I live in a nearby community. The owners/front desk personel are the rudest people I have ever met. I drive twice as far to get parts and service for my sleds rather than to here. Competent, yes. Personable? Absolutely not!

Broken clutch at 3;30 on a Saturday afternoon. Got me in fixed and back off trail riding in 1.5 hours. Sled running great.

The Jackman power sports family is incredible. The way Maine used to be. Honest, friendly and helpful people. I haven't had a new snowmobile in 20 years. They helped me get set up with a machine that reflects my interests and their commitment to performance.

Rude people. It seems like you're bothering them when you call. Called to have them tighten a simple nut and you'd think I was asking them for an engine rebuild. Get out of customer service if you're that miserable. Perfect example of how not to treat customers that keep your lights on. I won't be back. I'll take the trip to moosehead motorsports and give them my business.

My experience with Jackman Power Sports has been outstanding! Nobody has parts in stock except them and when they say they'll send it right out you can bet on it! Pleasure doing business!

They are some different folks but. I needed a replacement belt installed and they told me to come down that they would get me in . Not only did they get me in but the bill was amazingly cheap . The service was great. .I buy a bit of stuff from here each year rather sled season or wheeler season and it's always been weird feeling w how their people skills are . But in the end the service is good and better than fair .

I purchased a sled from Jackman Powersports a couple years ago for my husband. I arrived alone was treated with respect! There was an issue with the financing and Doreen went out of her way to help. I will most definitely purchase from them again.

Absolutely agree with all the comments about not people persons. They are foolish really my husband brought a ed in there for service and it was like they were doing us a favor for 90 dollars an hour. Lol. They did not go through the sled.at all dis nothing and charged us for 4 hours of work thank god mainers still exist our neighbor did all the work with my husband. This state is becoming like others. I know because I lived in a rude aweful place with aweful.people. so my neighbor gets 5 stars

6 of us showed up there this past week. All had heated shield and power cord issues. I had a blown fuse that seemed invisible and the mechanic came out and found it so i was able to ride the rest of the weekend without foggin up. we bought lots of stuff and was very satisfied..

If you are a woman don't take your husband with you to buy a new sled, although you may not end up w/ one otherwise. The salesman completely ignored me once her realized my husband was with me. Didn't want me to test ride the sled I was interested in because it was a turbo and looked to my husband for permission for a test ride after laughing when I told him that was the one I wanted to ride. Suggested more than once that maybe my husband could take the turbo and give me his sled and when I finally purchased the sled (not my husband) he decided to chat me up. To be fair, Doreen in the office and the gentleman behind the parts counter were very helpful and the dealership has a large selection of new and used sleds. I love my new sled but would not recommend buying on at this dealership unless you have a penis.

Jackman Powersports went out of their way to help me with a control arm for my sled when I was on vacation and I couldn t make it to them before they closed for the night. Awesome people

They didnt have the part i needed for my Can Am Maverickb, but Owner and i chatted a bit , he explained everything , nice place well stocked as usual .

Saw a sled I wanted online.... From the first phone call it was easy.... Bought it and was able to do the whole transaction without driving up there! Dave was great!

I wouldn't buy an ATV or snowmobile from anywhere else in Maine. Always the best price and service you can get for the money. Well worth the trip, and you can stay and ride your new machine in the most pristine area with the best trails Maine has to offer.

Came in with a junk clutch after being told by another company it was good. They replaced it with fair pricing and extremely fast service. Excellent sled would go there again any day of the week

On three occasions JPS has repaired my sleds and had us back on the trail in 24 hours or less. Outstanding service and they are a critical part of maintaining a very busy trail system.

Got the wrong part...i questioned it when i opened box because it didnt look right but the lady got all pissy with me like how dare i question her. A total .... well anyway, i said okay if you are sure, I was polite, took the part and off i went. Got home, wrong $!#/^&* part! Im sure she is well liked up there but why be so damn rude. Sorry to bother you by wanting to purchase something you sell!

Called for warranty work and wanted to drop off today,will not return my call. Very disappointed!! Last year tried to get warranty work done there and they said they were to busy,maybe in a couple of weeks they said.
