I just had DR install a duel fuel electric/propane stove. It's one of those ridiculously expensive European models that I didn't want or need but had to buy because it was the only manufacturer that made stoves in a size that fit where old stove fit. I called DR to see if they could do it. The sent their tech Garrett. This guy was wonderful. He was knowledgeable smart and had the stove up and running in no time. What a nice kid! Thanks Dead River!

Last fall, we were looking to have a propane tank connected to our newly installed generator. With cold weather approaching, we were hoping to have it done prior to winter, if possible. I contacted Dead River Company s office in Houlton with this request, and every employee that I dealt with was very helpful and accommodating. Within a week, the technicians delivered and connected the tank. Both were very knowledgeable and thorough with the installation. A few days later, we received a delivery to top the tank off. From the office staff to the technicians and delivery driver, the entire Houlton team made it happen! We re extremely grateful for all their hard work and dedication, ensuring a positive customer experience!

After a communication issue and a minor hiccup with our furnace after being serviced, the team at Dead River was quick to reach out and make things right and make sure that no issues would occur in the future. Great customer service!

I have been a Dead River Customer for at least ten years and they have always been available if I need help and repair responses have been usually very quick and the technical support guys have unfailingly been quick and helpful in making repairs or performing annual servicing.

Great service and follow up! These guys work hard in our harsh winters to make sure we are nice and warm. We had trouble on the coldest night of the year and had a technician at our home within an hour in the middle of the night. Thank you!

Company reserves the right to amend or discontinue any Plan at any time at its sole discretion.Of course this is when my furnace quit working and I called to have a repair. This was the first year in this new house and I purchased the contract in March but they said it was up in December. I should still have two more weeks of coverage.

Used to take my tanks to Lincoln about half an hour away to be refilled. Dead river filled my tanks at the edge of my rather remote property, and saved me about 15 dollars per tank.
