We came out of the Vets office with our pet and the truck had completely dead truck battery. Santa from Eddie B came to our assist and got us started to get to auto store for new battery. He was as jolly and positive as his nickname sake. We really appreciated the friendly service.

I called AAA today to get my husbands battery replaced in his truck, they sent out Eddie B Towing. I ve never had such a kind experience with roadside assistance, I called the shop to inquire about the cost of the battery and they were super helpful to me when $ was tight for us. John came out to do the replacement and was very knowledgeable and friendly! He was super patient as I moved $ around to get the battery replaced at my home. They were respectful and prompt in their service. Thank you guys!! Colleen

My battery died and Sanford or aka Santa came within 20 minutes!! He is the nicest guy and it was an absolute pleasure meeting him!! You guys have a great asset to your team!! He was efficient and experienced! He explained everything thoroughly! Thank you!!!! Andrea and my puppy Maizee who he was extremely nice to as well!

I can't praise the kind gentleman enough who came to help me today in Dover, NH!!Nick from Eddie B Towing and Recovery was able to get to me location very quickly. My car had broken down and required to be dropped off at the dealership where I get it serviced. He was able to get my car onto the tow truck very efficiently in a matter of minutes. He is so experienced in dealing with such issues, and offering suggestions. He was also courteous in helping returning an item I had left in his truck.While my experience today with my car's issues made be frustrated, I'm glad to know that there are people like Nick who are kind, courteous, and great at what they do. I definitely recommend the services of Eddie B Towing & Recovery to anybody else who might be in need of towing during an emergency.

I called AAA today to have my car towed and they sent out Eddie B Towing. Eddie was super friendly on the phone with me, his tow truck driver was the nicest I've had since I've had AAA. This was also the fastest service I've had since having AAA. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service, very quick and to the point. The drivers are very knowledgeable and kind people. My experiences with both Nick and Jeremy have made my day a bit better when I'm facing a seized motor. Highly recommend their services.

After working a 7am to 9pm shift Friday, I went to feed my horses dinner at the private barn where I keep them and promptly got stuck at the top of the driveway, in a deep snow drift from Thursdays Nor' Easter, 1000ft from the main road. Eddie B went above and beyond, coming out at midnight to winch me out after I tried unsuccessfully to get my 4WD GMC pickup out myself, the slush under the snow and tires was too deep for my all season highway tires.I will definitely be using Eddie B's services the next time I need a winching out or a tow, I highly recommend them.

Eddie B coming to the rescue, again! I recently needed a jump and they were here within a 1/2 hour, probably even quicker than that! He got my car running and he was extremely nice and helpful. This is the 2nd time this company has saved me, my other car needed a jump last year and I got the same quality service again today. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The battery on our car died in Barrington NH today. We called Triple A who sent us John from Eddie B Towing. Good choice. John came out and quickly replaced our battery. We loved his personality; outgoing and friendly. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency but my car wouldn't start because the battery was dead. John responded very quickly and arrived in about 15 minutes. He's extremely helpful and knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor. Thanks so much !

Terrible , this place is a joke!!! Towed my son's car after an accident (Eddie B s was called by the Barrington Police Department - they weren t our company of choice) and refused to tell me the location of the car OR allow me to see it!!!They would ONLY tell me the location IF my insurance company called with a claim number..... OR I could show up to an address that he would give me (but I had to call 30 mins before arrival and they would give me the mystery location) and had to pay $471 CASH.... mind you this was the only way they would allow me to see/take pictures of the car to file my insurance claim . I did NOT pay this per the recommendation of my insurance company and Barrington Police Department I found an alternative way to access my vehicle (pinged location- highly recommend using your resources) .He has multiple lots (aka places he stashed vehicles and hold them for CASH only ransom) located Rochester NH.In case someone is in a similar situation as I was, the addresses to his lots are:Colony Auto Parts181 Milton RdRochester, NH70 Milton RdRochester, NH2 Old Milton RdRochester, NH7 ZEKES WAYLEBANON, ME

What an amazing place!! I called AAA and they sent "Sanford". What a sweetheart! He showed up earlier than expected and went above and beyond for me. I just moved to the Rochester area, I know I'll be using Eddie B's for future emergencies, repairs, and general maintenance. Thank you so very much Sanford and Eddie B for helping this lady who literally knows zero about cars, and explaining things so I could understand. Great Quick Service! I called for someone to jumpstart my truck and Sanford (Santa Clause!) was to me within 15 minutes to get it back up and running. Would use again and highly recommend for any towing or roadside assistance needs!

