When the snow removal tractor wouldn't start the last 3 storms without a jump, I knew it was time for a new battery. VIP/O'Reilly Auto Parts is right down the road from, Sabattus Storage where I live & manage. They had what I needed & I like to support local businesses. VIP/O'Reilly is my first stop in my automotive needs.

Always feel great about getting my parts there. Their always very kind and very helpful. No pressure, and they always help you get the best price. I found they are a lot less expensive than another big name parts store.

Got overcharged for a charging system test. Also, the guy who was there on Sunday was supposed to call me when done, call me with estimates, and call me to inform me what was wrong. He did none of these. I showed up 10 minutes before close, when he saw me he was visibly upset and cussed. He had the register almost closed out and had to reopen it cause I needed to get my car.The charging system test took the tech 10 minutes, which I paid a half hour labor (50ish dollars), even though they have a charging system test advertised well-below that price. I had no intention of complaining as there was too much to complain about. The service writer had no clue what he was doing and only cared about leaving early so he could open the garage and work on his car.The only thing positive was the tech diagnosed my car correctly. However, I will not go back there, nor do I recommend anyone go there.

Very kind, very helpful I always get a good giggle at the Sabbattus st store. It's great that the Employees almost always seem happy/Bubbly. It makes a huge difference.

I want to apologize, I am not sure how it happened but a review I posted for another business ended up on your site. I have just edited it out.I have NEVER had a bad experience with O'Reilly, in fact the compete opposite.OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE - my sincere apologies. I do hope I got it pulled down promptly as it was most definately an error.

The staff is well informed and rather helpful. I had a tire appointment scheduled and they handled it very well, but the price was higher than anticipated. Their website quoted me $60 in labor, but they had my car for more than an hour and I was charged $114 for labor. The rest of the bill was on par with the quote. I will be going back, but I probably will call the store for a quote next time.

So helpful!! I had 2 babies in carseats out running errands on a 95 degree day when my ac quits and the engine coolant is running low the friendly folks at O'rielly helped me find exactly what I needed to set things right in no time!!

Such a great store! Their employee Shane was recently quoted in the Sun Journal and was extremely helpful in finding the parts I need at a reasonable price! Will recommend to friends.

I will never shop here again I prepaid for a part and was told I would have it Monday morning when I ordered it Saturday and I and when I went to get it it. hadent been ordered and this is not the first time this has happened to me will definitely do business elsewhere for know on

Idk, but my car was fine 6 weeks ago until vip changed my tire, now I have to pay like 1500 bucks to fix it. Idk, all im saying is there might be something there.

15 minute wait to buy a set of brake pads because not enough registers were manned. I wanted some other stuff but I was not willing to wait any longer.
