they got a meat lovers Pizza which is really good at the pizza shop in there and the overview of the water for my first time ever being up here was really really nice to see the patio setting was good

Card wash charged $76 for gas I never got because my gas cap was frozen and I called as soon as I noticed the charge (literally 5 hours after I was there) the worker who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and told me if my card was charged then I got gas which I absolutely did not. My vehicle wouldn t even take that much gas, even with my car on empty it only cost me anywhere from $35-$45 to fill it. Then he proceeded to hang up on me after I asked for a manager and the number to their corporate office. I called back and no one answered the phone. I then called the Ellsworth Irving and he was so helpful and gave me the number and said whoever it was I spoke to needs to be retrained as the $76 was a pre authorized hold and should be credited to my account within 24 hours. Machias Irving is a complete joke!

If there's anything you need for baby to gramp's personal needs;Or from diesel, gas kerosene...to homemade pizza, or sandwiches this IS THE PLACE . Reliable, consistent & caring, the staff has always been that & more. If u make ur way thru Pembroke, you'll find all you need there!

Their price sign lies. Price it says on the street for debit is not the price you get at the pump.
