I bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata sport back in January from Chris at ProShine. I have not had the best luck with cars. My last car the check engine light came on the day I bought it. I am 1 month into this car and I have nothing but positive words for both Chris and the shop. Super professional, great selection, and more than helpful. I noticed a reverse light was out and he fixed it for free no problem. I also had some issues securing the funds at first and he was happy to hold the car for me for a few days with a small deposit. If you are buying a used car in Waterville, ProShine is the best.

It takes me a lot to write a review. However from the moment I called on Saturday morning and they were not open. They took my call. They went above and beyond. They treated us with the up most respect and courtesy. They didn t rush us to make a decision and to us think we had to buy from them. With our busy 3 work schedules, they worked with us from being to end. I would without a doubt go back again. They didn t treat us differently cause we were ladies showing up on the lot. You don t find a lot of dealerships like this one. They answered all of our questions. Explained all the paperwork. Keep up the great work. I will definitely be telling other people about your company. Soo thank you Pro shine you re absolutely just amazing!!!!

These guys sell cars and run a business the way it should be done. They offered honesty, integrity and accountability during and after the sale. They took care of things in a way that many others would not. If you're looking for a vehicle, definitely see what they have.

Bought a 2014 Venetian Red 5mt XV Crosstrek from proshine in waterville. Had nothing but good relations, Chris and Justin are great, go above and beyond for their customers and always ready to answer questions. Pretty fair pricing. Got my trek for a wicked deal and not rotted!! For those of you who know subaru, this is a big issue, and they make sure not to buy rust buckets. They have great car selection, great personalities, and are very honest and decent to work with. Not common these days from the usual dealerships lookin to steal a buck. I recommend these guys for everyone I know looking for a dependable used car. Hope these guys continue to grow their customer base, they truly deserve it.You guys rock

Chris and the gang at Pro Shine did a great job last Sunday on the car I recently purchased from Maine Avenue Auto Sales!! They did the water pump and timing belt and had me in and out in just over 4 1/2 hours. I'm very thankful to have had the pleasure of meeting Chris and doing business with him and the folks at Pro Shine!! Thanks a million folks for all the great service and I hope your companies are blessed always!

Chris and Justin are very friendly. They answered all my questions. They let me look at the car on the lift before I purchased it. They were very honest about the vehicle and even gave me money for a full tank of gas and oil change. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Awesome experience working with them. Looked at other dealers and nobody was as helpful as Justin and Chris. So glad I ended up going through them to get a car. If you need a car, these are your guys.

Proshine saved me well over a thousand dollars in repairs! My car started making a funny noise so I took it to a VIP near me and they said I needed an entire new exhaust system ($1500), and I took it to Proshine and they able to fix my car in under an hour for $75. They even made time to look at my car the same day called. The mechanic there was very nice and respectful, and I did not worry about getting ripped off. He is very fair and knowledgeable, and I WILL be taking my car to him the next time it needs fixing.

I highly recommend these guys. Chris and Justin are professional, honest, and stand behind their work. If you need a new vehicle start with these guys. They are super helpful and don t pressure you. I bought a 2015 Subaru Forester from them and when a rear hatch strut failed, I texted Chris, he ordered the part immediately, and within days he fixed it at no cost. Can t go wrong with a visit to these guys!

In my opinion one should have Buyer Beware when purchasing a vehicle at Proshine in Fairfield, Maine.Purchased a 2008 Hyundai Elantra on Wednesday, October 5, 2022.With taxes the total of the purchase was over 7000.00. Drove the car straight home, about 18 miles and parked it. The car stayed there until Friday night, October 7, 2022 when my daughter and two friends drove to Bangor to go shopping about 46 miles. The car started to make noise, so they went to a VIP store that told them that the car needed to be fixed as it was eating belts and suspected the alternator was the issue. Referred them to Silo 19 in Bangor Maine. The folks at Silo 19 repaired the car and comforted the girls as all three have major anxiety to be sure that they would be safe getting home. This bill was almost another $600.00.Saturday Proshine was called and left a message to call back. As in Bangor there was several suggestions that the car was a lemon and she should return it for her money back. The car refused to restart at the Shopping center in Waterville on Saturday. The owner, called me stating that this was taking time from his family and that I should have had the car towed to him. They did nothing wrong as it passed the Midas inspection for a sticker and after all it was only a $6500.00 car and he did only make $500.00 on it (repeated this several times). So there was not much they were responsible for. They could take the car to Midas again for the inspection but that is where they felt any responsibility ended with. Oh and he insinuated there were alot of places out there just to make buck and had done his own checking on the garage Silo 19. The report we received from the Bangor garage was that the alternator was frozen. Again, Fairfield would make no commitment to assist with fixing it or reimbursing her. Just that what did I expect out of a $6500.00 car?We had invested already more than expected in a $6500.00 car that had been paid cash for. And traded it at a large loss. But Professionalism with the way they treated us alone was worth it.

I recently bought a car from Chris and Justin at Proshine. If you are looking for a quality used vehicle I would suggest you look at Proshine. I cannot say enough for their professionalism their honesty and their help. If I ever have to buy another car I'll be going right back to Proshine.

If you're looking to buy a car stop by and talk to Chris or Justin they'll take good care of you. My wife and I just purchased our second car from them. They so good clean used cars at reasonable prices and you will be happy with your purchase there.

Love these guys! Super helpful and professional, kind, patient and easy to work with. They have beautiful, clean and smooth running cars and you can tell they re defiantly passionate about their work. Highly recommend Pro-Shine!

Justin and Chris did a great job fixing some rust spots on my wheel wells and replacing a rotten, rusted bumper for me. They catered to my schedule, did the work in a timely manner and were priced reasonably. Highly recommend.

Justin repaired my 2012 impala. Rear bumper. Rusted pretty bad but overall the undercarriage looked mint. Just the rear bumper rusted out. He unhooked. Grinded. Repaired. Primer and undercoated at a fair rate. Saved money on brand new. Excellent work.

Justin and Chris are both friendly and professional, and they have good quality cars. I have had my Saab for over 20k miles now and can't imagine going anywhere else for my next car.

I will tell anyone that this place of business is one of the top in my book I've been to many dealerships auto repair places and this knocks them all backward I will stand by this company to the end I give them a 10 even though it says only five so they do a great job they are very thoughtful their prices are good I can't say enough about these people thank you so much for all that you have done for I'm sure many people in this community for those who don't think this you don't maybe you misunderstood or something happen if you buy car something's wrong well that's happened to me too we can't see beyond what we can hear or see what's wrong so give this place a full chance and you will be happy thank you proshine Lynn
