I have been buying from Houton Powersports for over 20 years. The sales, service and parts team have always been great to work with. They have had some growing pains over the years but it s good to see the Snowmobile industry growing. I have purchased a new sled three years in a row. They pride themselves in making the customer happy. Tim and Jon have been my sales guys. Both are professional and quite knowledgeable.

Well, my experience was kind of unique.I was only expecting to put a deposit down on a machine, however I ended up bringing home the machine that I wanted that very day. Austin made this happen. I couldn t be happier. After talking at the store we met at the trade show and finalized the deal. I believe that Austin is in the right line of work, very easy to talk to, very respectful. That s getting harder to find in todays world.

BLUF: Great store, selection, price, shopping experience & ideal sales teamWe had occasion to need an ATV ASAP as ours was definitely deceased. We did not start with the ATV nor the store we ended with. I narrowed the selections by price & power over the phone. Nell suggested CFMOTO was indeed a brand worth looking at. I made an appt for the next day Austin entered the scene.Now, Austin was nice, well versed in speaking with people of differing skill levels. He switched between the more technical questions asked by my husband & FIL then back to me, asking more general questions, flawlessly. I have to give him props. He treated us very fairly, went w/ our flow, & loaded that beast on the truck for us.The store was very comfortable and the rest of the folks were totally awesome. I m sure Halloween was the reason a pumpkin & chef were walking around. Like I said, every person I met was awesome.

Thank you to Houlton power sports!! I was very pleased with how my purchase of my Crf450r-s went with you guys! Id like to throw a special thank you to there sales team specifically Whitney, despite all odds of the long process she was always quick to reach back out to me at the beginning of this process. The day I went down to finish everything up Whitney was super helpful and quick at getting me out the door as fast as she could but making sure she did the best job possible to get me what I wanted! Thanks again for everything but also make sure you speak with Whitney!

I highly recommend power sport rentals from Houlton Powersports! My husband and I came up from Florida for a family wedding and some outdoor fun. Nelle was wonderful to work with and really did everything she could for us. We were not sure if we were going to even make the trip due to Hurricane Idalia. Luckily we were able to and Nelle kept in communication with us the whole time. She really made things so stress free. Then at the very last minute we changed our drop off location and Nelle never missed a beat! I felt like such a pain and she was nothing but accommodating and pleasant to work with.We rented a Polaris General 4 seater with helmets and fun was had! We went through plenty a mud hole and the general just plowed right through. The seats are soooo comfortable. We were an older crowd and this was comfortable, even over all the lumps and bumps.We cannot wait to come back and do it all over again. We will see you soon Nelle!Forever grateful,Melissa and Dan

I used Houlton Powersports for the first time this season. I had another dealer go out of business without servicing my snowmobiles and was in a rush to get my sleds serviced. Their service department got them right in. One of the sleds ended up needing significant engine work, and despite a few hiccups along the way, they did everything possible to get it ready quickly and were very reasonable with the cost. Unfortunately a repair on a second sled Did not end up holding up, and I had to bring the sled back for further service. We all know how frustrating this can be, but how the general manager and the rest of the dealership handled it was fantastic. They went out of their way to get the sled in immediately, and apologized for breaking again. All of us can understand how things like this happen, but the way they handled it Made it so much easier. They are great people to work with, and I would never hesitate to bring anything there again. This will be my go to dealership from now on. It is approximately three hour round-trip from my camp to their dealership, but the ride is worth it and the staff is fantastic

I bought a used Yamaha dual sport bike from HPS and weeks after the sale, when they could have moved on, they were still happy to help me with some paperwork for getting a title in NH. At every step of the way, they were helpful and polite. If they weren't so far away, they would be my go-to dealer.

Excellent experience purchasing a new Yamaha Viper snowmobile with Tim Drake and the team over at Houlton Powersports. The process was almost too easy. Mark in the finance department was always helpful and went above and beyond expectations. From ordering the sled over the summer to pick in late fall. I would definitely do business with them again. Dropped machine off on Friday morning ,Was told they would look at it and try to fix for Saturday . Called them at noontime on Saturday , only to be told it s on the schedule for Monday . Completely unacceptable . I would never have left it there , considering I was staying almost 1.5 hours away . Now I have a 3 hour trip ahead of me , and a machine that was supposed to be fixed .3/16/24 Revised review . In the end , Houlton Powersports came through for me . Work was completed at a discount , and they even delivered my machine back to my house in NH , 4 hours away . Thank you Josh ( general manager ) for all you did !

This is my 5th bike from Houlton Power Sports. Tim Drake was great to work with as usual. 5 bikes, 2 sleds, 3 trailers and a boat lift. Houlton Power Sports has all the toys anyone could want.

Arrived at HPS close to closing time and still got advice and a belt to get us back on the trail. Days later, I realized the belt wouldn t work with my aftermarket clutch and it was returned hassle-free. Easy access in Houlton!

Tim was out salesman on our recent purchase. Did us right on price, answered all our questions, and was very pleasant to deal with.Always great service. Very laid back, no pressure sales. Friendly atmosphere. The showroom looks great and always appears clean. Very competitive pricing. We've bought many big tickets items there and will continue to do so.

Salesman Tim was very helpful with my purchase of a new ATV. Tim was always around whenever I needed an answer to a question and also questions about the product. OCT 2023. Talked with Nell about the rentals in SEPT. She is just like a SEABEE - "CAN DO". Rented UTVs and had them delivered. On Time and On the Spot.Had a minor issue with one, RAD-BRAD was "the MAN". From the phone call to getting back having FUN was only about 1 hour. To replace the one with check engine light on. We were about 35 miles from the store, not close.Pickup was a breeze - RAD-BRAD back in action.What two Great Assets these team members are to Houlton Powersports!Will I call on that Team again- Absolutely .Thanks Again Nell and RAD-BRAD.- Happy Trails To You-

My two sons and I rented equipment for this past Columbus Day weekend.We had an amazing time thanks to Nel and her team at Houlton Powersports.The equipment was new, dependable, and ready for us when we arrived.The pick up and delivery was seem less thanks to Brad!!!To deal with this group of true professionals was what we ve come to expect, but often times don t find these days. THANK YOU!See you as soon as the snow falls and the trails are open!!!

Austin was very helpful in answering our questions and made the sale transaction easy. It was a pleasure to work with him. We did have problems with getting the extended warranty transferred but Austin and Josh worked diligently together to solve the issue and made good on all promises. Very satisfied with our experience in buying our Polaris Ranger.
