Dropped my truck off for leaking power steering fluid, ac charge,battery, universal joint. They changed the brake light and topped off at fluid too. They fixed everything I asked for at a fair price and done right. I also appreciated the honest friendly service.

At the end of July 2022 my girlfriend Kathy bought a Ford Escape from Lee Motors. She paid over $4,000 for it. During the 2 month warranty period it had to be taken back to them to have the water pump changed, the abs sensor had to be changed 2 times but the light is on again. The front lower ball joints appeared to be new when she purchased the vehicle but those had to be changed. The rotors appeared to be new but we've had to put new ones on because the ones that were on it warped and caused the vehicle to shake horribly when braking. Now we already have to replace all the wheel bearings and have a new seal put in the rear end which will cost us several hundred more dollars. The brake light goes off and on, the airbag light does the same. Of course the issues with ball joints, wheel bearings ect have worn out the tires so that's another added expense. Upon purchasing the vehicle Scott had Kathy take it to another garage to get an inspection sticker but that garage just put a sticker on without even putting it on a lift and checking it out. I feel that this business got the cheapest parts they could find that would last long enough to get through the warranty period and then they could be done with being responsible for anymore repairs. We have gone to this garage in the past and had good experiences there but after this I doubt that we'll do business with them again and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone else either. When you purchase a vehicle that appears to have a lot of new parts I don't think you should be having to pay a fortune just a few short months later to replace those same parts. So much for Scott telling Kathy that they went through this vehicle with a fine tooth comb.

They"fixed" my wheel bearing and left my breaks destroyed. Missing a bolt even.I called back immediately after leaving there about how my wheel sounded. It's been nothing but trouble since I left. Yall fixed the wheel bearing but neglected to put my breaks back on properly. I was even missing a bolt. This has cost me A LOT since then. Whoever did it was rushing. I should get my money back for thus small repair tbh. I couldn't even stop down a hill without using my ebrake! Wasn't like that when I brought it in. So unhappy

Very happy with them when fixing my truck for structure issues, I'm new to town, and was told by a friend to have them do the work. What was quoted as a 1600-2000 at others. Job cost a little over 600. With lee.

Very rude receptionist lady. Will not lock your vehicles overnight. Do not care about your belongings even when calling to express concern. Lady should not be working there.

I just left Lee Motors. I can't say enough good about them. They got me in without an appointment. They are so personable and great at what they do!!!!
