Going to give a huge shout out to Steve up there! I m from Michigan and was in need of a F550 for winter snow season. We called all 50 states and the only person to have one was Steve at Casco bay. Steve kept me updated for the long 3 months we waited for this truck to come in and was prompt to make it work! We flew from Michigan and Steve was ready to go and move forward with the sale and got it taken care of. I said it once and I will say it again! TRUST IN STEVE!

Want to thank Declan and his crew for their kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. We were on our way home to PA when our motorhome broke down and was towed here. Wonderful customer service! Took my new Ford Maverick for rust protection services. The day after the service I noticed a film all over the truck including windows. I tried to get it off with no success. I went back to Casco Bay Truck Center thinking maybe it was some residue associated with the rust proofing. They said they would get it right in and take care of it. Turns out it was not associated with the rust proofing. It appeared to be hydraulic fluid of some sort. Perhaps a truck up ahead on my way home had a line break. Regardless, they understood my concern and spent 2 hours working on it, applying a chemical and buffing it. They did this complementary...no charge! Everyone I interacted with was patient and showed a genuine interest in resolving the issue. In today's world it is rare to get such great customer service. I highly recommend Casco Bay Truck Center.

Definitely a five star service experience. We were very impressed with the service provided and our service advisers Jared and Nicole.
