My husband and I can't thank Katie from the front desk and the other members of Portland Glass enough for being so patient and friendly. We would highly recommend this business for any glass repair. Windshield back to normal and looks great!

I had a great experience here getting a windshield installed. They even installed an original Ford windshield. It was identical to my original with Ford stickers and all. Thanks!

So disappointed. Incompetent and they show no appreciation for the inconvenience they cause. Tried to get a winshield changed for my son's vehicle prior to leaving for college. Best they could do was 3 weeks. Made it tight but I try to buy local. They are adamant its dropped of by 8am, yet when they discover they ordered the wrong one I got called at 4:30. Said the earliest available reshedule date was 3 more weeks. Not doable for my timeline. Told them I would have to go somewhere else they offered a date a week earlier. Told them this still doesn't work and they offered a date 2 weeks earlier. Odd these dates became available when I was leaving. It was now super tight deadline but I dropped it off at 8 again as mandated and got called again late in the day that they had the wrong one again and I needed to reschedule. When they didn't seem to care I was done dealing with them I tried to call someone a little higher on the food chain. Mostly because I would rather resolve things between customer and vendor rather than this review route. When I called I discovered the headquarters of my "local" business was 3000 miles away in Waco, Texas.I will post a reply to my reply here since there isn't another option to do so. Though I appreciate the form letter reply Mark, I would rather have your area manager return my call. Not an issue anymore because Safelite came to my house and changed the winshield.

Woke up to a cracked windshield, seemingly out of no where! I made an inquiry using their website and with an hour I has a quote and a next available time on when a replacement could happen! When going into the store to set up my appointment time the front desk was so helpful in working around our busy schedule that week and even allowed us to drop our vehicle off the day before our appointment. Upon pick up it the keys were left where I had asked then to be put, and all of our stickers were put back in the same places as the old windshield. 10/10 would recommend getting service done here!

Awful service from both the this PG and the Portland one. The Farmington PG said to drop our vehicle off by 8am and we dropped it off at 6am. It was to fix a small crack in the windshield. I called when we got back home to leave a message. I got the Portland office and they said they would relay my message and someone would get back to me in one to two business days. I told the woman the car was there now and would be fixed today. She still advised me at the end of the call that she would leave them a message and they would get back to me in a business day. When I called Farmington PG at like 1pm they said they never received this message. They also told us they wouldn t be able to get the windshield fixed until the end of the day or if they could keep it over night and fix it first thing in the morning. When a week ago they told us to drop it off at 8am. After we picked up the vehicle without any service they called to see if we still wanted service to replace the windshield. We advised them it was only for a crack. They said that they had us down for a windshield replacement and was holding a windshield for us.

The associate's at Portland Glass were professional, efficient and exceptionally customer friendly. Estimates were given quickly and accurately. They made getting my windshield replaced cost efficient and have a year long guarantee for any cracks that may occur in the next year. They called me the night before reminding me of my appointment and each time I spoke with one of the associates I was thankful for the knowledge, expertise and amazing customer friendly demeanor. I would recommend Farmington Portland Glass to everyone and I will only use them in the future!

Very poor customer service. I simply arranged a window replace and dropped my vehicle off. I received a call from a rude woman who clearly didn t want to talk about my quote increasing, because of my window visor. The price went up for silicone and $40 for labor? No big deal. But attitude is everything. Very unnecessary. I will no longer be doing business here.

I went in 1 year ago, I had 2 chips in my windshield. The blonde women who is what appeared to be a manager was rude when I was asking questions about prices and insurance, then seemed annoyed that I wanted cracks filled vs full windshield replacement and said most of the time they can't she'd have to have a tech evaluate. The tech said it was fine to do crack filler vs replacement. I was so annoyed at how rude I was treated I didn't schedule an appt.1 year later the chips are full cracks and I need my wind shield replaced. It's close by and convenient so I go back. I schedule the appointment a month and a half out so I could plan ahead, nobody was scheduled in their books and I took a day off from work. I said put me in at 8am with the understanding it would be ready a couple hours later, but I'm going to drop it off the night before then get a ride to pick it up later in the day. They put me in as an all day drop off not a scheduled vehicle and scheduled 4 vehicles ahead of mine so when I arrived at noon thinking it was done and ready my vehicle still hadn't even gone in.She said if I'm upset I can take my vehicle and scheduled it another day. I took the day off from work, arranged a way for the kids to get to school this morning cause I didn't have a car to drive them to daycare, and got a ride to pick up my vehicle mid day. I didn't do all that to not get my vehicle fixed!!I've gone in 3 times and two of the three I was treated very poorly and left feeling upset!!

Honestly folks, save your time and go to any other PG than this one. I called up to get a quote on a sliding screen i needed re-screened. Over the phone they told me they couldn't give me a quote because "they needed to see it". This made no sense as I've routinely measured windows, given dimensions, and received quotes over the phone. Anyways I brought my screen in and dropped it off. The next morning i received a voicemail with a rather large quote for just re-screening 1 frame, with a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks! I politely declined the quote only to go into the store and immediately be told to "take a seat". I told the woman I was here to pick up a frame i had dropped off for an estimate and she then rather loudly repeated, "take a seat". The only nice person working there was a fella named Jim, who helped me take my frame to the car. People - they are rude and overpriced. I took this frame to another PG 25 mins away, (not gonna name it for the sake of anonymity) and it was HALF THE PRICE FARMINGTON PG QUOTED ME, AND I GOT IT DONE THAT DAY! I hope Farmington PG cant get its head on straight and start doing fair and equitable business.

Had my new windshield put in the customer service was very kind and helped set it up. Dropped my car off ahead of time and picked it up at the end of the day no issues and it looks good.

The replacement of the two windows could not have gone better. The estimator arrived on time, quickly measured and departed. The windows were ready in about 3 weeks and we made an apptmt for the install. The installers arrived a little early, the new glass fit and off they went in less than an hour. Payment by credit card by phone. Smoooth!

Had vehicle all day and wanted to keep it for another day just to fix a small chip.I think they intended to replace the whole windshield for a very small chip. Wouldn't recommend.

Very nice, got me in the next day. Was done sooner than expected. Very kind as well. Always go here and never let down. They also make sure to tell you about the warranty unlike other places which is amazing!

First time I have ever written a review but I have never gone through such a hassle for a simple windshield replacement in my life. Customer service at this location is a complete embarrassment to the entire company

My husband paid up front for work on his windshield and had an appointment later in the month. As it turned out he sold the vehicle and no longer needed their service. Apparantly they can not give the cash back until approved by the BIG corporation then he has to wait at least 2 weeks! So extremely disappointed in their service. I will NO longer do business with the BIG corporations!!!! Kevin Black the little guy, you policy stinks!

Fast and efficient. No hitches from the time we contacted them online to the time we got our car back with a new windshield. We would definitely recommend them to our friends, if the need arises.

I had a great experience when I came in to get a new windshield. Bren was super friendly and informative. The windshield looks great and it only took about an hour from start to finish.

Service was very prompt and done when they said it would be. However, they did not replace the Maine State Inspection sticker and we had to go get a new one as we did not realize it at the time.

Worst service I have ever experienced, ordered and installed the WRONG windshield! Then the second windshield was installed, they left shards of glass all on the inside of my car! Never again!!

Very poor job , do not recomend this place. They replaced pick up truck rear window. And it has never locked since.
