Amazing service. This is my second car through them and I love that they talked to me and kept me in the loop the whole way. Both vehicles are amazing and would go back again. Mark was there every step of the way and kept me company while trying to figure out what my financing was going to look like. He was a great person who understood my wants and needs.

Our sales representative Mike Brown truly went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for us. He listened to our requirements and searched far and wide to find what we were looking for. Our salesman, Zach, was very helpful and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he quickly found the answers. It was a very smooth, enjoyable experience. Emily was also a joy to work with. We were very pleased with everyone and the car buying chore (I hate buying new cars!).

Got my new vehicle yesterday and the service was beyond my expectations! Our experiences with York has alway been good. This is our second vehicle at Yorks. We had to wait for a while but it was worth it. We love our Highlander. Mike was great with us, looked for the color of the interior we wanted and got us what we wanted.

I just traded in my 2022 Highlander Hybrid for a Grand Highlander Limited I have dealt with Yorks for years and always had a great experience. Galen Howe was my go to for years for the various mini vans created by Ford, then I switched to GMC for a few years and because I liked the reliability of Toyota, went back to Yorks, Mike Brown has been the go to guy on both of the Toyota SUV's, he has been great to deal with, I told him the color and trim I wanted, he put the order in and I waited for about a month and picked up the GH Limited Ruby Flare on the 13th of March. Love it so far, and had to call and ask Mike a couple of question regarding a couple of features, he was very helpful. Also Emily Putnam was very helpful in setting up all of the docs to get us on our way...Great job as always guys. Thank you. Holly Henderson

Shoutout to Mike Schools for the best costumer service I've ever experienced at a car dealership before. I gave him just a few key items to keep in mind and within the first few minutes of sitting with him he found the "perfect" vehicle for me. It includes luxurious features I was hoping for in a vehicle all below the budget I provided to him. I doubted it was going to be the one, but proceeded to return the very next day to purchase the car. Wyatt in financing made sealing the deal as seamless as humanly possible. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

We had the best experience with York's if Houlton. Mark Chapman our salesperson went above and beyond to help us find the right car for us. He even came in on his day off to expedite the sale since we needed a car ASAP. I highly recommend York's of Houlton!

I parked my truck in the lot at Yorks of Houlton, glanced around at the available vehicles for sale. I walked into the showroom, almost immediately the gentleman in the corner asked if I needed assistance. That started the process resulting in me purchasing my next vehicle. The salesman was helpful, asking pertinent questions to help determine just exactly what I was looking for. I test drove 2 vehicles, finding both to be pleasing. He asked more questions, searched his computer for any alternative vehicles that may interest me. I thanked him for his service, went home to give the information additional thought. I awoke the next morning and immediately sent an email to the salesman asking that he hold my chosen vehicle for purchase later in the day. Once I got back to Yorks, my salesman had everything prepared for an easy transaction resulting in me driving off in a brand-new Toyota Camry. Due to this salesman's diligence, I was comfortably knowledgeable with the various functions of this new car, the service department at Yorks and the necessary paperwork with a knowledgeable finance and insurance manager. Overall, this was a very satisfying experience.

I can t complain to much, the service department is phenomenal.My biggest complaint is the parts department. They are the most rude and arrogant professionals I have ever had to deal with. They look at you like you re stupid for asking a general question. I own both fords and a Toyota, and I have had to buy dealer OEM parts from Yorks. Now being that I m a woman, Every time I have to deal with them I send my husband in, because every time I call or stop in to inquire about a part I need I m meet with a condescending and generally annoyed attitude every time. Last time I was made to look stupid after asking a question to make sure a part for my truck was the correct one. If they weren t the only local ford and Toyota dealer in Houlton I would go elsewhere. This is why my review is 2 stars.

What can I say? We've been going to York's for years! They have always treated us fairly, with no high pressure sales and straight-forward honesty! Manny Martinez is outstanding to work with as well as Emily Putnam! :) He patiently worked with us as we changed our minds a few times, until we were matched with the vehicle we loved! Emily quickly got our paperwork and financing in order and got us the best rate and put us exactly where we wanted to be with our payments! I have heard about other dealerships, and the nightmares of spending ALL DAY there, and not getting where you want to be. This is never the case at York's of Houlton. In the last 18 years, we have purchased 6 vehicles and have never spent more than a couple of hours start to finish! Thank you again Manny and Emily for yet another positive experience! We were very impressed with how quickly York s of Houlton got back to us! Great customer service! When we arrived they had the car all ready to test drive, the paperwork was all ready for us to sign and we got to bring our beautiful new to us car home with us that day! I am so thankful and blessed to have the opportunity to own this cute little Nissan Rogue! Thank you for everything Yorks of Houlton and thank you Amanda!!

