Took my truck right in,2 and half hrs later it was done I've worked in tire service before doesn't take that long for 4 tires to be dis. Mount/Mounted and balance, people were nice n polite

Tires!! Omg they were amazing in Auto at Walmart. Over the top worked hard to fit me in before Thanksgiving. Even more so when my walmart pay didn't work they snapped into action and figured out everything needed. I recommend not only the AMAZING auto team, but the managerial staff as well.. you need it? They will help!

Had to get my tires rotated and balanced which I already had the lifetime warranty. The service writer said it would be about 30 min before somebody could bring it in. Well, it was less that that. I was in and out of there in less than a hour! I was impressed. Thanks for the speediness!

Asked these guys to check my tire because I had to put fix a flat into it. They said they would text me when done. I then asked them to do an oil change and rotate the tires.......wandered around the store for 45 minutes....then went back to check since I hadn't heard anything.....they did NOTHING because they couldn't find the leak.....so they cancelled the order, didn't do the oil change for rotation ...... and didn't bother letting me know! Serious waste of my time!

They did a fine job putting on the new tires I ordered, but I had a 7:00 appointment which I scheduled through their website. Upon arrival, there was nobody there. I went to the customer service desk at the front of the store and was told they didn't open until 8:00, and I would have to wait until then. They shouldn't be scheduling appointments for when they aren't even open!

Most of the staff knew their job and there was a few staff members that had no clue what the steps were to do service and no idea about customer service, and did not do the company justice in the service provider realm

My boyfriend just went to have an oil change and on his way home the car stalled a few times because whoever changed his oil didn't even reattach the air hose, clamp the air box or reprogram the computer so the car still says low oil. Highly disappointed. It's complete incompetence and if the mechanics can't do their job correctly on a very routine and not very complicated oil change then they should be let go or there should at least be a supervisor on staff to double check their guys' work.

I had a tire that had a slow leak in it and I got to Walmart Auto Center and they took it in right away. I went shopping while my car was worked on!! When I was done, they were done! Loved it!!

Terrible customer service from one staff, lazy, tried to tell me I had the wrong tire size. Gave me a huge attitude when I corrected him and showed him it was the right tire size. Poor hygiene smelled strongly of BO! Then told my husband and I that he could end up breaking a lug nut off. We left and did not get tires changed will never go back other walmarts have much better customer service!

I had Walmart do my tires and this is how I got my car back. Does not make any sense how this even happened considering all of my tires were in the back seat, individually wrapped in plastic bags and there was no dirt in the back. It was all over my passenger seat in the center consul and on my driver side seat. There is no need to be in my car besides moving it in and out. Before my car had even gotten there the guy who was helping my dad was being so rude and ended up having another lady come help him. I honestly feel like this was done on purpose. Very unhappy and do not understand why someone would do this and leave it like that after paying $450Service: Tires

They didn't torque my oil filter properly on my tundra and now I'm sitting back there hoping my engine isnt ruined. Never again. If I could give a negative star I would

The older man who works there, Kelley, is absolutely the worst employee I ve ever seen in there. Rude, confrontational, and barks at customers when they ask questions. The fact that you have this man working with the public is ridiculous and will start costing you customers. I would seriously re-think having him work your front desk.

It was a little confusing as to how it operated but once the gentlemen changing oil heard the discussion he was able to answer questions and get my car in.

The help was rude and I will never attempt to have them change my oil ever again. I will also pass along to anyone that I know that they are lazy and have a poor attitude.

Had my tire pop, came in with 5 minutes to close, they opened back up just to put a new tire on for me.
