Here s a business owner that understands his customers and helps them solve any type of car problem they might encounter. Al and his team have been great to us and we appreciate his work and honesty. Highly recommend that you explore Chet s service shop before going elsewhere!

I could not recommend this place enough! I was looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and cost friendly auto shop and I found it! I was referred to Chets and i am completely satisfied:) They are highly knowledgeable in auto maintenance, parts, and body work! Small, local and family owned. An hour drive is worth it for me and I highly recommend. Thank you!

My car was taken in the bay shortly after I arrived, Nice and clean waiting area and does not smell like a car shop. The Macanics here are Awsome!! Al, Don, and Parker!! Thanks guys for for keeping me safe on the road!!

I ve been having a lot of problems with my car and today being the 10th time I ve brought my car to a mechanic to fix things this year I was told by a mechanic that they thought my fuel injector was bad in cylinder 1 after I had them replace all the coils and plugs in my V6, and prior to that I brought my car to a mechanic to fix the same issue in cylinder 1 turns out the problem was the clip was not plugged all the way into the coil causing my car to misfire for the last month or so since I had someone change that coil that was coding for a while seems that coil or plug was either bad but then it wasn t plugged in all the way.. well today Don took my car in and did a quick run through of everything and plugged my coil in and the misfire stopped.. 3rd times the charm I guess lol in any case so far since I ve been to Chet s I ve been treated fairly, kindly and I feel confident in their expertise. I still have to get something else fixed but Don seemed to know exactly what was wrong and researching the repair as we speak and will get back to me. I appreciate their service and help.

So after getting the run around from other shops and my warranty company, I brought my vehicle to Chet s with an obvious transmission issue. I must say they handled all of the phooey that came from the warranty company and got me a brand new transmission! Thanks guys my Jeep goes perfect! P.s they also fixed some long overdue oil leaks. Great place! Easy to work with. Highly recommend this shop.

Chet s was recommended by a friend and he wasn t wrong. First stopped in as I wanted to verify my camper would fit in their shop. Had a delightful conversation and felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle. I found Chet s to be very competent, fair and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely will be returning in the future

Don t over look Chet s automotive sales and service. I needed a catalytic converter installed, a very experience repair- needless to say I checked surrounding areas and reviews for good pricing and honest quality work- most places would not even touch this job for least 3 weeks, some were not interested in the job period. Good word of mouth led me to Chet s- they told me they were real busy and if I could leave it with them they would work it in. within in 5 days the truck was complete and waiting out front for me to pick up. I m a pleased with the pricing, quality of work friendly faces and excellent communication. Thank you for getting me back on the road with fair prices and great quality of work. Places like this are far and few between. Thanks Chet s I ll be seeing you for my next repair.

Very poor service this is not how you run a business, says they will call you back and they never do Leave you with no car calling them day after day for them to only answer 3 days later to tell me they don t wanna work on my car. if I could rate this less then one star I would don t bring your vehicles here!!!!

Chet's is the absolute best. They help us with all of our cars. We always get them looked at right away. They are honest & kind. Prices are incredibly reasonable. I've even been told no charge for a diagnosis. We live close by & they've even driven my car home to me when they were done & I brought them back. I wont take my cars anywhere else. Fast, reliable, honest & they go above & beyond. Doesn't get any better than that!

Bought my car and found many issues with it, that the original dealership wouldn t help with. Brought it into Chet s and they got me right in and fixed all of my issues, at a great price! Thankful for their amazing staff, and prompt service! I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been a customer of Chet s for 18 years. I would NEVER bring my vehicles elsewhere nor would I recommend any other facility. Chet s is a place where honestly and work ethic still exist. Five stars is not enough but it is all they allow me to give!!

Do not purchase a vehicle from this garage without first getting it checked out by an independent mechanic ON A LIFT! The jeep we purchased turned out to have severely rusted out rocker panels under the rocker molding, which was visible to them when they had it on a lift. They stickered an unsafe vehicle. They never replaced another part they promised in writing to replace. This garage just put me off every time I inquired about the replacement for months. Crickets from them when I told them about the terrible condition of the rocker panels. Buyer beware.

I purchased new tires a year ago (not at Chet s) and have had issues with tire pressure ever sense. I took my car back to were I purchased the tires 3 times and was told there is nothing wrong. I have worked with Chets for many years and called Al he took my car right in and found the problem immediately! They fixed the issue and even delivered my car back to me. I highly recommend Chets for either a purchase of a vehicle or mechanical work they are A+ ! I would also like to mention I have had several friends purchase a vehicle at Chets and never one complaint they stand behind everything thing they do. Thank you guys for treating your customers old school.

I was immediately told my car required an expensive repair for something that turned out to be a simple inexpensive repair. I was repeatedly told to wait for calls that didn't come and was later told they hadn't called because they didn't have my number, despite the fact we'd spoken on the phone the week before. I will never be using Chet's again.

Fantastic service every time I go there. Bought a car from them in February and had minor issues after purchasing and they fixed them for free. Always friendly and take care of any issues I have no matter how big or small.

Haven t been here yet but Chet was so pleasant and accommodating on the phone he won me over for a future visit. Although their forte is auto sales they do in fact make repairs, as well.
