Inside Nonantum Resort they have a pub, with a menu till 8pm. Started with an appetizer of perogies, they were good but they only give 3 of them which the price didn't match the amount they give you. For our meals I had the double cheeseburger and my wife had the lobster roll. The burger was really good and had plenty of cheese on it. My wife said the lobster roll had the perfect lobster to roll ratio. They also have outdoor seating by the pool and they have the same menu as the pub.

Great way to start the summer season! We are local and stopped in for lunch. We sat at the outside bar and had the best time with Bartenders Sean and Shay. They are the best! So nice, and they make you feel welcome. The Sunday Brunch items are delicious. Try the Clam Chowder and the Pierogis, and don t forget to try the table side Mimosa special.

We swapped out a reservation at Scales in Portland for something closer and we were incredibly disappointed. I don't think I've ever left a bad review before but the photos vs the reality were a stark difference. The price points on menu items were the same as scales or any other restaurant we ate at but nearly every dish used previously frozen ingredients even the strawberry shortcake used frozen strawberries....(it's summer fresh strawberries are easy to come by). The gnocchi said handmade and at $40/plate I believed them but it was nothing like the fresh handmade melt in your mouth gnocchi from Chez Rosa or 50 local, it was tough like it was probably hand made then thrown in the freezer. My kiddo not seeing the waitress mentioned to the table how hard his chocolate cake was and the waitress without missing a beat said "oh its because it was frozen". The appetizers were messy and frozen corn and canned beans is not what any of us expected when paying $500 for a meal. I gave a star for convenient parking which is hard to come by in Kennebunk.

Loved the individual cabanas. Food was good. It was odd how to get out to our table, through the pool area or around the lawn, but that was fine. It is definitely a resort restaurant with another activity close by, microphone included and live music..which was very cruise ship sounding. Overall we got what we came for which was a beautiful view of the water and boats and an incredible lobster risotto.

We had an elegant dinner recently outside in a private Cabana. The setting was amazing! We were overlooking the river watching the boats going to & from the ocean. It was a beautiful night, perfect in every way. The food that was served so graciously was delicious! Thank you for a truly memorable evening! We look forward to returning soon.

Consistent, five-star service from a team of people who have mastered the art of hospitality. Been returning with family for several years now, and we are always treated so incredibly well. Property is great, well kept and clean. Very family friendly. Food and drink very good as well.Thank you Tina and crew, we can't wait to come back!

We had a family wedding there on Sept 24th. Beautiful venue. Our food was in my opinion great. We had filet with asparagus and mashed potatoes. My Aunt paid for open bar. The problem lies with the male bartender who was serving us. He repeatedly yelled at guests. He threatened my wife and I that if we drank our rocks vodka like a shot he would cut off all mixed alcohol for the whole wedding party. For the amount of money spent no guest should be threatened and told how to drink a drink. Needless to say I didn t have another drink because of fear of him yelling at us again. This was a adult wedding not some Frat House children s wedding. We won t be going back there anytime soon or have any family weddings there again.

The atmosphere was alluring, even with outdoor seating. We had our own little cabana so we were out of the wind. The meal was primo! My wife's scallops and my steak were cooked to perfection. The desert that followed was also unique and delicious. We definitely would go there again. Jean Ginn Marvin, the owner and host, was friendly and courteous. A great experience.

Salmon and Shrimp were overcooked and had no flavor. Service could have been better considering the price of the meals. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because of the ambiance. Felt rushed to turn over the table, we had our entrees within 15 minutes of sitting down. Prices were outrageous, 35 dollars for salmon, same as the lobster.

Ate outdoors in a socially distanced cabana. Portions were large and delicious. Could have used more time between appetizer and meal since both were ample. Service was attentive. I had the Sea Scallops and my wife has the Chicken and Egg. Would order both again.

I love this place- it s kinda of a hidden gem because you wouldn t usually think an old time family resort would have such great food! There s a nice view, the evening hostess, Emily, is an absolute delight! Eating at the Heckman s pub is cute. It doesn t have the same view as the restaurant though. I had an excellent dish of scallops!

Excellent in every way. Creative menu, delicious food, outstanding service, fantastic views. We dined at 95 Ocean and Latitudes, which is more casual but equally good. Highly recommend no but either way, bring your wallet - very pricey but worth the splurge at least once if you re visiting the area.

Overall an average experience eating here. Good menu options for seafood lovers, and nice views from the dining room. Food was just ok. The lobster was small with very little meat; salmon was cooked well but the dish was very salty. I liked the casual atmosphere, but it felt very much like a hotel, not a separate restaurant. I wouldn t recommend taking a separate trip here if you re in Kennebunkport but I m sure it s great if you re staying at the Nonantum.

Beautiful atmosphere with phenomenal food. Yes, we had the lobster and chowder (aka lobstah and chowdah) which was excellent. On a chilly fall evening, it was the perfect place to unwind from a hectic day and have a wonderful meal. Service was also really good!

Overpriced mediocre Mothers Day brunch buffet. The crab cake was an insult to this native Marylander. The mussels were tough and tasteless. The chilled shrimp were like rubber. The desserts looked and tasted like they came out of a box from Costco. For $70 a person I walked out feeling like I had been ripped off for Mother's Day. Wish I had saved my $$ and gone to The Clam Shack instead

Ordered take out got the wrong items. The chicken had no flavor and tasted old. I don't know how they got that 4.6 rating when its was comparable to movie theater food thats been sitting out days but cost $60 dollars.

Pleasantly surprised by this new spot! Beautiful View. Kenneth - our waiter, was AWESOME. The Nacho Tray - best ever.

Dated room. Hallways too. Bathroom enormous. Bedroom and living room had roof/ceiling pitch so low you will hit your head. The entry door was a regular interior door and you could see to the hallway. Should be a metal fire proof door. It is family oriented. So there were screaming kids and babies opposite the room we were in. Staff super friendly.

The trick here is to sit outside, you can get access to both menus and avoid the underwhelming atmosphere of the indoor dining room. Pay attention to mosquitoes.

Good for bar food, the pork sandwich and chicken wings tasted hard and old... Not recommended specially if you're traveling from far away.
