We have had to drive from Rangeley on several occasions due to lack of option in our area. The staff is always helpful, knowledgable and very pleasant. A good size store and very clean. The flowers and plants are usually in good shape through the season. Big selection of Adirondack chairs too!

I brought three window screens into this store to be repaired over a month ago. I was told that the repairs should take less than two weeks to complete. After two weeks of not getting a notification the screens were ready, I decided to call to find out if they were fixed or not. I was told that they were not done yet but I was next on the list. Two more weeks have now passed. I have made several phone calls to this store since then and my calls have gone straight to voice mail or I have had no answer or no call backs. I have just tried calling this store again and someone answered this time. I told the gentleman my name and as to why I was calling...then there was no answer from this person. The line was still open but there was dead silence.I'm not sure what is going on here but mark my words, this store has lost this customer for life!

The folks at the Farmington Aubuchon have always been extremely helpful whenever I am in the store. The prices are good and the staff are knowledgeable. I found exactly what I needed.

Used to love the store until employees decided to make political and racist statements. Stay away if your skin doesn t match the 98% of Mainers because the employees seem to think that black folks are smash and grabbers . IT IS 2023 PEOPLE.No worries, I ve contacted the regional and National offices.

This home town hardware store is the best! The personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection is excellent. Whether I have needed high quality paint, plumbing supplies, or yard implements, they not only sell the merchandise but stand by it. A pleasure to shop there.

Had a problem with regards to a U-Haul rental reservation. When into Aubuchon for assistance and was greeted by the store manager Max. I explained my situation to Max and he was amazingly helpful in getting my problem resolved. Max went above and beyond in his service and care and I highly recommend Max and the Aubuchon team!

Aubuchons in Farmington is just plain handy. They are local and in most cases they have exactly what I'm looking for. Their prices are competitive and their sales staff is always friendly and helpful. The Big Box stores are all at least 40 miles from me so having access to a local store that really seems to appreciate my business is a blessing.
