I was recommended to this place by a few coworkers and friends, so of course I decided to choose them for an oil change. When I arrived, there was already two trucks being worked on which didn t take long at all. I was guided into the building and was given all the prompts when necessary. It didn t take long and I commend them for the multiple inspections to make sure nothing was leaking. The men were all so incredibly nice and respectful and I will absolutely use them again when my cars need an oil change.

Charged me for antifreeze and washer fluid and put neither and left the cap off my antifreeze. Good thing I checked.Edit: went back and they put in the washer fluid and antifreeze increased to 2 star review

I have tried to call this location numerous times and received no answer over the phone. The one time someone did pick up nobody said anything it sounded like they left the phone on the desk so that it would stop ringing. I hung up and called back to a busy signal for me that confirmed my belief that they answered the phone just to make it stop ringing. I can find a better place for an oil change if this is how they treat their customers

Had to get my oil changed when I was on vacation. I guess they assume everyone knows how to use their service, but I was somewhat confused by the process. Luckily, I asked a question, so the supervisor had to come over, and he realized my Volkswagen took a different oil than they were going to use. Not sure I would come back unless absolutely necessary.

Stopped here on my way to central Maine (2 hours away). Got to my destination and after visiting for a few hours went to head home and noticed about a whole cup of oil under my car. I opened my hood and my entire engine and underneath my car was COVERED in oil! I was almost a whole quart low. I purchased oil and stopped every 30 minutes checking the level on my 3 hour drive home. Praying the whole way home it wasn't the filter or plug they messed up! It appears the didn't put my stick in all the way causing oil to spray out the whole and completely covering my car! I called to express what had happened and he told me to drive in and they'd clean it up but that's the best he could do. This location is an hour from my house so it would've been a 2 hour drive! I would NOT recommend this location. Terrible service and now I have a car covered in oil.

The manager Marcus was very nice and polite. Sampson who helped work on my vehicle was also nice and polite. As a woman to other women, I would definitely recommend this Prompto and it's employees, 100%.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY CAUSED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGE TO MY CAR. My oil pan was cracked during a routine oil change causing it to leak oil and within two days my car was totaled. They did not reinsert the copper crush washer and in doing so the screw was put in too tight causing a crack. They are refusing to take responsibility because it was "already cracked" and their proof is that there is "rust" in the crack. ALUMINUM DOES NOT EVEN RUST. NEVER GO HERE. I have two specialist mechanics that said 100% this was caused by them and I have proof from my last oil change that there was no crack at that time. The photos show the damage after the oil change (notice no copper washer) and after the mechanic looked at it and put one back in. "If this crack was there before this change your engine would have blown up by now"- my mechanic. The guy in charge of the branch -Paspal- has refused to talk to me further about the issue and I am now going to have to take legal action. A headache no one wants.Service: Oil change

Had a great experience here my first time, no problems with the people or my car. This time I came in I was immediately berated by the employees, laughing at me for not listening to them and rolling their eyes at me. I have done nothing but pull my car in at this point, so I was obviously taken aback by their attitude. I was not in the best mood after this, so I just gave them one word responses to the rest of the questions I was asked, which was met with more negative words especially by the woman that worked there, who we also mocking me. I told them I had a great experience last time and I was confused why I was being treated this way, which was met with the response we re just trying to get your oil changed . I m left shaking and upset by this experience and I don t think i ll be coming back. It sucks because this was very convenient location for me but I was very confused and honestly embarrassed with this experience.

Rhonda was gracious enough to get me in just in the nick of time. I was at work later than expected and needed an oil change badly. I rolled up and saw the open flag flying real close to closing time, so figured I d give it a shot. She brought me into the bay, zero questions asked. I don t think the manager (at least, I think he was..) was too thrilled about it. Where d this car come from? Jesus, I want to go home! I can t do everything! Were some of the words that came out his mouth, as he struggled with another customers hood latch that he messed up. Rhonda still continued to take care of me, as did the person who was down below, who went to work right away without a fuss. It s a shame that management speaks to their staff that way, in any profession. Would have been a 5 star had he not had his panties in a bunch. Not being a Karen, but thanks to Rhonda, I ll continue to use the location since it s on my way home from work. Keep it up Rhonda, and whatever the managers name was, take a chill pill bro.

