This was my first time working with AutoWorks, and I'm very pleased with the whole process and impressed with their customer service. I got an oil change with them, and they were easy to schedule with, flexible about when I could pick up my vehicle, courteous on the phone and in person, and prompt. The price was very fair and they didn't do anything we hadn't agreed upon (no surprise charges). The next day they followed up with me to make sure I was pleased with the work they did and my experience. I recently moved to New Hampshire and wasn't sure who my new go-to trusted mechanic would be. I believe I've found them!

The team a AUTOworks are fantastic. They ve worked on my Land Rover for the past 4 years and I've found them to be trustworthy, honest, and thorough but not over the top with their recommendations. I ll definitely continue to bring my vehicles here to be serviced and recommend them to my friends and family as well.

I have been having my cars serviced at Autoworks for several years. The reason I continue to return to Autoworks is becauseI trust their professionalism and honesty. They really care about serving the customer and will go out of their way to insure customer satisfaction. Marty, Noah, Ian, and Mat helped us out by finding the electrical issue in our 2004 Jaguar. No one else in the area would touch our car, but the folks at auto works got it done and it's running great. 5 stars, will return.

I made an appointment here as it was close to my work and I could walk back and forth once my car was dropped off/done. I went in for a simple oil change/inspection which cost me $105 (not unreasonable). They told me I failed my inspection due to my tires needing to be replaced (i was expecting this). They quoted me almost $1,000 for tires, Mount and balanced. I told them to hold off and I wanted to shop around on my own. They told me once the tires were replaced, I could come back and get the sticker within 30 days since I paid for it anyway.I found tires on my own and called back to ask a price on mounting and balancing. They told me it was $29.95 a tire ($120 for all four). I made an appointment and they told me I should also have an alignment done which would be another $120. I made the appointment and dropped my car off at 7:30am. I had not gotten a call by 4pm so I called to check on it. They told me they didn t have time to do the alignment but could get me in the following week for that. I went to pick up the car and they tried to charge me $175 for mounting and balancing after they told me it would be $120. I refused to pay the $175 and they ended up charging me the $120. I made an appointment for the following week for the alignment to get done. As i was driving home, I noticed they never put my new inspection sticker on my car which now has the tires I needed to pass inspection. I called immediately and they told me they d throw it on at my next alignment appointment.Alignment day comes and I drop it off again at 7:30am. J called around 4pm because again, no call to let me know if it s ready or not. They tell me it s ready and I can come get it. I go to pick it up and the guy tries to charge me $165. I asked what that included and he said the alignment. I told him that they quoted me $120 for an alignment TWICE. He then said okay, $132.95 and j asked what that included and he said the alignment and the inspection sticker. I told him that I ve already paid for the inspection sticker at my first appointment and just needed the sticker since I came back within the 30 days. He dropped the price to $120 and I went out the door. As I walked to my car I noticed that my car still didn t have a new inspection sticker. I went back inside and they had someone come out and do it but I shouldn t have had this many issues and had to come back so many times.I will take my business elsewhere next time!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection

I wholeheartedly recommend Autoworks in Kittery. They literally might have saved me from an accident. Despite being issued an inspection sticker from a service department in York, my car was unsafe to drive. What the other mechanics failed to notice (the very obvious cracked coil springs), Autoworks did all the repairs needed and ensure the car was safe to drive. Thank you for your courtesy and service.

Our car broke down on 95 on our way home from a road trip. I called to see if we get it towed to them and they were friendly and upfront about how busy they were. We needed massive repairs and Noah was extremely communicative with my husband about everything going on with the car. After all was said and done when my husband went to pick up the car it made it the 8 hour drive home without any issues. Noah made a stressful situation manageable. Nothing but good things to say about this shop! Even our tow truck driver said it was the best shop in the area!

