Nice staff and very helpful.Please note if you are on Google search: they will come up under tires and buying but they order them they do not have any in stock.

My back tire was very flat and I was scheduled to be out of town in a matter of hours. I did not have an appointment but zipped over to High Tech Auto where they got me in immediately. Turns out there was a screw the length of Texas in my back tire. They fixed it quickly and spoiled my kids to lollipops and toy cars. Thank you for your kindness and great help! Highly recommend!

I brought my car in for an inspection and oil change. This took an hour and a half in spite of there being three mechanics working and very few cars being worked on. After I left, I noticed that my audio system was not working, and that the screen in the center of the dashboard was completely black and non-responsive. In addition, my car would not lock. I returned to HTA and they fixed these issues, none of which were present before my visit there, for no extra charge. Several weeks later, I noticed that the horn was not working, but since I was about to go out of town, I put off getting in touch with them about this. I know that the horn was working prior to my visit there. When I called them regarding this, I was told that this could not be their fault because the car would not have passed inspection without a working horn, and that they could not fit me in for two weeks. When I took the car to another auto repair place, they showed me how the horn had been deliberately broken.It's unfortunate that the excellent reputation the previous owners built is being ruined by the new ones.

I've been coming in since forever, first with my parents and now with my car. They've always been reliable and used to be super flexible and Mike was always available to give advice. But, now that the company has to be sold, and they're booked solid, and Mike's ready to retire I'm sad to see them go. But they've always been great. A+.

Do NOT bring your car there. Wrights garage or any other garage in town actually will try to help u, this place just wants YOUR money. I brought an 88 Buick Regal there that was stalling when idoling, they call me the next day and say it s fixed and I owe them 400$ for a censor module, I get in my car in their lot and it immediately stalls, and kept stalling, they didn t fix anything 400$ to replace a censor module that didn t need to be replaced. They are scam artists I feel bad for anyone who brings their car there. I ve seen first hand with other people them trying to diagnose your car with 4 other issues it doesn t have, just so they can do some labor and make more money. Never will I ever bring a vehicle there again ..

Been doing servicing and oil changes from tire pressure adj., to coil packs/ to very good comments on recommendations on how to proceed through the years. From computer module to tire time alert. Been with them for many years! Highly rated in my opinion. Very nice service and very nice people. Expense on your dime if you want something done right.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Always exceptional work. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking staff. Everytime I go in they are very thorough and I feel confident in the work they do, and that they give me the best deal on what's absolutely necessary for driving in a safe/roadworthy vehicle.Recently got a great set of tires for my vehicle, were promptly ordered and put on.I would recommend them to anyone!

I am a new resident to Maine and Hightech auto was recommended by a family member The service , quality of work, honesty , and reasonably price work is amazing at this family owned business . I have had service done here from tire changes to water pump replacements and engine issues and the quality of work and service is here is the best I have ever experience.. Very honest, local people, definitely recommend. Work is very reasonably priced. They truly care about their customers. Oh yeah, and you get to pet their beautiful dog while you wait for your car to be inspected.

My muffler had broke and was dragging. Had them come and cut it off. The manager who had done it admitted to me and my sister that he had cut part of my brake line. My husband called and he changed his story. And refused to fix it. This isn t the only thing that this company has done to me. I had them do a simple oil and filter change. My husband had marked the oil filter with his initials the last time he did the oil change. He then came back home and did another oil change and found that the filter had not been changed the last time. And after a hour long fight with the manager who had charged me for the filter finally gave me a refund. This is the worst place you can go to have your car fixed they take advantage of women and overcharge you for everything.Services: Exhaust, Oil change

Other places in town would not touch my truck that needed an exhaust manifold replaced, even the local Ford dealer. These guys didn't hesitate. Done quickly and for a lot less than I thought it would be. Good guys.

Mike and Barb did a great job getting my pickup back into A1 shape. All set for the winter of 2021. They worked quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Can't give them a bad rating because I don't know. Needed some parts put on a vehicle. They charge average hourly rate and was going to charge extra because I had the parts. My normal garage will hang my parts because they charge an average hourly rate.
