call to make an appointment for my daughter to get an alignment on her car was unaware that the vehicle needed new tie rod ends was aware that it needed new tires as the ones she had on were snow tires we planned on buying new ones in the spring instead of them calling us to advise us of what we needed to do to the car and if we wanted them to proceed with the alignment, knowing we need to get another one after getting the work done they just did the alignment costing us over $130, for us to turn around and get work done in the car two days later have to go and get another alignment. I think that s poor management and maybe that s the way they do things but if so, they should change it

My husband and I were so happy with the service we received the first time we used tire warehouse that when we moved back to the state we drove 2 hrs to have them put tires on our new truck. They are very friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the Farmington area.

Customer ServiceI have to say that from Brandy the manager to the technician who mounted new tires on my Fiat they were wonderful. Both my wife and myself will now make Tire Warehouse in Farmington our go to for everything from tires to alignment.

I bought 4 of the brand new Duratrac RT tires and they charged me over $200 more than what other places are selling them for. Over $500 dollars for a truck tire is ridiculous. I made an appointment online and they called letting me know the tires were in. When I went to the appointment they instantly hopped on the truck and installed the tires. Never did I receive a quote for the tires before they were already done doing the work. When the total came out to over $2400 dollars I was in shock but I had an appointment I had to get to and remembered seeing they have a price match guarantee up to 30 days after the sale. The owner even states this in a reply to another review on here. These are a brand new model so I hadn't seen pricing from other stores but when I searched I found ones for over $200 less per tire. I called to ask about how to correct the pricing and was told that the price match only is for the time of sale. I was then directed to their customer service number which is not a real customer service line. It is impossible to reach a real human and it never even mentions customer service.

Awesome service by Kyle and the team at Tire Warehouse. They price matched and gave me an excellent final price and were extremely fast with service. They were competent with their knowledge and experience. Honestly, it s refreshing to have good service like this- they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Tire Warehouse to anyone in Franklin County!

Great service. I came in at 730 and they were able to squeeze me in for a swap over and an alignment. I've been coming here for 3 years now, and by far the best service in Farmington!

On New Year's night I was traveling down 133 and hit two pot holes and ended up with a flat tire Brandi and Kyle was very friendly and fast about getting me back on the road and they have fair prices thank you Jesus for awesome ppl like this if you have tire needs I recommend the tire warehouse where they treat you like family with fair prices

This staff is amazing. Brandy was so helpful! Hands down the best tire place around, they are so kind, helpful and efficient. I went in there after getting a flat tire, and they were able to squeeze me in same day, they explained everything and were a tremendous help! 10/10 would recommend!

I went in with a donut tire on my Jeep to have them patch the tire I d removed and put it back on. It would have only cost about $35 to have them do this. When I went to pay I noticed I only had a 20 on me and they quickly gave me an almost $15 discount and only charged me $20 for their services! So super kind of them!! It definitely put a smile on my face.

Although the service was fast and done well, they charged me $50 PER TIRE to mount a tire because I didn t purchase the tire from them. Going rate for every other garage, including other tire ware houses is $20-30. Absolute robbery. Next time I ll choose somewhere else for my alignment. I could ve paid $40 more for an alignment and still saved $100 in mounting fees.

Great place with competitive prices. I showed up at 9am to have four Pirellis put on my BMW. I was out in about 20 minutes. These guys are fast and professional. There were three people working on my car at one time. I loved watching that.

Staff is very pleasent. Came in for an alignment and Kyle got me in right away and informed me that i have one tire wearing on the edge. He helped me out a lot and gave me a great deal knowing i was a little short financially. His techs were very respectful and quick at what they do. They made my time here wonderful, i am definitely coming back again to this great facility. I will be recommending them to everyone. So if you want fast,reliable service with a great group of people this is the place for you.

Great crew run under the direction of Kyle and Brandi!!!Very fast and efficient service!!Highly recommend doing business with as They will match or do better on any competitors pricing.For me I have a fleet account for all my vehicles and the knowledge they have in recommending specific tires for specific uses on my trucks, cars is very reliable!!Cost efficient and great service! Hard to find today!!! Try them out and give them a chance!!!Only negative they did not put our tires in protective plastic coverings and put them in an expensive BMW!!??? Think about it Please!!

As a frequent customer I guess I expected more. Had to have someone take my car to my appt. They put the dirty tires on my seats, ruining part of the armrest. Who puts nasty tires inside a car with out a bag or something to keep from getting the interior nasty. I called and they said a manager would call me back, you guessed it, they never called. To top it off they did a terrible job balancing the tires, so i have to deal with that too. I own several cars and have purchased a lot of tires in the last couple years, guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Completely unacceptable

The sales lady is very nice, courteous, and patient. I had a few questions before scheduling and then had to change the appt a couple times, but she was respectful and answered all of my questions. When I arrived for my appt, she warned me they were a little short staffed and therefore running a little behind, and then halfway through waiting, she checked back in with me and told me it shouldn't be too much longer and thanked me for being patient, but I thought the time frame was very reasonable anyway! Very thankful to have this business conveniently located in Farmington too!

Above and beyond. Called store at 2:30 pm. Need 4 tires on my wifes car for last minute trip before closing at 6pm. The ones I needed were not in stock at dealer. Kyle sent a truck to nearest dealer and picked them up and had them at his shop by 5pm. Out by 5:30. Great service fair price.
