Highly recommend, even just stopping in. Everyone from the service department to sales team where kind and friendly. I went to 6 different dealers from Rumford, Lewiston, to this one and this was the best value and quality of vehicle to ease of working with making a large purchase, financing, thoughtfulness. Go talk with Bill.

My vehicle has bumper to bumper warranty, I call them to do work on my vehicle #5 was misfiring. They told me they don't do those warranty because they only do Mopar warranty only when I was told by my dealership to go to them. I own a Jeep and every time I need help with my vehicle they always have and excuse not to do the work.

Too bad we can t give this place 10 stars. We were involved in an accident while vacationing in Maine, and the staff here towed us from Millinocket, loaned us a vehicle, and completed enough repairs to get us on the road again in 3 days one of which was a holiday. Thank you Bill and Bobby and all the staff who worked so hard to get our Ram in drivable condition.

Poor communication. Dirty. Not friendly.Bought a new Jeep here a couple weeks ago. The sunroof screen broke before the car had 600 miles on it. I called Thornton Bros, they told me to go to Quirk in Bangor to have them look. Quirk says make an appointment with Thornton so I did even though they're an hour from my house.The loaner car was disgusting. It smelt of wet dog and the check engine light was on. It has 130,000 miles on it and I expected a loaner more comparable to my vehicle especially since I purchased here very recently.I get a voice-mail saying my car is ready for pick up. I called to confirm it was fixed, they can't find any paperwork on it and will call me back. They left another voice-mail saying to call them to discuss my car. I finally spoke to someone at 330 and parts have to be ordered by they are on backorder.I brought in the loaner key, without a word, a man slid my car key across the counter to me, I put down the loaner key and left.

Great customer service, Skip was awesome to work with and made you feel welcomed. True to his word. He took time to explain all features of the van to my mother in law. We traveled from Caribou to Lincoln and was well worth the travel. Will definitely be returning customers.

I had driven up 5 hours and found a screw inn my wheel. The staff at Thornton brothers stopped what they where doing and accommodated me immediately. I know a tire plug is no big deal but it is when your that far from home. it is a big concern. Thank you guys i really appreciate it.

I found this place to be incompetent. Despite my patience and manners they put me at risk. My check engine light came on and I took my Jeep (while still under warrantee) there to be seen several times. I had my oil change and my inspection sticker there too. I asked them at least twice to see why my air conditioner wasn t working. I left there with still no ac working (I didn t notice right away since it was still cold out at the time) They sent me home saying my Jeep was safe to drive with the check engine light on. Then proceeded to take a month and a half to get the part they needed. I called for an update right before the 4th of July and they said they d check and call me right back. They didn t. I figured I d call back after the holiday and then I broke down 3&1/2 hours from my home. I had to be towed to the nearest dealership for it all to be taken care of. To find out my tires were in dangerous condition and the dealership that I ended up in took really good care of me. Roadside assistance was great and the other dealership changed my tires and fixed my (recalled) cooling fan and fixed my air conditioner. But I had to break down and have another place take pity on me to get it all fixed. I ll quote the woman at the other dealership. This is still under warrantee, it should be running like a top she was right. I took my Jeep in to be seen and way too many times for all this to be overlooked and they were fully aware I travel around a lot and they jeopardized my families safety..

Do NOT go to the service shop. Terrible! I recently got a clutch replaced there on my 2008 Dodge Dakota. Let me say I'm a Operation Iraqi Freedom "Scout" Veteran that has knowledge in vehicles and parts. I was given a $1600 quoted, by the "Service Manager," for parts and Labor. I agreed and also requested a oil change. I was aware of a "knocking" sound at the front of my vehicle and wasn't too concerned about it, for I had just replaced the upper and lower ball joints, both tie rods, and sway bar links. Mid way through the repair (a couple days of being in the shop) I get a phone call saying that I needed to also replace another part. At that time I made it clear that I didn't want to continue to go through a "increase of cost" while my vehicle lay in parts and they raise the cost. And they did! Over $400 more, putting me over $2000! then they gave me a quote to replace a front wheel bearing. Which led me to believe that was the "knocking" I was hearing. The part quote was for $369 for a Mopar part and they didn't indicate anything else wrong with the vehicle. I found a Moog (lifetime warranty) for $170 at a parts store. After a week of not having a vehicle the sound has worsened and I buck up for a new wheel bearing and replace it. Nothing changed about the sound the front was making. These guys misquote, diagnose, and customer service is terrible. Did nothing to rectify the situation. Never AGAIN! Put these con-Artists out of business! Oh, by the way, NO CASH DISCOUNT!!! What?!? Good American Car dealership that puts credit on the same level as cash.

I was going to buy a car there and a different sales person sold the car to somebody else while I was getting financed. They said they were sorry you would help me find a different car I said no thank you. I will never go back there
