I can't say enough great things about the work they do, the involvement they have in their community and how they truly treat their customers like a top priority. My Jeep Wrangler looks fantastic after sustaining damage and Marcel if took some extra time to buff out some additional scratches and repair a few chips. So appreciated!!

I crunched my liftgate backing into my garage in July and the liftgate would no longer close. I called Fern's and they squeezed me in just to be able to get the liftgate to close, but admitting a 4-month wait for the fix. And they taped it all up so there'd be no issue with fumes. I was so grateful. They slated me for Nov 13th for the body work. I don't know how they do it, but they took my car on the 13th and when I got it back, as predicted, on the 16th, it looked brand new!! They do an amazing job. (And this is my 2nd round with them. When I lost my passenger window to a smash-and-grab they did an an absolutely perfect job with that, too.) They take great pride in their work and I've been thrilled with two-for-two! They're batting a thousand! Thank you Fern's!

I'd give Ferns 10 stars if I could. Always super polite, answer questions no matter how much of a pain I'm being, and care about your well being after an accident. Would recommend them to anyone!

My car is a 2010 Honda Fit. Un-fortunately,despite my diligence,the paint on the roof began to fade due to a manufacturing issue with the original paint & acrylic that was used. Well, Ferns Auto Body in Lisbon Falls brought my car back to life! They did a fabulous job on the roof and it was fairly priced. They also cleaned the inside and washed and buffed the outside. I recommend them highly! The car was done on time, the paint match is perfect and the personnel at Ferns is top notch. You can trust the folks at Fern Body Shop to treat your car like it was their own. 10+ is what I give them.

Bought a truck from them and sure enough as soon as the money hit their hands it just went down hill from there... When the check engine light came on I brought it down to them told them I bought it to be able to haul my 25' trailer. When I hauled the trailer I found out real quick the truck has no power. On my way back home it was dark outside and I found out there were no lights to my trailer. So they said they would check it out and gave me the truck back saying it was fixed so when I got home I hooked it up to my trailer and still had no lights. So then he comes to check out why the trailer has no lights and tries to say it was an issue with the trailer. Then I proved there was nothing wrong with the trailer. So as he continuously jabs the electrical hook up to the trailer into the plugin on the back bumper he realizes one of the prongs are bent. At 1st he offered to fix where the trailer plugs in and very quickly fell through on that. Then as I drive my truck the check engine light comes on again. Clearly he does not come good to his word and I would never buy another vehicle through them again. Don't waste your time it's not worth the headache. I would not recommend getting a vehicle from here because He is very dishonest. He even put a inspection sticker on the truck without doing a thorough inspection.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are Tru professionals with excellent knowledge and great experience with what they do. After having my vehicle repaired at a shop other than Fern's it was clear the first place was not as knowledgeable and a lot of issues still existed. Fern's will be my first stop next time.

On Christmas Eve I was certain my CV joint gave out and finally broke. I called Fern's on 12/26 and spoke with Fern. He told me he would take a look at it the following morning before giving me an estimate because he's not one to just replace parts that don't need it. Long story short, I got a call from him a couple hours after I left my car there, saying he thoroughly investigated what I had described to him but he and another tech were unable to diagnose any problems. This is good news to me because CV joint replacements aren't cheap! I asked him if he could look into another issue that I thought MIGHT be causing the sounds that led me to believe it was CV joint, as well as reattach a low-hanging piece of shielding on my front end. He and his tech reevaluated my concerns, found no issues, reattached the shielding and said if I wanted to take him for a ride one day to personally explain what I was hearing that maybe he could be of more assistance. He didn't charge me anything for their time spent looking into my concerns or reattaching the shield.He was thorough, considerate, polite, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service! I would recommend Fern's Body Shop to anyone who asks! Thank you Fern and staff!!

I went to Ferns at first because they quoted me the lowest price for repairs, but they helped me much more than I expected any shop to. The repair was to my rear quarter panel which was smashed in nearly 5 inches under and up behind the rear door. I had replaced the rear door with one in better shape a year prior but had not aligned it properly or clipped the door panel on. Ferns not only did a beyond excellent job with the body work, they also realigned my rear door, fixed the door panel, fixed an unrelated scratch on my fuel door, and rust that had formed around the dents. I'm So glad i went with Ferns for my repair. They did quality work and beyond what i expected without raising my first quoted price. Big thank you to Ferns!

Extremely friendly people and outstandingly talented! They fixed up my car in a very timely fashion and even let me borrow a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. If you need work done on your car come here!

I cannot speak highly enough of this business. They did an impeccable job repairing body damage, had it done on time, and even cleaned the interior and exterior (plus a wax!). Hopefully I won't get in another accident soon, but if I do, I'll use Fern's!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
