One of the best places in Maine do you get parts for vehicles if they don t have it, they can order it

I ordered some lug bolts for an '88 Mercedes W124, and, over the phone, I was explicitly told that I was going to receive them on Wednesday. When I sent somebody to retrieve them, she was told that I was told they would be there Thursday, and that I had the wrong day. They also refused to sell her the siphon hose that I asked for her to retrieve, because "YoU cAn'T sIpHoN gAs FrOm A mErCeDeS," despite there being videos of people siphoning gas from a W124, which I have.I called the store when I received this news to explain their mistakes, and they hung up on me. Never going to another CRAPA again.

Priced out parts and asked if they price match they said no i said ok well can you look up my part and tell me the price after my collage discount of 15% to see if its cheaper then orielys they put me on hold then hung up on me at 5:54pm and when i called back many times it would ring about 3-4 times before the line would go dead i heard a click so i think they just picked up the phone and hung it up on me beacuse i mentioned orielys and because they close at 6pm this was very unprofessional no wonder why everyone goes to orielys ive never had a bad experience with orielys the 10+ yrs ive gone through them but once i got a collage discount for napa i figured id give it a try ive only got 3 parts from them in the past week and now this... I think orielys is getting my buisness from now on

Great place to get car parts. I always feel awkward going in there alone because, well, I'm...different (cough*cough**BLACK MUSLIM WOMAN**cough*cough)...but the staff is nice and help me out with whatever questions I might have.

Got what I needed but not without dealing with attitude from the counter person. Perhaps a customer service refresher would do this location good!

Good knowledgeable staff. I get an extra discount because of my business. The same account is good at any Napa around here.

0 stars. Broke down in the parking lot and asked to pay them to go outside and check it out and neither of the workers would. With tears rolling down my face and having to be back to work in 15 minutes I was praying for common courtesy which none of your employees had.
