A female i know went here with her escalade that got diagnosed, and they said it needed a tcm (transmission control module) 400$ part at the very most. They told her it was a 6000$ jobHer warenty company picks up 3k of the bill and she pays the other 3k.Talk about taking advantage of someone who knows nothing about vehicles.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

I went in a couple of weeks ago for an inspection and was told I needed $800 worth of work on my brakes in order for my inspection to pass. I knew that did not seem correct since my car is a 2014 with only 55k miles and I don t beat this car up. I went to another place for a second opinion and they confirmed all of my brakes are good and they only had to fix one issue which wasn t even mentioned by Farmington tire & my car passed inspection.We have come here a few times and each time it s something else that makes us question the integrity of the place.

This was my first commercial purchase, a fact which I made clear to the owner of the establishment. This business is small and advertises regularly on the local radio station. Their in-house financing is what drew me to them.The arrangements were relatively painless and quick. The owner presented as courteous but not overly friendly. This business doubles as an auto dealership, but is primarily a tire dealer.I entered the location to inquire about the price of a Jeep. Instead of sharing the price he shared the weekly payment amount. Perhaps this is common but I found it under-handed.They sold the vehicle to me at twice the Kelly Blue Book value. As we were completing the paperwork a delivery vehicle showed up with brakes, rotors and an O2 sensor for the vehicle yet upon inspection after the sale none of those parts were installed. The dealer never offered to go over the vehicle with me and had it on a lift preventing me from doing so independently. The arrival of the parts gave the illusion that it was getting a final quality check. Alas that was untrue.The vehicle was not detailed for the sale. There were also various damages that were not made known at the time of sale. The front rotors are so worn that there is an 1/8 inch groove in them yet it had a new inspection sticker on it.Given that this was my first commercial purchase of an automobile these practices might be common but I found them to be under-handed and dishonest. It should be stated that I did not confront the dealer on these details as I despise confrontation and prefer to allow the truth of their integrity to stand alone.All facts considered: I would not recommend this dealer to anyone unless they have difficulty with financing. From the dodgy way that my question of price was handled to the "show" of replacing parts that they did not follow through with they are clearly a 3-star dealership.

Brought in a 99 Grand Cherokee not knowing what to expect at an out of state garage. Very pleasant service, and my Jeep was fixed exactly when they said it would done, and it drives like brand new again! I highly recommend Farmington Tire! I don t know happened to the people with the Don t Trust Farmington Tire , on their vehicle lol. Great service, GREAT prices, and the job is done quickly!

Went to look at a car they wanted $2,500 for the thing was worth 25 cents and it had a sticker on it... go figure I'm sure it weren't legal posted that on Marketplace this place is a scam and they definitely shouldn't have possession of inspection stickers

I went in and Rick automatically greeted me with a huge smile, and not the "I want your money" type of smile. He was genuine and very kind. I asked for an inspection, tire change, and oil change. I was in and out in 45 minutes to an hour. This is my second great interaction with them and they never charge for what isn't needed or asked for. I will definitely be going again when I need it inspected or fixed.

The worst dealership in Farmington by far. I tried to buy a 2000 Jeep Wrangler off Nate, I got a buyers order from him on a Friday and told him I would have a loan by Monday or Tuesday. Considering the hours they are open. I was told he would give me a call if anything changes and I hadn t received a word from him. I got a loan and he sold the vehicle to someone else on Monday. When I tried to call him twice I didn t get an answer. I would NOT recommend Farmington tire to ANYBODY for ANYTHING!

I think Nate is a con man he sold me an Unsafe Motor Vehicle that cannot be licensed in Maine, after he lied that it never had any accidents or problems and it was a trade in for a newer model vehicle when it failed every inspection test. Beware!!!

I bought a 2004 Dodge Durango Limited in March from Farmington Tire. The price was wonderful and I absolutely love my Durango. After running my car for a week I noticed the horn didn't work, even with the virus and struggling to find parts they got it fixed. I definitely recommend looking into them if you are in the market for a new vehicle. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I definitely would. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but instead I was screwed over twice. the first time I got halfway home with the SUV I had purchased and the motor blew I didn't hear from them for over 2 weeks regarding the SUV I ended up getting a ride home and they came and towed it from its location. that should have been my first red flag but instead two weeks later they called me and said they could put me in a Hyundai Elantra. When I got there they gave me the option of the Elantra, a Kia Rio and a Nissan sentra. we didn't want the Kia because it had a loud tapping noise that got worse with acceleration and I knew deep down that it was a motor problem. after haggling back and forth they claimed the only one they could get us into was the Kia and we half-heartedly agreed. When we got home I took it to two garages in my area and both of them said it was the timing chain and that the motor was going to go at any moment and that I should really look into returning the vehicle(I had the vehicle 3 days i was in my legal timeframe to return the vehicle according to lemon law. of course Dave at Farmington tire absolutely refuse to hear it and basically called me stupid and told me that they were trying to screw me over at both of these garages.. in his words "I'm in the business of selling cars not taking them back, run it til it blows". Nice huh . Well 2 days later guess what happened, the motor went.. I took everything out of the car and I left it. I've contacted the attorney general along with the warranty company and the finance company and they have all agreed that farmington tire is a bunch of crooks and that they would open an investigation. The town ended up towing the car and it's been 3 weeks and Dave still refuses to retrieve the car as they know it's a dud. STAY CLEAR OF FARMINGTON TIRE AND NATE AND DAVE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT!!!

