Great shop and people! I ve had multiple repairs and an inspection performed here. They put in extra time when things come up throughout the maintenance and even cleared snow off my truck before I picked it up one day.

My only place for auto work from now on, I wish I had discovered it sooner. Lovely little mom and pop shop with friendly and affordable service. I work at the Shipyard so I drop my car off before work, then walk over and pick it up after. No brainer if you work at the Shipyard, so easy and convenient.

I hit the curb right in front of the shop and messed my car all up. The Owner put my car up on the lift and told me what was wrong without even charging me so I could call my insurance.Great place, kind and honorable folks.

Great friendly service with knowledgeable highly-qualified mechanic on duty. I have been going there for years & definitely would recommend Best Automotive for any vehicle repairs. They won't steer you wrong & stand behind their work.

Came here because my headlight bulb needed to be installed properly, when I called the front desk lady assured me that they would be able to fix the issue. After a while of them tinkering and me waiting she brings me my car and tells me that they weren t able to fix it, ok not the end of the world I m thinking . To make matters worse they removed the bulb THAT I HAD INSTALLED (it wasn t installed correctly but it was IN AND WORKED) and told me that they can t do anything for me. Absolutely horrible customer service, what if I got into a accident or got pulled over and ticketed for only having one working light. They have to do better.

Best Automotive is the best! I have always had excellent work done and they kept within their estimated cost for the service. Cissy gives me a ride to work after I drop off my vehicles and will even pick me up when its done!

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles into Best Automotive for well over a decade now. They take pride in their mechanical and customer service skills. They are straight up honest and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Please don't retire anytime soon!!

Love these folks! I ve taken my 2010 Prius to Best Auto for service for the last seven years. They replaced the brakes and did all the maintenance. Zero problems in over 211,000 miles, thanks to Toyota and thanks to Best Auto! Still getting 52.9 miles to the gallon!

Didn't have any servicing done here. However I called to make an appointment and they were very rude. Which turned me off right away. Will not be going here.