Terrible. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Pulled in and had the oil change done. Went to start my car to leave and car would not do anything... not even attempt to turn over. CAR WAS FINE PRIOR. Started up twice that morning with no issues. I told them I couldn't get it started and the man responded "wonderful " sarcastically. they attempted to give me tips and hit my starter with something (hopefully not damaging it)and gave me two minutes of their time before saying that we need to push it out of the way and you will probably need a tow truck and a starter. Didn't try to jump it as they assumed it wasn't the battery. So I had to wait in the parking lot for an hour with two little kids and no extra support or compassion from anyone. I told them this has never happened and I didn't understand and I was told "coincidence". My neighbor later told me that they had also damaged her car. Lack of customer care big time. We will see what garage says and weather or not legal action is required. Lost a customer. Also heard from tow truck driver that just last week prompto forgot to put in the oil in some ladies car and the car had to be towed away for obvious reasons.

I've gone to Prompto on Lisbon Street for years now. Always been quick and very professional. I've never had a problem with anything ever leaking after. I like it cause it's just drive up, wait in line and then go in for the oil change, with no appointment needed.

Well I have had great service the few times I've been here... However I'm not sure why my oil light kept coming on soon after the change "same day" ??????I'm no Machanic but I don't think that's supposed to happen.

Great experience! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Took longer to drive there than it took to get my oil and oil filter changed, and get my coolant filled, also had a leak diagnosed. All under ten minutes, best 30$ ever spent. Five stars all the way.

Went in for a quick oil change and found out I needed an air filter. The guys were fast, the service was great, and I was on my way home in 8 minutes. Former pit crew? Who cares when everything is that good. Thanks for everything, I will be back again.

Price was good and they sign did not lie, took literally 10 minutes. Easiest oil change I ve ever gotten. Filled my fluids and everything else I needed too. Guys working there were really nice. Would certainly return.

I live across town and could easily get my oil changed closer to my house but I choose to come here because I've always had a great experience. All the guys are very friendly, professional, and organized. Not to mention quick! Never been there longer than 10 minutes. I highly recommend coming here!

These guys were fast, friendly, respectful and helpful. Just as the name implies, service was prompt once the car was pulled into the bay. Even showed me how to reset my oil change alert on my vehicle afterwards. Good deal, great service!

They take great care of their customers and their cars! Ten minutes and $30? You can t beat it you drive right in and they start right away. They ll also check your tire and fluids for free along with your oil change.

I have a 2014 Audi A4 (a technicians nightmare) with a skid plate, and unfortunately it broke on me while driving through a recent snow storm. I went in for an oil change since I was overdue, and they were able to remove the skid plate and discard of it per my request.About an hour and a half later after my oil change, the back part of my skid plate broke loose and started dragging on the asphalt. I called them and gave them a heads up about it, as I wasn't sure if they had accidentally removed the hardware for the rear portion, and they requested I bring it over to them. They assessed the damage and asked if I wanted it fixed or removed, so I requested to have it removed. The incredible part about this is that they didn't charge me any additional costs, even after I had suggested to pay for the inconvenience while I was on the phone with them.Aside from the above, everytime I get an oil change here the crew is always polite and professional, and their expertise is quite impressive.Thank you, Prompto on Lisbon Street in Lewiston, for your generosity and great customer service! You have a customer for life.

Fast friendly staff everything was checked properly with courtesy and smiling staff. I even had air filter checked and replaced. I've been using Prompto for over 25 years for every vehicle I've owned.

The oil change was fast, the service friendly, and it cost less than the much slower competition. Only downer about the experience was the construction in the adjacent lot which made turning into the garage a tiny bit tricky.
