Outstanding service and team all the way around. I was in a predicament today and I had multiple team members who approached to help and I left absolutely more delighted than I anticipated. Kind, professional, and human oriented customer service. A+. Was already a customer but will continue to be!

The young man who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a headlight bulb and he not only installed it but he explained the difference between different bulbs. He was very nice.

Bought parts online but I didn't wait for email saying ready to pick up and I was early. Counter person was super busy but made sure she pulled my order immediately after the guy ahead of me. Instead of telling me to return like another parts store had told me when it happened once before. (I buy a lot of parts online cause it's faster than waiting till you get to the store... usually)

I have never had an issue til now. They did an alignment and mount and balance and had to do it twice. And it's still not right.

I went in to use a gift card I got for Christmas the people were very willing to help and we're very customer service oriented. I had a not so good experience with VIP but this seemed like it was somehow better than my last visit they earned a 4 with ease up from the 2 I gave to VIP when it was just them. New management must be the difference. Great place if you do a lil tinkering in the Farmington area

Was very happy for their excellent customer service and the excellent staff that fixed my tire . Would certainly comeback . Their price on fixing my tire was very fair.

It would be more stars if the people who work there had a clue. It's an auto parts store not a beauty contest. It would be nice if you knew something about vehicles other than you turn the car and it starts.

If I could have gave 0 stars I would have. I have ordered 3 sets of rotors for a 2002 Ford Mustang and they have been wrong everytime. Will be taking my business somewhere else. Poor communication, poor staff training. Needs a major overhaul in associates working there.

Has my car serviced at VIP here. They did an inspection an aloud me to watch. Completely honest about what needed to be done. Very thankful for this business.

Open late (till 8 despite what it says on the door), helpful knowledgeable staff.had what I needed and checked out in 5 minutes.

Most of em are clueless. The one kid is a know it all and gets offended easily when you correct him and tell him hes wrong when he is actually wrong. Asked for 2 serprentine belts and gave me 1 and an ac belt then denied me asking for 2 of the same belts. Also take forever to ring you out and there's 3-4 people working but only one register open with 3 computers. Basic unknowledgeable part pushers. I go to autozone or advanced auto parts now.

No customers in there. I was told I had to wait for someone to come out the bathroom to help me. The guy never came out from this bathroom break and the mechanics told me that they couldn t help me unless I wanted to spend $100 hour. Rude.

They are great and very helpful but I would not go to that shop hooked to it as they are expensive and they never do just one thing you ask. They always give you a list of things that need to be done before what you need done done.

Parts pros are knowledgeable and friendly as well as vip service is fair prices and will let you know exactly what your xar needs and what is recommendation by the manufacturer. Honest hard working ppl

O'Reilly part seems to be striving to be the best in the neighborhood which they are accomplishing their prices are fair the products are decent and look forward with doing more business with them.

My experience was terrible there. No one would cash me out. stood in line for several minutes people would look at me but they acted like it was a burden for me to be their purchasing things. I will never buy anything there.

I walked in and saw someone standing behind the counter shoveling food down with a fork, completely unsanitary this place is a joke. I turned around and left

I googled a metal cleaner and polish , Google said they sold them. Nope. Workers wasnt knowledgable on wax or ther Items.
