I had broken the rear shock eyelid on my banshee and didnt want to replace till spring when I redo entire suspension so not realizing it was Sunday i called and they accommodated me on the spot and within an hour from call Larry had it fixed right up and saved me more than half of even a used one....im happy the weld is great and did I mention this was on a Sunday.
