Nicole provided me with excellent customer experience. After getting an online confirmation and using the phone number within that email allowed me to reach Nicole in NH. Prior to that I got frustrated with another number that led me to India with no promo s available which contradicted the online offers . Nicole resolved my frustration by easily completing everything on the phone and she even called me back when my line dropped. You are blessed to have her working for your company as I was blessed to get her assistance. Thank You Nicole.

Got exactly what I signed up for. 24 hr access is nice too. Very easy to work with & I love the auto draft so I never have to think about it.

I rented a storage unit in the morning, went over to it 3 hours later and it was all the units had snow banks packed up against them. I shoveled it out (took about a half hour) put a few boxes in and then found out the sliding lock bar didn't work, it was jammed. I called and she gave me another unit, which was all snowed in and the door wouldn't open, it was iced in. I told them I wanted to cancel my unit since I couldn't get access to it. They said they would refund the storage amount but they would still need to charge a $25 admin fee. It took a couple of phone calls and then they ended up charging $35 for a faulty unit which I had for 3 hours! There's no one local to cover any issues that may come up, they are out of NH, and they don't maintain their units...it's a mess. Basically if you have any problem you have no recourse....DON'T RENT!

Perfect for what I needed. One star off because the plowing made it pretty difficult to get into my unit, I had to spend more time than I anticipated shoveling out the door to my unit.

I just got off the phone with Nor, at All Purpose Storage. Nor was so very helpful. Kind and knowledgeable and she answered all my questions. I am so happy to be renting a storage unit from All Purpose Storage!

My experience with the new management at All Purpose Storage has been abysmal at best. My storage unit has been paid in full for the entire year but for some reason unknown to me, my unit has been double locked and I am unable to access. Even after being told my unit would be unlocked and a credit would be issued, I am still locked out days later!! Now - no communication at all - no return phone calls or answers to my many texts and emails. Unable to get a response - beware

Simple and straight forward unit was very easy to set up, clean and never worried about my items while using this unit location. (Lincolnville)When canceling it was a bit more difficult to get in touch with someone, but once it was settled it was a VERY simple process.
