Had a wonderful experience here and and would HIGHLY recommend. I called yesterday and he got me in that afternoon, did the work himself, quickly, and was very knowledgeable. To boot, his lovely wife, who runs Tulips Eyebrow Threading next door, had some down time and came over to chat and keep me company while I waited. Thank you! :) People, go get your glass fixed and your lash and eyebrows done! :-D

Vintage windshield replacement ('89 Volvo 240) is not their expertise as they indicated prior to doing the job. Their work caused damage to the trim moulding and broke the wiper arm nut cover. They never said anything about the damage and apparently was hoping I wouldn't notice. Cannot recommend them!

When everyone else in the area was booked 2 weeks out Marty made me a appointment 1.5hrs after I spoke with him. He was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable while I waited for my new windshield. Ditch the big corporate companies and go with Trust Auto Glass, you will not be disappointed. I was going to work one morning and on the highway my roof popped up and smashed my entire window I called around and I would get in the next day or two days. I called Trust Auto Glass and informed him what happened, immediately he went to see if he had all the parts and told me I could be there by 2:30. I got there, he immediately took my car to the back and made me feel comfortable in his office took him less than an hour and was done. I highly recommend this company to anybody that needs their window replaced you will find that this business is not only professional but treat you with kindness and respect.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Last Sunday, a tree branch destroyed the rear windshield of my 2014 Subaru Outback. The next day, I researched all of the auto glass places in the Portland area, and Trust Auto Glass came up as the best rated and best priced. I called Marty, and he was able to fix my windshield the same day for a great price in under an hour. Marty even helped me navigate payment from my insurance company. After about a week of driving through various weathers, my windshield still works/looks great! Overall, I highly recommend Trust Auto Glass.

Needed my windshield replaced. Called and was able to make appointment next day. Got several quotes from around the area and this place was competitive. Top quality work. In and out in less than an hour. I've had my prior windshield replaced in the past by one of the more franchise places, which I wouldn't recommend. He even gave me some tips and went above and beyond expectations. Very reliable.

I had a great experience at Trust Auto Glass. A hunk of ice shattered our windshield. We are to drive to our camp and couldn't with the windshield in that condition. Marty had the glass in stock and made time to install. He worked with our insurance and even texted me to offer me an earlier appointment. The shop has a nice, small, comfortable waiting area with a TV and WiFi for customers. Friendly and professional service!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Marty is a very professional and knowledgeable person. We had numerous companies not want to touch our 1991 GSX, or quoted of more than DOUBLE what Trust Auto Glass did it for. Hes very quick to respond and will go above and beyond to find you the best deal on auto glass! We will be bringing all of our vehicles here as his quality of work is phenomenal, as well as his willingness to work with anyone time wise!

After calling a few places to compare, Trust Auto Glass could not be beat. Best price and they were able to replace the windshield on the same day!! Marty was here within the hour. Free mobile service as well! I would highly recommend this company.

Went in less then a week ago to fix my windshield, took him half the time he told me and was fairly a good price until I found a decent crack that started from the corner of the drivers side. It definitely is a installation problem and the owner of this company told me he couldn t do anything about it but give me a discount, I did travel 2 hours one way for a good deal. Definitely cheap glass would not recommend if you don t want the hassle I m going thruService: Auto windshield repair

I phoned Trust Auto Glass after contacting the national chains. He answered the phone, have me a quote within minutes and saved me $130.The install took 1 hour. He was very professional and did a meticulous job.Today I referred a friend who needed a windshield replaced on a 2020 pickup. He saved $600 compared to the national chain. His windshield was quoted and installed in under 3 hours.

Trust auto glass is a life saver. I called this company 8 in the morning, Marty showed up around 10 am. I could didn't believe it, he replaced my windshield in 45 minutes. I am so happy with Trust auto glass. He is very professional and friend. I highly recommend this company.

In a world where customer service is received less and less it was refreshing to do business with someone that understands and delivers on it. Javier (owner) called prior to arriving on Saturday morning as he said he would. He arrived a little early!! He was able to save the molding/seal on the current windshield of my '99 Dodge truck which saved me money. He was very congenial and answered all my questions. I watched the whole process and we talked throughout the entire install. The cost was far lower (30%) than anything else I found. I have a leak in the rear window and he gave me a quote which was more than fair. I will be dropping it off and have that fixed asap. Thanks Javier!!

Ahdi at Trust Auto Glass really took care of us and did a great job. We have a 2014 Honda Odessey and somehow the sunroof glass shattered. We figured we could replace the glass easily with any windshield repair company. However finding a company to work on sunroofs was a lot harder than I expected. I called Trust Auto Glass and Ahdi immediately began trying to find the sunroof glass. I did my own research as well and it was almost impossible to find the correct glass without going to the dealer, which would have been big money. A couple days later Ahdi contacted me and said he found the glass and could install it two days later. The price for the glass AND install was fantastic compared to anything else I could find for just the glass. He installed the sunroof glass two days later, exactly when he said he would. He was friendly and made sure I was happy. I couldn t be happier with Ahdi and Trust Auto Glass. I highly recommend him.Service: Sunroof glass replacement

While changing my windshield Marty was trying to pry it loose and in doing so damaged the roof with the handle of the tool he was using. Also damaged the trim and spread black adhesive on the paint. He denied damaging the roof and refused to cover the $1300 plus worth of damages. My insurance tried to contact his insurance and couldn't find any. Not sure if Trust auto glass is insured. If you still decide to use them ask for proof of insurance. He will tell you to file a claim for damages knowing you can't. Just call another company. He'll deny this review but I have it all on text that he would cover the damages. I had used them before with no complaint's but never again.

Was able to schedule time via text. Multiple options were given to the type of glass to purchase. Price is unbelievable no need to check with second quote.Work was prompt. You will have access to read magazines, short stories or watch TV. Just like to see a book of short poems and visible password to WiFi. Very clean lobby.I have gone there for second time and will go again with no hesitation.

trust auto glass is awesome called them up and they were at my house in a hour there prices are better than safelite. I saved 80 dollars with trust auto and the job was done to satisfaction I give them 5 stars. they will always get my buisness