Sanford (aka John) has come to my home on more than 1 occasion to jump my battery. Every time he's been professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Eddie B Towing is lucky to have Sanford working for them. He is a true asset to the company!! I hope my battery does need a jump, but if it does, I know Sanford will be there with a smile!

Needed to get a vehicle towed, responded faster than expected which was very nice, estimated time was almost an hour but the guy (nick) showed up in under 10 minutes. Very friendly guy, quick service, no hassle.I would definitely recommend this business!

Nick was on the scene within ten minutes. He professionally loaded my truck up ,in short order ,for it s 45 minute tow. Pleasant to talk with during the ride . Highly recommend !

Yesterday I met John aka Santa Claus who made me laugh so hard and resolve my car issue. My Dodge journey battery failed at my son school and he came within 30 mins.I would definitely recommend him and his company again for any other assistance.

My car broke down in the middle of an ice storm in New Hampshire. Eddie B Towing saved the day and were willing to tow me home to the SouthCoast of Massachusetts. I highly recommend their services!!

WORST towing service in town. They are affiliated with AAA and they denied my tow because "They" didn't think anything was wrong with my vehicle!Left me stranded on the road with no way to get home. They where very rude and said find someone else! I would NEVER recommend this towing company in a million years. 0/10 GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Sanford came right out when my car wouldn't start, quickly determined the original battery was worn out and installed a new one that he had on hand. Great service and my 3 year old was intrigued to see Kris Kringle fixing the car.

Jon helped me out during the recent snow storm to jumpstart my VW. Chill, down to earth guy that went above and beyond to simply jumpstart my car even tho the battery was so dead the trunk wouldn t even pop. Seriously, nothing was charging this car up. He was patient tho, and I appreciate it.

Probably my go to for vehicle issues now, after taking only a week to get the transmission installed in my truck. These guys are great! And, after this winter, I should know. We have an older car that has starting issues . Luckily, we also have AAA. So on those mornings it won t start because it s below zero or because I left the interior light on or because it just doesn t want to go I call AAA and they send Eddie B to the rescue. In no time, I get a call from the driver/technician giving me a realistic ETA and a promise to call if anything changes. They arrive on the scene ready to help. They are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and committed to making a the best of a bad situation.Services: Battery service, Car lockouts, Special vehicle towing, Battery

Let me tell you just how great Ed is.. I have a push button start Nissan Juke. It suddenly wouldn't start. Had been out shopping, came home dropped of my Mom and got ready to go wash my car. Pushed the button nothing. Key light kept coming up on the dash. Called my Nissan Dealership, talked to the service Dept. He said to try to get the car to them. Really. Its in a garage in park.. How?? So I called my favorite Towing Company. Eddie's to the rescue. Mind you this is about 4:00pm Saturday afternoon. At that hour I get Ed the owner.. He took the time to talk me thru how to get my Juke to start from an App he had installed on his phone. Success.. His wife told him to tell me to go buy batteries.. Lol.. They are the best. Him for taking the extra time, for free too let's not forget. And her for being a great understandings Partner. He could have just let me have it towed. Costing me both towing & Dealer fees. But not Ed Bruedle no way.. I have been asking AAA to send him when ever I or my family ,need a tow. And whoever reads this and needs a Tow some day in the New England area. Ask for Eddie B Towing.. Did I mention he deals with AAA. Eddie B's to the Rescue

Without a doubt the best in the towing business. Vehicle broke down 1.5 hours away from home @ 6am...Once I called them within 1hr 40 min the tow truck was there to get my vehicle and give me a ride home.