We had an issue getting insurance, as the vehicle was a rebuilt title, however, every individual we spoke to had the patience of a saint and they went above and beyond to make sure we got our car. 10/10 would recommend.

I want to thank Michael, Emily, Eric and all the folks at Yorks that made my purchase experience so pleasant. I've bought a new Toyota Crown - the car is gorgeous, but what made the experience memorable was the courtesy and professionalism of everyone I met. (Maybe taking my greyhound to the dealership helped -- he did the negotiating for me!). I'm in my 70s and have bought many new cars, but I have never experienced a sales process that went this smoothly.Yesterday Yorks delivered my new car to my home in Lubec (a three hour drive away). I was stunned when they made the offer and very appreciative not to have to make that long drive to pick up the car myself.Thank you.

Mike, Eric, and Emily were fantastic! Mike and Eric stayed late for us one evening when we drove from Presque Isle to Houlton after work to test drive two vehicles. When we finally decide which one we wanted, they made the entire process seamless. We walked away with exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. Highly recommend working with Mike, Eric, and Emily for your next vehicle!

I recently purchased a brand new Toyota Highlander from Yorks. It was the easiest and most enjoyable car purchasing experience in my entire life! I scheduled an appointment to look at a Toyota Tundra and I planned to trade-in my truck. When I arrived, I noticed the Tundra had deep scratches running down both sides of the length of the truck. Bumper to bumper. The seat was badly worn and ripped, there were screw-holes in the dash from radio equipment being removed and the tailgate had a golf ball-sized dent which had rusted. The chrome Tundra emblem was badly corroded and the bottom lip of the tailgate was rotten to where shutting it caused paint to fall off. It was a used truck- I get that, but what really surprised me is when they handed me the only key and its fob was broken and missing a button. Aren t they a Toyota dealership?They refused to budge on the price, shrugged-off the issues, saying, Well, it s a used vehicle. Despite having a full service body shop, they simply changed the tires, washed it and threw a sticker on it. For over MSRP on a 5 yr. Old truck. They did say they could probably touch-up the tailgate, though.I went down the road to Priority Auto, got a batter trade-in offer and drove home in a newer, lower mileage truck in spotless condition. With a spare key.I went prepared to buy and I did. Just not from a dealership that wants top dollar for as-is vehicles.

We bought a 2016 Toyota Camry yesterday. Duska was absolutely amazing. We traveled over 3 hrs to get to York's and it was worth the trip. Duska had all my paperwork done, waiting on signatures. Our car was parked out front waiting with the temp tags on already. I highly recommend anyone to York's. Duska was awesome to work with

Bought my first brand new car at York s of Houlton. 2022 Camry Hybrid LE. My overall experience was awesome! Thank you to the staff for the best experience I could of asked for in buying a car. Quick service, excellent deal...great to work with financing...great folks up there...even though I may be a tad bit biased because I've known some of the staff and salespeople a long time...so I knew they were decent folks and they proved it 100%...I highly recomend them...5 stars from me...totally happy..haven't had time to get photos but it's beautiful...thank you all!

I haven't been to a dealership in years. York's has a great reputation so I started there and went no further. I worked with Michael Schools and he was amazing! Patience for my many questions, humor to make me feel more at ease and a great knowledge of what he's selling. A big thank you to Emily Putnam as well! A great team to work with. Super happy with my purchase.

This is the first place that s ever made buying a car easy. I have 3 kids so going to a dealership and spending all day is not for me. We applied online, got to talk on the phone and pick out what we wanted. When we got there they had the car right up front ready for a test drive. Amanda had all our papers ready for us to sign. She made sure our car was ready to go for us (even had them reclean it and fill it up). We were in and out in under an hour. Honestly I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

Just bought a truck at York's and I am very happy with my experience start to finish. My salesman was Mark, who I highly recommend. He was kind, honest, and patient! Very different from most salesman in my experience. We also had excellent interactions with Eric the Sales manager and also Wyatt the financial manager! They all went above and beyond to meet our expectations and I am very happy with my purchase! Thanks York's!
