Fantastic retail crew , they are so helpful and kind and always greeting you with a smile on their face. I love shopping there and don't shop elsewhere unless they don't have the thing I need and recommend me another spot. I absolutely recommend shopping there or even stopping in with questions! Also they love there animals bring them in to say hiiiiii!9

The gentleman at the Lisbon location was great. He answered the phone and was able to help me right off. The Lewiston location wasn't helpful and had put me on hold as soon as she answered and for at least 4 minutes till the phone started ringing again.

Awsome store Kathy in commercial is amazing best person to talk to if you need parts. Amazingly friendly and helpful definitely recommend. She needs a raise and needs to be a manager soon so she can train people to have the customer service she has. Her customer service is the best in all the parts store I have ever been in.

I would definitely recommend this place. Cathy was very helpful and helped me get the parts I needed and went beyond. She was very helpful and let me know the steps of returns and how paying in cash might be different getting it back (obviously by card). I even had to go back in for another part. She helped find the part that wasn't on the sales floor. Even was able to help her other associate. Cathy is a double timer and if she can will help find product even if she's helping other customers. Not taking time away from them but quick and easy things. If you happen to go there ask for Cathy. She is amazing and very sweet. Thank you for getting me the right parts.

On 3/6/22 at 10:30am I went into the Lisbon Advanced Auto Parts store and walked up to the counter to a woman. I asked for brake fluid for my car. She very curtly told me dot4 and went back to what she was doing. I asked where I could find it and she pointed in the direction of a corner across the store. I asked if I could get more assistance because I don t even know what I m looking for. She informed me that I should probably just go look around because it would be awhile before she would help me. So I go to the area she pointed to. I looked for 5-10 minutes with no luck. I don t even know what I m supposed to be looking for mind you. She finally waddles over and rudely tells me that I need to open my eyes because I went right past it. I bought the brake fluid. And I guess it was my fault for asking for help to get the fluid in my car because I ve never done it before and just wanted to make sure I didn t mess it up. But she informed me that there is YouTube for that and no one has the time to go out there and help me. I will not ever be going back to this location again. It used to be my go to spot and I felt so happy leaving every time. Now I ll be telling everyone they re better off looking at YouTube.

Needed a battery and like to shop local. Went in at the end of March. Ask to test my battery and they stated to come back. Arrived the next week and they tested my battery and it was low. Manager stated there were three people in the store and would of loved to sell me a battery however he was the only manager in the store at the time and to come back. My third time trying they stated they were short staffed which is understandable. However I stated it would be my third time trying to buy a battery here and would go elsewhere for their convenience. They decided to sell me a battery and install it 04/23/2021. Today 04/24/2021 My vehicle didn't start, found out they didn't tighten the bolts to the battery and I was able to get it started to head back over. Went in and the manager stated "Can't help you, we only have a couple people right now and cant go out" I replied with okay well, I don't have the tools to tighten it and came here because the job wasn't done correctly" another customer came and and manger stated "I told you sir I would be right out" I waited not long outside. He came out however when I was trying to show him. He stated "Stop talking". Wow... Ive never been so disrespected before in a place of business and I didn't want this to be difficult. However to say the least... Advance auto in Lisbon Falls will never have my business again. A manager should not be telling customers to stop talking. I was diplomatic and let them know my concerns. He then continued to mumble things under his breath and is helping me now. Just would never recommend anyone here due to the very very poor customer service I've received from this store.

Be carefull of the lisbon store! They sell you the incorrect part, and then won't return it, even if it's bran new in the box with the receipt! Whatch out gor them!!!!!!

No one really goes out of their way to help. When I asked about computer testing my car they said they didn t have the machine for my make and model BUT I could buy one from them . Their hours are strange as well, they are closed a lot when I think they should be open.

Staff was very nice I was from out of town and the car I borrowed from my grandmother started acting up we pulled the codes and looked up what our potential issue was, once we narrowed it down we brought the car to a local garage, they also helped me on a Sunday to find a place to rent a car which was the airport it was that effort that showed they care... In Tampa florida I work for Tires Plus we have a great relationship with the staff at Advance, Im glad that this same greatness is being passed down to these other stores....Thank you again

Ridiculous hours! Closing at 4 p.m. on Saturdays and 3 p.m. on Sundays?!? Because nobody ever has any vehicle problems or works on their vehicles in the mid-afternoon on the weekend? I guess I won't waste my time trying to go to this place ever again.

Order parts with them on Thursday to get on Tuesday and they never ordered them. Want me to order them again on Tuesday to get on Friday. 8 9 days is too long to get parts
