After repair of oil tank & furnace the repairman highly recommended Fabian Oil for fuel. Stopped in at the office, receptionist politely took my information telling me someone would call in the morning to set up an account.Four days later, I stopped in again inquiring if in fact supply problems were the delay. I was told Luke would have to stop by to set up the account.Apparently, this company does not communicate , nor care about customers comfort.

Don't go there!! 2 years ago I had work done to my furnace. The guy came late cause he got talking to previous customer so by the time he got there it was considered time and half. He did say he wouldn't charge that because it wasn't our fault. He wouldn't start unless the bill was paid in full so he called and was told it was plus I saw it pending. *came out the next day. Now 2 years later no calls no nothing i get a bill from collections saying they never got the money. Who waits 2 years to try and rebill when they got the money before hand? Said its their policy. Mind you I had over 10k in the bank at the time. Guy wasn't friendly and down talked to us. Very frustrated because 2 years later we don't know our old account number so can't find it and don't know what to do.

Stay away from this company! They will price gouge you! Mobile home replacement furnace quote, $3500! It was also the most unprofessional quote I ever received without any details of parts and labor. I got one and asked if they could come down by $1000. The swift answer from Dan was no so I saved $1500 going elsewhere. Let a smaller company take care of you. These guys are to big for their britches. Its all about the money, not the customer! The reply to my review was an apology but there had been problems with the account? Please read other reviews and notice how problems with the account is the usual answer! They hoped to serve me well in the future. What would serve me best and speak for some customer service from them is a refund of this years service contract which clearly will not be used.

Thank you so much for delivering oil today. I hadn t checked the gauge soon enough and ran out over the weekend. You told me you couldn t get oil to me until Wednesday, with tomorrow being a holiday. I understood. It was such a pleasant surprise to come home and find the slip on the door. Thank you so much!

This is 4 times in 3yrs with not bringing us oil. And everytime its during the coldest weeks on the year they will not put my daughters on a budget plan and so they suffer at the hands of getting 100 gallons of oil and live on Social Security so i think after this year we will find another oil company who will work with them

Well they have unusually long waits for delivery and they have no kind ofEmergency delivery service. What they means is, if you run out! They tell you too bad and that they can t deliver for three weeks and then tell you to go buy kerosene at the gas station! So I d try cn brown or somewhere else! Plus the people answering the phones are very rude and I wouldn t even bother with them! The guy that usually delivers for me was very nice though! The only possitive!

These guys go the extra mile to be welcoming even when weather is 30 below with wind. They don't skip any part of service to the customer. Best station in the area. Safe place to get gas and service a 5 all day long!

Would rate lower but can only do 1 start this company is bad I called 2 weeks ago to get a delivery been and 4 different times they have canceled on me saying they can't make and every time saying we'll I dunno who would tell you we would be out now im below 1/8th of a tank worst company ever

Got emergency fuel and they over filled want us to pay for the extra when we did not order it,told them the driver was responsible for it not us so make him pay or come get it.We did not order it so we should not pay for it and we are not on automatic delivery.I am canceling all my accounts with them period.