Couple months ago I came into this shop for an alignment on my BMW after being referred here by another shop. Well I go to pick it up and by god was it the worst alignment I have ever gotten. They said they were unable to align the front end properly, after $4500 of brand new suspension parts and couldn t even explain why. So they still charged me the $120 for an alignment that shouldn t have been driven on. After a 15 second google search, I figured out how to fix the camber issue myself in my driveway without even jacking the car up. Well they call me a couple days later and ask how things are going. So I tell them and they tell me to bring car back. So I drive the 45 minutes back there just to be told that their tech can t do it today. This is all while I m trying to get the car ready for a 4000 mile road trip. All said and done I took my car to VIP tires and they got the alignment where it should be. This shop is a joke for a shop that specializes in BMWs. If I could leave negative stars I would.Service: Wheel alignment

Auto Works was a very pleasant experience. I had a 9:00am appointment for an oil change and showed up 20mins early. They took my SUV immediately in for service and told me it would be about an hour wait. The waiting room was nice and they offered free water, soda, coffee, and tea while you wait. Their follow up was exemplary and I plan to return for service as needed. Wonderful customer service!Service: Oil change

Great shop, great people. My go-to mechanic for all my vehicles. As an enthusiast, I go through cars probably more than I should, and Autoworks has been fantastic and able to work on all of them. German, Japanese, Domestic, doesn t matter. Also greatly appreciate that they have loaners available. Keep doing what you re doing!

I went in for general maintenance on my truck and got way more. The best service manager in the business, plus the guys in the shop provided me with professional services. Stopped in for a suspension check. Luckily everything checked out, so it was a quick visit for me.Every staff member greeted me with a friendly Hello. Clean, quiet office. Sodas/water in the waiting area. Nice to have this local option to service my Beamer.

I brought my aging Toyota Rav4 in Autoworks for an oil change and tire rotation. They got the job done quickly and were very pleasant and professional. I came here for my Airbag lights and my ABS and they called me about 4 times and each time they kept saying there was more and more wrong with my car. 3rd time they called I only had the Airbag light and ABS light taken care of and they told me the price was $336 the 4th time they called they did an oil change to my car also and somehow the price dropped to $327?? I m not sure how the price was changing with more being done and they said I still couldn t pass inspection. With everything they said I needed done they wanted me to pay was about $1500!! I told them I was picking up my car and went somewhere else with just the Airbag and ABS and oil change done and I passed inspection EASY! One small issue at the new shop and it cost me $17! I am baffled at how much they wanted me to pay. Highly recommend going to Two Sons LLC in kittery. Much cheaper and great service. Also cherry on top Autoworks put synthetic oil in my car, my car takes conventional!! I wasn t asked what oil my car takes either.

If I could write a love letter to autoworks I would, and I would send the biggest bouquet of flowers I could find. They were our saving grace this morning. Last night driving up to the northern most part of Maine from Massachusetts, We noticed that our truck was leaking oil aggressively. We ended up getting a motel and googling a repair shop. My fianc� took our truck to auto works this morning, before they opened. He was greeted by Ian and a few other gentleman who were just arriving to work.He explained our situation, and Ian was more than happy to assist. Ian went above and beyond to help us out. My fianc� said they were nothing but courteous, professional, and very friendly, and we could not thank you all enough. We are now able to hit the road and continue on our road trip to our daughters graduation. A big thank you isn t enough to express our gratitude.10/10!

I brought my car here after it broke down and they were very helpful and prompt. Back in 2014, Autoworks was my go-to repair shop, but then I moved away from the area for about 8 years. I just moved back to the Seacoast and had Autoworks working on my car again and was so happy to see that they are still the same awesome repair shop! Great, no nonsense people working there and very fair with their pricing & services. I had been to four Mercedes dealerships and Mercedes repair shops to fix my top and a few other problems. All were unable to repair my 2008 Mercedes convertible. I called Auto Works in Kittery and described my problem. They replied, "we can fix it." I replied, how come you can fix it and the others can not? The manager responded, "we can do the tough ones."Service: General repairs & maintenance

Update on below post . Auto works reached out to me and rectified the mistake on giving me the promo prices. Greatly appreciated that the staff took this seriously and reached out to offer great customer service. I will return for future services for sure. Changed my rating to 5.Nice staff, very accommodating. Good fair prices. Fast service. Only gave a three because they charged me full price for an oil change when I found out the next morning that they had a promo going for 50% off oil changes and also a promo for $100-200 off services of over $1000 which I spent but they didn t give me either promo.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change
