Alex was outstanding! From the minute I emailed Harpswell Motors and received a very quick email back to signing the paperwork and picking up my truck. He made the transaction so easy and super quick. He had everything ready prior to me arriving and meeting him at his office to sign the paperwork. He had everything done online and submitted to the bank and all I needed to do is just showed up to sign the paperwork. Quick and painless. What a great guy to do business with and just an overall amazing experience. We will definitely be buying all of our vehicles from him. I ve already told a few friends about Alex and Harpswell Motors. Alex, thank you so much for making this experience such a great one and so smooth. I appreciate everything you did! Enjoy your trip!

This is the only dealership I ve found in Maine that actually lives up to their promises. Other dealerships that work with low credit/complex credit situations all had grand promises and wasted my time with pointless inquiries that hurt my credit score. Alex really helped me out. I submitted the application and from then on he worked tirelessly to get me into a vehicle that was in my range, that would work for me with financing, and that I really loved. He was patient when I didn t like the first few options and I ended up in a car I LOVE that was under budget and perfectly met my needs. Cannot recommend them enough especially if you are getting on your feet and having difficulty with financing a vehicle.

I would recommend this Harspwell to anyone. We never bought a car from a dealership but heard horror stories. I was highly impressed told them what we was looking for in a vehicle and Alex hit it right on. The customer service is amazing how quick they get back to you about questions is better than even face to face interactions at a store. I loved the laid back and how easy they made purchasing. The honesty was very good too they didn t hide anything about the car. They had the knowledge. I can t even express how please I was.

The quickest and least painful car buying experience thus far. I called Kyle when HAS opened on a Wednesday morning with questions about a 19 Wrangler, he called me back with 3 hours and I was approved. No down payment, no proof of income. I drove the Jeep home that night and could not be any happier with my choice of dealership. These guys really took care of me when I needed a helping hand. If you re looking for a vehicle, give Kyle a call!

WOW!! What an amazing team! Alex took that time to listen to exactly what I wanted, knew it wasn t going to be an easy finance but still got the job done! Had the vehicle I wanted in less than 24 hours! Came in to sign my papers Alex was with another client Josh jumped right in took care of me and I was out the door in less than half hour! Great experience working with Alex, the whole process was so easy and quick once I got to Harpswell auto , only thing I had to do was sign papers and test drive which was perfect. He answered questions and concern in a timely manner. I'm happy with my new car, everything so far great no issues. Though I didn't get the pleasure of meeting him because it was his day off, I am thankful for his patience and assistance.

I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Accord at Harpswell Auto Sales in Harpswell. My salesman was Justin Weymouth. He is the best!! I only had my car a few days when I had some issues. Justin was very patient and compassionate and took care of everything in a timely manner. I live a considerable distance miles from the dealership and upon completion of ALL repairs my car was delivered to me at my home! The customer service I experienced was exceptional. We dropped in on a Saturday, late in the afternoon, close to 4:30ish on a whim. We test drove a Chevy Equinox and were really impressed. We were able to trade in an older vehicle we had and were in the new car by 5:45, past the time they closed.We had one or two things pop up that we wanted them to look into. They were able to give us a loaner vehicle and took good care of us. I was impressed with the sales department and the service department at Harpswell Auto. Very happy we happened to drop in that day!

Harpswell auto sales has always been on top of their game to provide excellent customer service, professional support and assistance whenever needed. This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from them and is my son's first car, with that being said, I have trust within them to provide reliable services. So I went into the Lewiston location on Monday determined to purchase a vehicle and spoke to Kyle. He was absolutely amazing, I felt like I was sitting with a friend rather then a car salesman He found everything I was looking for and more. He didn t try to sell me something I didn t want or need. The mileage is super low and the payments are affordable!!!! He has been in contact with me since to make sure I was happy and I definitely am!!!!! Kudos to this business especially in this day and age. My equinox is so beautiful and comfortable. I will recommend people to this place and look forward to my next purchase from them. Wow!!! Donny at Harpswell auto in Lewiston ABSOLUTELY AMAZING The whole process was so easy and efficient. Donny is a amazing salesman he worked with us in person over texts and so much more !!!! When we came to look at vehicles his first question was how much you want to spend, the. He went on the website and showed us what was in our price range, Never went over in price. When we went to go pick up our vehicle he had it all ready even told us to do a last test drive to make sure it was the one we wanted!!!! ABSOLUTELY recommend going and getting a vehicle from him!!!!!!!! Thank you donny for such an amazing experience!
