Talk about a seamless transaction I am a Snowbird living in Rhode Island summers and in Florida winters. During the winter of 22 I went to order a MAVERICK, what I was faced with was, sold out wait until fall for the 23 order period, In the fall of 22 again what I was told from the Rhode Island dealership was the 23 s were sold out in 4 days after the ordering period began. To the web I went and this became my marriage with Farmington FORD. Jason, the sales manager was my contact person, we negotiated the purchase over the phone, what he said he delivered upon. In years passed I have dealt with a number of dealerships including premium dealerships and by far Farmington FORD has to be the dealerships I would first recommend. Being a web buyer they get five stars!!! Jason, was the best, knowledgeable in all aspects of the transaction and well versed on his product. Again five + stars!!!

We had such an amazing experience buying from Farmington Ford. From our salesman Eric and Jason who helped with our Financing. Our purchase was a spur of the moment, we saw the 2022 Ford Bronco, drove in and drove out with it. We loved our experience and tell everyone about it. I definitely would go back and give them my business.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy place to find. I was complimented on my truck even though it's a 2012. They said it's a good looking truck with no rust. I travel quite extensively for my job, so upkeep for my truck is super important. I count on reviews, word-of-mouth and my gut instincts whenever I take my truck in to get serviced in an unfamiliar place. So far, I think I've been lucky. Thank you Farmington Ford, Inc!

Everyone at Farmington Ford is genuine and amazing! From sales to service! We've bought and serviced our vehicles here and couldn't ask for a better experience! Joel and Jason are awesome in sales and following up on our satisfaction. They makes us feel like family! And Kevin Stinchfield is the best, most honest, genuine, knowledgeable mechanic. I wouldn't trust or take my vehicle anywhere else! I bought a new used car and the experience was the quickest, easiest I've ever had buying a new car! They worked to get me the lowest interest rate and a great warranty. I couldn't be happier.And now servicing my vehicle here I couldn't be happier! They are the best In all of Maine!

Place is a joke, bought a '17 Ford Edge in 2020 from them, after a botched oil changed from them caused the engine to crack. Took them 3 months to replace engine and since then have had a cylinder misfire code come on regularly. Have brought it back multiple times with the code on for them to either say, it is caused by the new engine or that a new battery will fix it. They often clear the code, take it for a 5-minute test drive and say the code won't come on for them and to bring it back the next time it comes on. 12 times later and we still are having the same issue. Lost the transmission this summer, took them 6 weeks to replace it with a used on. Spoke with John the service manager about a loaner to be told they don't have any and the owner won't allow him to have anymore. When I said I would call back and talk to Mac, I was met with "He doesn't have time for you, that is why I get paid the big bucks". Worst customer service and service after the sale I have ever experienced. At 32 years-old I have a lot of car buying left in me and I sure know where I will never go again and where I tell anyone and everyone who will listen to avoid!

I have never done business with Farmington Ford but I do go to an annual car show which is very nice they are friendly people and would go back each year and possibly even buy a car or some point

I wouldn't buy another vehicle from this company. After doing a double purchase prior. I had a transmission go at 110k and they told me it would of helped to do a fluid change at 30k. When I had them do all the services they skipped that one.

Brought truck In the other day for a service and tire rotation and when I got home the tire light was on and the new mechanic spilled oil on the plastic cover on top of the motor didn't clean it up or check tire pressure and didn't reset oil life gauge. They do awesome work but the new guy will not touch my truck again

Joel in sales is Great!! Oil changes are very affordable during their promotion. Not to happy with the service about my Boss Plow. 2 out of 3 aint bad.

Wow! We have lived in the area for 13 years and have been to many dealerships both in the Farmington and Augusta areas and have never received such excellent service. Dustin and his team in service and the body shop were friendly, honest, and did everything they could to make our experience top notch. Excellent customer service is so rare these days- I am delighted to recommend Farmington Ford for all your repair needs- they don't just work on Fords- we brought in a Subaru and a Toyota!

I purchased a certified used Ford Escape at a different dealer (Rowe in Westbrook). About a month after purchasing the vehicle, it developed transmission issues. Because I live in Farmington, and I thought the issue would likely be covered under warranty, I brought the vehicle to Farmington Ford for repairs. After diagnosing the vehicle, they recommended doing a $160 transmission service, which had already been done just before I purchased the vehicle. This didn't sound right, so I declined the service and took the vehicle back. They charged me $150 just for the diagnosis. I brought the vehicle back to where I purchased it, and they quickly found the actual issue (torque converter) and made the repairs under warranty with no cost to me. I returned to Farmington Ford to try to get a refund for the $150 they charged me for the misdiagnosis, but they refused to refund it. Save your money, and bring your vehicle somewhere else that will actually find the problem and treat their customers right.

