Very busy place, took quiet awhile to get my car for appointment then more time for service. Everyone was very professional and pleasant . I am very pleased with the repairs done to my car. Looks really wonderful .

Lori at the front desk and Ryan who helped me from the day my vehicle got hit until it was finished were top notch and went above and beyond! My husband had planned on going to Moody's for some minor repairs, but he recently passed away. I am not a very experienced driver so the necessary repairs were much more than initially needed.My car is hardly new (2012) and the estimate was a little more than anticipated. When I picked up the car after several days, I just wanted to cry--it looked brand new. They went above and beyond, even doing minor repairs that I was going to come back for at a later date.Their professionalism, friendliness and quality work is outstanding. Awesome employees!I brought my Tundra here to have some body work performed on the rear end after being hit in traffic.From start to finish everyone I spoke to was super polite, they called me even to check in with how work was going and when to expect the job completed.Highly recommended!

Went here to get a quote and they gave me great advice for how to move forward with my collision even recommended a different shop that would make the process cheaper for me in the long run. I really appreciate their honesty and willingness to help.

Moody s not only did a great job fixing the back end of my car, but they also were very upfront about costs and services. During the service, they called me with updates and what to expect at pick up. Thank you for the superior service we were given during our numerous visits. We appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. My questions were answered quickly. The service and repairs were superior. Some of the best people to do business. It was comforting to hear they would not cut corners when it came to safety repairs. They put safety as a high priority, when restoring a vehicle. People we love ride in my Jeep. It give us great peace of mind it's safe again. Thank you for the top notch service! The rental worked out great too. Thank you for handling all the details for us. I'm 100% satisfied with the outstanding service we were giving. We highly recommend Moody's Collision! The employee's helped to set this business on my "highly recommend" list. It's one of the best places to go when you're in need of collision repairs.

Although getting hit wasn t fun, I got to meet some amazing people at Moody s. There was great communication and many updates on my vehicle as it was being repaired. They detailed my car inside and out and did A+ work. The staff were helpful in every way and kept me informed. I just have to say that even months later after the repairs to my car from an accident I can call for questions or even a quick look to help me figure out another problem. On December 3rd, a tractor trailer decided to merge into my lane sending me on a tail spin that I was fortunate to recover before heading off the I-95. My first thought, in all seriousness.... Moody's. Fortunately I had never been in need of their services but knew if the time came, I would be well taken care of and just fine. Stu was great about keeping me up to date and always checked first before proceeding on a couple items. Service from front to back was impeccable. It was the best Collision/Body Work experience I have ever had and I have had a couple very positive ones, while living down South. Shawn Moody truly built something great, both for employees and clients alike. Thank You Very Much, Moody's, for taking such good care of me and "Mary" (my car) :)

They were amazing! They made this stressful situation so easy and took care of everything! I didn't have to do a thing but show up! My car came out great and they even cleaned it! Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Lori, who went above and beyond!

Excellent service! I used Moody's through my insurance company. They made the process so easy! They coordinated my rental for me and had my rental ready and waiting for me so I didn't have to deal with it. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

I've had the mis-fortune of needing a collision center 3 times in the last couple of years. I chose to work with Moody's because they are employee owned. They did great work and always repaired the vehicle in a timely manor. Unfortunately I will be calling them again today because I got rear-ended.

This was my first time having to deal with the process of getting my car repaired after a collision.Moody's made the whole experience very simple, friendly, and straightforward. The whole process was quick and painless! I'm extremely satisfied with the results of their work as well!Knock on wood, but if ever another collision, I'm calling Moody's!

I was rear-ended a couple of months ago and asked around for a good body shop. Almost every person I asked referred me to Moody's, and after my experience I'll be sure to do the same. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and did a magnificent job. It was also a relief that they handle most of the moving pieces. They worked with both All State and the Enterprise to allow me a smooth and headache-free experience. Their professionalism in their work is extremely apparent. The only hiccup we ran into was a delay due to All-State's smartphone photo app, and Moody's did a great job in communicating that with me and keeping me up to date. I hope I never have to use them again, but they'll be my first choice should anything happen to my vehicle.

One week estimate turned into two, which turned into three and then almost a whole month. From $3,600 to nearly $7,000. I'm sure it will come back perfect, but my insurance premium will never be the same again. They said they average 3 hours a day of work per vehicle.
