So its an unassuming place that services Freightliner. My van is branded a Freightliner but really a Mercedes 2500 diesel. I stopped in to see why the steering wasn't as responsive as it should be. They gave me an appointment for the next day. They diagnosed (and showed me) that I needed to have the ball joints replaced but the parts wouldn't come in until the next day. No problem. Next day they replace the ball joints and then have problems getting it aligned, next day appointment. No problem, just get it done I say. After the work is done, I take it for a test drive and everything is fine, steering fixed, alignment done, van tracks straight and steering wheel is lined up correctly. During this time, I have to wait at the shop, it was a little long but there was coffee and donuts and fast wifi. Service guy was exceptionally nice and friendly. No stress or pressure, kept me informed and didn't try to sell me anything. I liked that he kept me informed.There is a lounge upstairs because truckers were getting their trucks worked on all the time these guys were working on my van. It was busy. But these guys did the work without excuses and platitudes, unheard of at the other places. I had taken my van to Rochester NY Mercedes for the same issue and they did nothing (really, NOTHING) and charged me $700. These guys at the Freightliner place were so good I would drive up there to get my van worked on again if there was a problem. I highly recommend them for being honest and actually working in these times.I've driven the van 800 miles before giving this review to evaluate the work. All good.

Many people I know have worked here or have been associated with this place and overrall got good responses when I asked about it. (They said bathrooms need work though.)

They never call you back when they say they will. I have been waiting for a estimate for parts for over a week. If you want fast results call the Bangor location.

Awesome guys that work here never had had a complaint will tell you almost immediately what's wrong and how long it will take to fix quick fast and easy these guys are amazing

Great shop, good people, only four stars because it took all day to get in shop for Dot inspection, once in shop didn't take long for inspection and brake replacement.

Best freightliner I've ever been too. Drivers lounge while you wait. Mechanics do high quality work.