I have had the very best experience with my recent trade up with Mac, Amy & Jason. I traded my 2015 Ford Escape for a 2019 Ford Escape with Amy who offered superb customer service, follow-up, assistance & assured that when I drove off the lot, I was totally taken care of in every detail. Jason was excellent in getting all the paperwork in order, explaining all details to me & his financial knowledge as well as any other questions were completely spot on. I truly appreciate Mac overseeing his team, excellence, customer service & making it very easy to get my trade in completed to happily be on my way. The service department also acknowledged me personally & I have only had great experiences with the whole team over the years.Thank you to all at Farmington Ford!

Got an oil change and tire rotation and it only took 30 minutes. By the time I was done looking at all the nice mustangs inside it was done. Gary was amazing and got me right in. I m definitely going there from now on!

I've always been satisfied with the service both sales & routine maintenance. This recent event though has me quite irritated. Eight weeks today - two months, waiting on parts to fix my vehicle under their " lifetime powertrain warranty " I literally have to go in and harass them every two weeks just to get updates. No one has called, no one returns my calls, I am just left here wondering. This fiasco has certainly impacted my decision for future purchases. Amended 2/10/23 Apparently now my repairs are not covered after being told it is covered & we are just waiting on parts . WOW !

The team at Farmington Ford is great. They are very friendly, they got my truck into the shop as soon as I arrived and made it a priority to get it done and back to me asap. Waiting time for the service was minimal. I ve owned many different brands of cars, one being a BMW and the service Farmington Ford provides exceeds any service experience I ve had with BMW.

I had the best experience possible with the situation I came to them with. My car had been melted due to a fire that completely destroyed my home. They were caring and compassionate through this entire process. I was extremely impressed with all the work that was done to my car.

My grandmother recently get her winter tires put on there and she made an appointment in advanced. After arriving, on time, for her appointment she had to wait TWO hours to get her tires changed and was then charged $130! She did not want to make a scene or cause any confrontation so she paid, later telling the family, "I didn't not get sassy, but I didn't NOT say thank you. I regret that I did not complain about the two hour wait."Please take care of our seniors!

I worked with Eric Lopez to get in a vehicle and I would not work with him. As soon as we walked in he lied to my wife and �, he straight up said don't worry we will get you into that car no matter what, but the whole time there he lied and now 5 days later still waiting for a call because he couldn't work anything out, so please ppl don't go there if you need a car they will just lie!!!

First let me say I really hate shopping for a new vehicle! I had been wanting to get myself into a small truck for quite sometime and decided to check out Farmington Ford. Let me tell you how everyone is super friendly and NOT pushy. I was able to trade my car in for the truck I wanted. Jason in the financial department works his magic to do what ever he can to get you into a vehicle of your choice. They really make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door till the time you leave. I so recommend coming here for all you vehicle needs!!

I bought my car at Farmington Ford 5 years ago, and they have always treated me honestly and done excellent work. I trust them and I'm grateful to have a reliable place to bring my car. Even though I live almost an hour away, it is worth the time and gas to make the trip to have them do the work on my car. Honest, excellent work.

wife bought suv from here with the understanding it had a lifetime powertrain warranty(that's what sold us) was told only thing we need to do to keep this warranty was to bring it there for all our oil changes, so we did. couple months ago we started having issue that sounded like a wheel bearing after contacting them we had to setup an appointment to have it diagnosed found out there was a wheel bearing issue also a ptu leak and something else after a month of waiting to hear about if the warranty would cover the ptu we was told yes and they are waiting on parts , we waited another month and called them again for them to tell me they just got off the phone with the warranty dept (my timing must be perfect to call right after they got off the phone with them) for them to then tell me they are not going to cover the repair ....how did it go from yes its covered and we are waiting on parts to nope it now isn't covered...will never trust this place again .

Farmington Ford is reliable, courteous, and trustworthy. I am always treated with friendliness when I call, and the service staff is knowledgeable and professional. I'm always able to get an appointment when I need one. I would recommend Farmington Ford 100 times over - and I plan to buy my next vehicle at Farmington Ford as well!!

Customer service is horrible. When my wife walked in the door the guy looked at her, turned his back right in front of her, leaned up against the counter and continued talking to another employee for three minutes. Yes she timed him. Then he was just unfriendly. They were supposed to do rear brakes, oil change and inspection, and they called and said the air filter was dirty. Fine. But the hourly rate for the brake job, I can only guess because they don t itemize the labor time on the receipt, was $169.99!! The entire rear brake job was almost $500!! The oil change was $82!! The air filter was $55!! And then they proceeded to add on a Ford recommended multi-point inspection for $10, that we never asked for, on top of the state inspection. It s the principal. $10 of a $705 bill is nothing, but it all adds up. The last time she went there they sent her keys with another customer to Rangeley, along with his keys, for 24 hours! Before that, she went there three times for a warranty issue with the radio and info system turning off randomly. On the third time, they just installed an update. This couldn t have been done the first time?? These guys are completely incompetent. We will never do business with this dealership again, and I I will do my best to spread the word and make sure no one else does either. But I do want to thank them for inviting me to write this review!

Took my new Expedition in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was on a time crunch and needed it done fast. They were able to take it in early and got me out of there quickly. Great service. If you in the market for a new car or truck go see Bill Baxter at Farmington Ford. He will take good care of you
