Moosehead Motor Sports is an outstanding business. I have been dealing with them for the past 12 years. They are always willing to go the extra mile to be accommodating to their customers. I cannot say enough good things about their service, friendliness and stellar workmanship.

Excellent buying experience all around! Thank you very much to everyone at Moosehead Motorsports! From initial discussion about my new sled to purchase of the sled and new gear, everyone here has made a magical experience for me! I'll be going back for all of my future purchases of oil, fuel, accessories and of course other season motorsports as well!

I can t be more happy with my buying experience at Moosehead Motor Sports. Everyone there is very straight forward and a pleasure to deal with. When I went into the store to sign the paperwork I didn t have my trailer with me. Moosehead Motor Sports went out of there way to deliver the quad to my house. Best part is they delivered it 15 minuets after I signed all the paperwork !!! You cant beat that type of customer service ! I am looking to purchase a snowmobile this year and it will Most definitely be from Moosehead motor sports !Thanks again for a great experience !

I cannot speak on sales, but they have always been extremely kind to me when needing service or an emergency part. Their service department is extremely knowledgeable in regards to Ski-doo sleds. Even at the busiest of times they have always taken my sled in when I ve had an emergency problem (even accommodating after business hour drop offs). I appreciate this very much, thank you!

They have all your motorsports needs. Jennie and John and the rest of there crew will go above and beyond for you they also offer boat rentals. And are open weekends for all your ATV needs

Wonderful customer service, very helpful and no pressure. We went in looking for some information on snowmobiles. The young man that helped us answered all our questions and this being the third place we had stopped at felt comfortable that they listened to what we needed and what would work for us. A week later bought a 2019 Backcountry. We were so pleased with how everything went we went back 2 weeks later and bought a second. Thanks for all the help and advice Jon.

Just a great group here!!! Went above and beyond for me on my spark Trixxs, new to town and these guys just are so welcoming! They even offered to take me snowmobiling next season to show me the backcountry of maine!!!will be servicing my sleds and skis from here on out, anything BRP this shop is where you should go!

I've had these folks bail me out more than once up there on vacation with a broken sled. I've even called after hours and brought my sled down there at 8pm. I was on my way the next day with a new coil. No notice, they didn't even sell me the sled, or know who i was at that point....but that sealed the deal, when i was ready to sno- check a new one, i didn't even shop around...they earned my business with their service. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who values excellent, fair service from a small family business.

Excellent service. Sled broke down so i brought it in and they fixed it. Friendly and respectful. The way a business should operate. Thank YouMight i add, my sled runs like it is brand new. The thing screams! Was up a week ago. Oh what fun. Thanks again!

Jon and Jennie were great to deal with and we couldn't be happier with our new Can Am Defender.Jon took our Polaris XP in trade and not only did he pick it up for us but he also delivered the new machine to our camp in Kokadjo. Great service and very friendly people.

One of our friends lost his brake line and pull start cord during a snowmobile trip. We pulled in to see if the had the parts we needed. These guys bent over backwards to help us, even let us use a bunch of their tools to make the repairs. Awesome group of guys.

Great place.This company was flexible and considerate when they could have been hard asses. We called ahead and reserved a jet ski for Monday of our planned vacation week. On Sunday one of our party members ended up in the ER overnight. We called motor sports and asked to change our reservation to Thursday, which they did. As the week progressed the person did not recover and was forced to head home with their spouse. With only two possible drivers in the house and a bunch of kids to watch, a full day jet ski rental was no longer practical. I called Moosehead Water Sports and while they said it was their policy to charge for a change and charge for a cancellation, they choose not charge us anything.I realize canceling at the last minute likely cost Moosehead Water Sports money, but I fully appreciate their gracious attitude toward our unforeseen medical issues. I would definitely rent from them again.

Awesome guys. I came up from Massachusetts, 7 hour drive in a snow storm only to have a ski break right in the beginning of my trip. These guys let me borrow an old set of skis wand up saved the trip. Very friendly, they have my business.

Friendly people, very knowledgeable and helpful! The best Brp dealer in the state (I drive 2 hours one way, with another dealer 10 minutes down the road). I go the extra mile because they do the same.

great company and people from buying your purchases and the service is just as great , i drive 2 hrs to take my sea doo to them. top noth service crew there . they fixed my sea doo where local dealership could not..

My wife and I were up there in june atving. My wife got a flat on hers 5 mile in. I took the tire off and went to there shop. They searched hi and low for a tube and found one . there was a slice in sidewall I could not plug. They fixed it and let me take a breaker bar to install it . great people! saved the day for us ..Thanks

This year (2021)will be the 3rd Skidoo Backcounty X I have bought through MooseHead Motorsports and I dont plan on going to any other dealer. They have the best service before and after the sale. What got me started here was about 5 years ago I had a rental sled and ran out of gas. They let me borrow a gas caddy, full of fuel and got me out of that bind. Best dealership in the state of Maine!

Its a clean place, very presentable, big parking area and the employees seem nice enough. Unfortunately they didn't have what we needed, though what we needed wasnt the most common thing to ask for

Went in today to buy a cord for my heated shield and the cords were triple the price they should ve been and the service was very rude about it