We trust this place above their competitors. We have bought two reliable vehicles from them over the years and have always had good service experiences. I always recommend Farmington Tire to friends of family looking for tires or repairs.

Worst company I have ever done business with, bought a 2013 Focus, had it a few weeks the transmission was skating every time I took off and a crack in the windshield he promised to fix, came in 6 times, he called it a "studder" the mechanic said it was messed up it they wouldnt fix it. Said both Focuses he had did it. I withheld payment for 2 weeks, paid it o it wasn't report, he picked up the car kept the down payment and somehow got the money I paid the bank to. Liars, cheats and lemons umong many other thingd

I needed my front tires changed because they were worn down to the threads. I had my tires changed twice at another place recently and with a couple of months my front kept wearing down to the thread. I called Farmington Tire and Rick told me if I could drop of the car, they could drop me off at work and they will bring the car to my job after the tires were fixed. Rick worked with me to accomodate my schedule and the job was done. I was very grateful. Since then, I have been back to align the tires and fix the issue created by the other place, fix a leaking tire (same day) and to get my inspection sticker. I'm very happy with the service. Thank you everyone that works at Farmington Tire and special thanks to Rick.

After I spent over $400 on my Jeep to fix the "death wobble" the problem got even worse. I decided to take it to the dealer which advised me they needed to do everything over again. Farmington Tire put on aftermarket products that didn't fit my vehicle and could've quite possibly ripped off my right front tire while driving. I told Farmington Tire everything they did I had to have re-done his response was "wow"! I asked to be refunded he told me I'll contact you in a week and we'll see if we can have these parts warrantied. That was almost 2 months ago. Since then I've reported them to the BBB. DONT GO HERE, they are liars! The only reason to go here is to see how hillbillies "jimmy rig" a vehicle!

I give this dealership a 1 only because it's the lowest number....should be. Negative 10. Misrepresentation of the vehicles will result in you paying for a dead horse. Vehicles are overpriced and the service stinks. I took the dealership to court and I won but I also lost because the award was 1/6 f what I was asking for.

Went for tire swap. Had a brand new hub put in this winterand a new lug to replace the one that broke my stud. I walk out and say why is the lug sticking out. Guy says oh I didn t want to break it. He was never going to tell me. I told him that it was a new rear hub and the brand new lug makes no sense. He says I didn t want to break your lug again. So i get home and look closer. Doesn t move either way and is easly a quarter inch out. To top it off i went to grab my smokes off my passenger seat and they were gone. Never going back and i guess i have to replace the hub again since it is one unit.

So these guys just want to get you into a vehicle any way they can I was so close to doing so until I was on my way to talk to them and do a buyers order and then the vehicle in front of me said it all. On the back in window paint in Farmington it says do not trust Farmington tire and that was enough to turn me away.

This shop is very dishonest, and with no remorse from the owner Nate Noles. Furthermore, do not trust the Father and Son duo, Frank and Edwin Robinson, who work for Nate; nor the Manager, Rick. If you try to hold them accountable for their disservice, they will retaliate against you for filing complaints. Lack of proper documentation, and outright double-talk, is the name of this business' game. Read some of the other reviews too.. Beware.

My experience at Farmington tire was a very pleasant one, and I would send anyone that was looking to have work done on their vehicle there. And I would also send them there to buy a vehicle also. What a Great Place.

Att: Do not do business with this company.i bought a truck with a junk frame ..The truck shouldn't ever have been expected.. on top of the frame problem I put 1500 dollars into it,witch should have been fixed before It got its last inspection sticker!! They are Crocks!!! GO ELSEWHERE

They do not have the ability to do an alignment for whatever reason. So they will sell you thousand dollar tired (which are awesome) but they can't align them. Other than that the service was great...

Sold me a car without a title and put a fake title number on my title so.. didn t fix the problem with breaks .. lies and blocks customers .. and he gave a two day notice to his employees. Didn t pay them their last paycheck .. he s a crook

Only took a day to get tires I wanted, and put on next day, they went above and beyond and fixed a connection in my vehicle as well, and reminded me I needed an inspection! Won't go anywhere else!
