I've been using Goulet's for the last 12+ years, but I figured I'd write a review too. I've recommended Tim and his crew to both my parents, as well as countless friends in the area. I've lived all over and used a lot of different places for repairs, and Goulet's is hands down the best mechanic I've ever been to. Tim is honest and straightforward - if he says it needs to be fixed, it NEEDS TO BE FIXED! He won't try to sell you something you don't need, and he'll do everything he can to keep the cost low while still delivering a high quality result.If you want a mechanic you can trust, who delivers the best work at the best price, Goulet's is it. I'm pretty certain I've put some kid through college with all the repairs he's had to do on our cars over the years, and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. I don't recommend that you do either!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Tim has always treated my family and I fairly for countless years. He's one of the few truly honest mechanics you'll find. He won't try to sell you on work that doesn't need to be done but will make sure your car is safe. I've always found his prices to be extremely competitive as well. Anytime I've shopped around he's either at or below other local places in price. I'll continue to be a long-term customer.

Not sure why anyone would be disappointed with the service, and professionalism of this shop. My family has been doing business with Goulet's since it opened, and they have always been fair, honest, and upfront with us. when I take my car in to be serviced, I an told whats wrong, estimated cost to repair, and any items I should look for in the future. the techs at Goulet's auto service have always been very good to us. We wont't take our vehicles anywhere else!

Went there today for the first time and I will never go anywhere else. They were quick, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The also didn't bend me over the barrel, very fair pricing. They even went the extra mile in giving me honest opinions on what else needed to be fixed asap and what could wait. Great garage! Thanks a lot!

Goulet's really helped me out yesterday morning when my truck started to break down on Rt. 202.I pulled in to the nearest auto repair store (Goulet's) at 7:30 am and saw the open sign for 8am. There was a man (the manager/boss?) in there who saw me and invited me in. I told him what happened and we took a look under the hood. He noticed what was wrong very quickly and had the parts ordered within 5 minutes. I was back on the road heading to work by 9am, everything working properly.I am very fortunate to have broken down at that time and place and am so grateful for the awesome service provided by Goulet's. I know they already had a schedule for that morning but they fixed up my truck (as well as topped off all of my fluids and replaced my haggard wipers) so I could get back home as soon as possible.It was a very positive experience leaving me filled with gratitude.Thank you, Goulet's!David

Awesome service. Mr Goulet was kind an honest. Helped me figure out my problem an explain what happen even how to fix it. Very helpful. Will def come back. Has my business when in need.

Tim is always very accommodating around getting me in when needed. He is honest and stands behind his work. Living in Lebanon I like to use local businesses and would highly recommend him to anyone.

This place ripped me off more than once, and a recent quote was $360 higher than another garage for the exact same work! This garage is horrible, be smart and avoid them !
