We wanted to say how grateful we are for the assistance we received from Payton, an associate based at the AutoZone in Farmington.We were driving up for the total eclipse when the break light started flashing and the check engine light came on. We called a couple of places that were very unhelpful (rude, etc!). Our anxiety was rising when got through to Payton. He was immediately helpful and reassuring. We drove to the store and he was able to decipher the computer code to diagnose the problem, tell us what was wrong and advise on next steps. He was very professional. We were able to proceed with our eclipse viewing and drive home to our own mechanic. It feels rare to find someone so willing to do their job so well. Thank you Payton!

I went into autozone today for some zip ties and I tell you what Austin p was the most kindest easiest person to talk to. Loved having him help me, 10/10 would go there again just for him!

The gentleman that we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. Best car parts experience I've ever had! Most places of that kind have guys with attitudes This guy was awesome! Highly recommend!

The young man that helped me Wirth my battery was amazing, he went above and beyond his call of duty!!! I wish I knew his name!!! He wore glasses and was a young brunette!!! Again thank him!!!

I've been going to this AutoZone for three years now. I've gotten many parts for my vehicle and some for my family members vehicles through them. The only one time I had a problem with a part, they were very understanding and gave me a hassle free and convenient way of returning it for another new one. Great customer service. Friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable atmosphere. Best parts place I've experienced in the 7 years I've been doing car work

Wonderful service! We were out of town skiing when the check engine light came on, my pregnant wife was very worried. These guys did an awesome job helping us understand the issue, luckily it fixed itself on the ride home!

Friendly knowledgeable staff! Went in for a blinker lightbulb. Staff was able to look up and then retrieve the bulb I needed. As this was a blinker bulb I knew how to change it so no help was required, however, if someone needs help with installation there are more than willing to assist! Sadly for me the lightbulb doesn't appear to be the cause of the issue of why the blinker won't work so now I suspect a loose or blown fuze.

Great friendly helpful experience. The clerk was kind enough to share her mechanics name with me. Now I have an Awesome Mechanic. These ppl are very helpful. And just really down to earth and they WANNA help. Imagine that?! --- Love going to Auto Zone

The workers are very friendly and helpful and the store is always very clean. Clean restrooms as well, which is nice. They always have some sort of sale going on in store and if you need help doing something to you're car within reason they always help!

I went in to buy a low beam bulb and figured I could change it myself. When I attempted it in the AutoZone parking lot, I found that my fingers weren't strong enough to turn the stubborn cover. Alex came out to help me and persisted until the very tight cover was finally moved. Although I was ready to give up to do the job at home with some tools, he wouldn't give up and got the job done!!! Thanks Alex!

Great service, prices aren't too bad, most of the time online prices of .com stores are usually better but sometimes autozone has better prices

Well, usually it's good but one time the manager openly laughed at my dad because he was upset with them for giving him the wrong part, though it was the cashier's fault, as he had provided the VIN, which should've allowed the right part to be purchased.

Great place I bought a brand new set of windshield wipers and the gentleman who helped me get them he came out and put them on for me I am in a power wheelchair so it was a big help
