I was having problems with keeping air in my tires!My usual tire repair place supposedly fixed this problem 2x and I still had leaks.They are now closed because of flooding.So, I decided to try Tire Warehouse. I m glad I did.It s been at least three months and I still have equal air pressure in my tires!Thank you for making a difference!No more stopping every week to add airTo my tires.I will certainly return to Tire Warehouse!

Very friendly on the phone and got me in right away! I had a nail in my tire and needed it patched up. They did it quickly and explained the process as well as showed me the size of the nail that was in my tire. Would recommend their services to family and friends!

I called this morning for a leaking tire and Chris got us right in same day! Didn t have to wait very long at all even though they were clearly very busy. I will for sure be bringing my business back to these guys. Thank you for your help!

Where do I begin with this location! I scheduled an appointment for a winter tire change over, not on rims. Dropped the car off at about 9 AM in the morning for the 1 PM appointment. Around one thirtyish I get a call from them stating that they would not do my tire change over due to the fact that there were tires that had weather worn cracks in them, even though these tires are like brand new. Once I arrived to pick up my car and have the techs show me what they found, not a single person there could show me a single issue with the tires. I myself looked over the 2 tires out of the 4 that they only looked at, and I could not find a single hairline crack anywhere. They have now put me in the pickle on whether or not believing what they said, and that the tires are not safe or they were being extremely lazy that day and did not want to do the job for whatever reason and the tires are perfectly safe. I personally feel the shop was being extremely lazy and did not want to work that day.

I had gotten two flat tires within two days of one another I went to tire warehouse they fixed me up did a great job. Fit me in the schedule are very very nice and courteous. Did a fantastic job. Truck drives better than it ever has after they aligned the tires highly recommend this place.

today, I dropped my car off to get my snow tires on. I asked if it would be ok for them to just leave my keys in the car because I wouldn t be getting back till 9. They said this was ok and I made sure because I know they close early. I have work in the morning and now I don t have a car because they did not give me my keys. Im highly unimpressed. I do not have my house keys, key to my car, nor keys to my work because of this. I do not know how I will get to work. I am hoping my mom has a spare key. I also do not know if I can get in my house or work.

No customer service at all, they do not stand behind their work. Avoid Tire Warehouse and save yourself some grief. I wasn't allowed to leave NO stars as it should have been.

Use to be first come first serve...which was great, you knew going into it... but apparently making appts now is where it's come to, and it still is taking 60 mins waiting to swap 4 over to snow tires I brought with me and I was the only car physically being worked on...The sense of any urgency now = zero stars

I just bought 4 brand new tires about 3 months ago from here. One week after buying them I woke up with a flat tire. I brought it to my local mechanic and they said no sealant was put on it. About a week ago again I woke up with another flat different tire. Brought it to my mechanic and again no sealant. They didn't put sealant on any of the tires. I called them and the guy I spoke to said they don't put any sealant on their tires. So is it just my tires or something that go flat? They didn't go flat before I got new ones from here and the 2 I took to my mechanic and they put sealant on hasn't gone flat since. So yea tirewarehouse won't do anything about it since they apparently don't put sealant on anyones vehicle's.

Great service today. I stopped by yesterday..they were busy. An associat told me come in today and he'd get me right in. I showed up and they got me right in and taken care of.

Helped me get a blown tire on my small RV dually. Found me the tire, got it changed, and me back on the road in 45 minutes. Walked me through the entire process. Fantastic. Made it back to Illinois boys!

Yesterday I had an appointment at Tire Warehouse in Lewiston. When I got there at 10am I was informed that I had actually made the appointment online for 8:30am. Tim, the owner, was so pleasant even though I was an hour and a half late. He promptly entered my information back into the system and set about finding me snow tires for my Lincoln. He found me a set that was cheaper than I had intended to buy but they were good quality snow tires and I desperately needed them as I had driven way to long on my current tires. Tim was helpful and informative and treated me with such respect and kindness, even though I had clearly added to his already stressful day. I am so pleased with my new tires. I highly recommend Tire Warehouse. It's so pleasant to interact with people that care about their customers.Great job, Tim!

This branch of Tire Warehouse time and again does right by its clientele. They access and maintain their records to honor tire warranties and will credit what portion hasn't been filled for the new set of tires.Moreover, they were able to fulfill my late arrival and got me in and out quickly on my rotation several 1000 miles into the new tires.

I needed two tires. They gave me very good service. I had to return a few hours later to get the tires installed but when I returned they jumped right on it and got the job done. Their busy. When you give good customer service. You get busy. This is the second set of tires I have purchased from them. Also an alignment. Good service all three times. I ll be back.

Went to tire wearhouse and had an bad tire stem. They replace within 25 mins and the manager Brandy was amazing n nice. Also a nice gentlemen treated my girlfriend and I with professionalism and kindness. Thank you very much!!!!!

I was a walk in customer and from the start this crew was great. I had purchased tires not from them but online. The tires were substantially larger but going on the same rims. They assessed and consulted then did the installation. After it was clear the tires needed an alignment which was not in my budget to be done right away. But after we assessed (it was visible that an alignment was needed) and talked safety and possible damage to my 1300 dollars worth of tires the manager offered a "special" price that I could afford for an alignment. He also applied my military discount on top of the alignment discount. Well, the job was completed. Truck drives spot on as well. Great job in my view. I would recommend them to anyone with tire, wheel or alignment needs. They treat you as a person and not a number thinking only of making money. Thank God for that.

Got into my car after having the tires changed over, noticed that the pressures were all off. Went back in to inform the techs, and was given attitude. I was told that it would reset after I drove off. That may be true for some vehicles, however, in my vehicle, the horn sounds when you reach the correct pressure. I know this because it happened with my previous changeover, and the tech thought this was a great feature. This time around, though, a different tech did the work and mumbled under his breath (loud enough to be heard by myself and my 13 year old son) while he corrected the issue. Not impressed. Will never visit this location again. Prior to this, I always found them to be incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Sad to say, that one horribly rude tech in 15+ years has indefinitely ruined their reputation for me. The manager that day witnessed the attitude and said nothing.

I have now gone there for new tires 2x in the last two years ( I commute about 100 miles per day for work ). Both times I have gone the service has been exceptional. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door and they are friendly and very easy to work with. I have stopped using the dealership where I purchased my car because the service was mediocre and the prices were outrageous. When I go to this location I feel like I'm treated fairly and the prices are reasonable and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Highly recommend this location!

Called to ask about an alignment. He said it will be down for a few days. I asked how much is it he said 130 and I said OK and then he said OK and then hung up I wasn t even done talking.

Think twice before come here according to the manager of the site they are heavily understaffed. Using the good year site to schedule a day is absolutely pointless and expect a two to three week wait for anything you need. The confusing site, no one reaching out and finding out that they are understaff. Has left me considerably disappointed in this location. Do better if you know you are low hire more people. Bad excuses and lack of contact to let the customer know they are being put on hold and selecting a day on their site is all but pointless..Update which has lead me to being this up slightly. Manager is on top of issues and was about to correct this by squeezing me in. I find my self lucky and still take in consideration everything else.
