We reacently purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 from Chris and his team at Auto Pro Sales. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a quality used car. Not only is the car spotless but they help navigate a small issue we found within in the first week of having the car. As soon as I called them the car was in their garage and back in my possession within a day. The team is extremely professional, they extended their hours to allow me the flexibility to come down after work to purchase the car. The communication from them was amazing. I'm looking forwarded to purchasing another new car through them in the future.

I recently purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra from Chris and I looked around at other dealerships and he had the best price and was stright up front with all the questions. I had other friends highly recommended him for a great vehicle ! And I am totally happy with the purchase and would buy again no questions..Thanks alot Chris for you're time and flexibility to make it happen

I just purchased a 2015 subaru forester from Chris and Steve. Hands down best customer service EVER!! They went above and beyond to make sure this car was all set. I highly recommend this establishment for your future used car needs :) !!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from them, less than an hour after leaving the lot the check engine light was on. I called, brought it back after the weekend, they claimed to fix it. Not 48 hours and it was back on again. Same thing, claimed to fix it. I drove it to visit family a couple days later, while there the engine stalled. Checked the oil, bone dry. It had "just had an oil change" when I bought it. They took a look, claimed to fix it again. While at work a few days later every light on the dash came on. It died and wouldn't run after that. I called, they told me who to have tow it to them. They did not cover the tow. They then had my car for two weeks. Replaced the engine and charged me for "half", I'm not Even sure if that was the truth. I ended up trading it in to another dealer in order to get something that was AWD and hopefully a bit more reliable. The next day, that dealership contracts me to inquire who did the engine swap. They claimed it was chop job and all the wires underneath were cut and it was not put back together correctly. I wouldn't trust this dealership ever again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My wife had been looking for a new suv. We had spent the day in southern Maine trying out a number of different cars. We left empty-handed and disappointed until we stopped in to Auto Pro Auto Sales. She tried out a VW Touareg and immediately knew this was the one. It had some mileage under her belt, but it was apparent that the shop had gone through and made it nearly as good as new.We couldn't be happier with our experience with Chris and his business. He seems straightforward and honest without that car salesman feel. We will be going back when in need of another one!

I have been looking for a car for a couple of months now. Finally found a Toyota Prius at Auto pro Auto Sale. Car runs perfect, great people, super helpful, and very straight forward. Would definitely recommend!

We purchased a STICKERED 2014 Audi Q5 for our teen because we wanted a safe reliable vehicle for him. Less than 6 months after the purchase we noticed our front passenger tire was worn much more than the others (almost 0 tread). We took the vehicle to a shop to get what we thought would be a couple of tires and alignment, no big deal. We discovered the vehicle was unstickerable and needed both front control arms, bushings, 4 new tires and an alignment costing us several thousand dollars. I reached out to the dealer in hopes they would help rectify the situation since the vehicle was purchased inspected and was told to get another opinion because the garage I took it to was screwing me. But did not offer to take a look at the vehicle themselves. Needless to say we will not purchase another vehicle from here.

$ Read the warranty VERY carefully when buying a vehicle here! They DO NOT cover check engine lights. The day after we brought the car home, the check engine light came on. While having the check engine light problem diagnosed, we were also horrified to hear the timing chain cover is leaking oil and the water pump is cracked. Buyer BEWARE when car shopping here. I was a fool and I'm paying for it now. Literally paying for it!

Chris was very easy to deal with and quick to get back to me with answers to any questions I had.When I initially took my car for a test drive, there was a clink noise coming from the front of the vehicle, and I brought it to his attention.The next day he got back to me with exactly what the issue was and said that he had ordered the part and would fix it immediately.100% will recommend this place to all of my friends anyone looking for a new car!

I got a beautiful SUV from them. We had a major issue occur and Chris was more than willing to work with us to fix the vehicle and get us back on the road. He is a generally genuine and nice guy that wants to do right by his customers and I cant ask for anything more. Thank you Chris and the team at Auto Pro Auto Sales.

I never went here, but briefly spoke to someone who was in an extreme rush to get me off the phone. I told him I was looking for a vehicle in the 5000-6000 range and he said "We don't have anything like that here, bye." Casually forgetting the volvo they have for 5,500. Can't say I'll ever call again or go here to buy a car if that's how they're going to treat people.

Had everything all set to buy a car from Chris, all the paperwork faxed over to the bank; Buyers order ext. spent two days talking to him to get everything situated. He even talked to my loan officer, then 20 minutes after I'm approved and ready to get the car.... He sells it on me. Lol rude.

Just bought a truck there. The owner was friendly. No pressure, no hassle. Up front with everything.Great experience. Will go there when I need another vehicle. This is how auto shopping should be!!!!!!!!
