I had a great detail inside and out! Trey went above and beyond. There was a nasty customer ahead of me. He took my car and transformed it. It was so nasty but now my car is Brand new. Looks way better than when I first bought it.There was also this nasty customer who was absolutely disgusting. I hope you don t ever get that client again. She was refusing to pay for her car detail, Keep up the Great work Trey. MIGHTY MOOSE IS AWESOME!

Amazing! My car was really bad from dogs+years of neglect and it was unbelievable how clean they got it. I'm definitely going back! Thank you guys!

I booked online. He orginally told me it was $300-$400 dollars on the phone but he would give me a deal because I was his first customer of the year. He said he would charge $250 in total. I brought my small SUV to his garage. He then quoted me $300-$400 dollars again. I said "you said $250?" And then he said "youre right, my bad, youre the small SUV for $250". I brought my car in at 8am. He had my car from 8am until 10am the next morning. He said he finished it at around 8pm... I honestly think he just vacuumed and cleaned the seat and called it good, and then sprayed A LOT of cologne in my car or something because I could not breathe. I should have just taken my car to Yorks where they detail and wash your car for a package deal of $295 and at least theyre reputable. Trey also had been really rude and unprofessional calling my car dirty.... hence why I am getting it detailed.... I would've given him a nice tip, but he definately screwed himself out of a $100 tip. If it will allow me, I will post the pictures of what my car looked like RIGHT AFTER I picked it up this morning. Also the messages between Trey and I and how unprofessional he was. He pretty much told me one price to get me to show up, to try and change the price on me, to pretend like he did a lot of work to then charge me an absurd amount... Next time I will just get an upholestry cleaner and clean my car myself. When I do, I will be opening up my OWN detailing business and showing them how it is done. I will NEVER EVER get my car detailed again... this shop definately ruined my experience and just completely made me not trust anyone ever again. $250 down the drain... oh well.Update: owner pretends like he did not do my car. The messages below show his number and I have a receipt from mighty moose stating that I did have my car detailed. They just let my car sit for 12 hours or so and did nothing with it because they saw a younger female to take advantage of. I would not recommend mighty moose. Next time I will be getting an upholestry cleaner and doing it myself. This is ridiculous. Im outright angry.
